Purpose of this roleYou will evolve in a key and strategic department of a car manufacturer: after-sales.
The position requires excellent coordination of activities internally (links with marketing, technical, quality service, network development, etc.), you will also support the whole Aftersales team and the French dealer network on various business operations. Responsibilities Data management (planning, update, analysis & reporting) :Participation in the management of the MG Parts & Accessories product range on each of the following elements :
Animations and deployment of the range
- Comparative studies / benchmark all networks
- Extraction of figures, sales analysis and reporting
- Development and updating of information on communication media (tariffs, video, leaflet, brochures, e-learning, etc
Participation in the After-Sales communication strategy:
- Support in the communication operations: seasonal campaigns, accessories campaigns
- Support in the management of monthly CRM campaigns (if needed)
- Implementation of a marketing and communication report
Participate in the optimization of the MG France accessories digital site in order to optimize the attraction, conversion and distribution of the site:
- Performance analysis.
- Development, execution and control of action plans.
- Enrich the content of the site.
Participation in the development and implementation of new communication tools and sales support tools for the dealer network:
- Update of the After-Sales pages on the MG Motor France website.
- Support in the management of claims
- As back-office support for the field teams, you will also be responsible for responding to specific requests from the network and aftersales teams on products and communication campaigns.
- Daily monitoring and communication of MG performance via digital tools (Tableau BI, Power BI…)
- Management and organization of weekly & monthly sales meetings with aftersales team
- You are currently a Master's student in an engineering school or business school (gap year or end-of-study internship)
- You have a good knowledge of Excel and of the entire office package (Power BI is a plus)
- Strong data analysis and processing ability, good command of analysis software and formulation related.
- Fluent English & French (Chinese is a plus)
- Good communication skills, able to effectively communicate with professionals in different cultures

Why this role?
As a Member of Technical Staff in Data Analysis and Evaluation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our large language models (LLMs). Your primary focus will be on designing and conducting data collection tasks, assessing and evaluating dataset quality, and analysing the robustness and generalisability of our models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including researchers, engineers, and data annotators, to conduct data-driven decision-making and improve the overall effectiveness of our AI systems.
This role combines expertise in statistics, experimental design incl. human annotators, and machine learning to ensure that our models are trained on high-quality data and perform reliably across diverse scenarios. You will contribute to Cohere’s mission of advancing AI by ensuring our systems are robust, scalable, and impactful.
Please Note: We have offices in London, Toronto, San Francisco, and New York, but we also embrace being remote-friendly! There are no restrictions on where you can be located for this role.
As a Member of Technical Staff for Data Analysis and Evaluation you will:
- Design and oversee data collection tasks, including supporting human annotators and ensuring data quality.
- Develop and apply statistical methods to evaluate the quality and reliability of datasets.
- Analyse and assess the generalisability and robustness of ML systems across diverse use cases.
- Collaborate with teams to improve dataset quality and model performance.
- Train and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) on distributed training infrastructures.
- Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Extremely strong software engineering skills.
- Strong expertise in designing and conducting data collection tasks, including working with human annotators.
- Strong statistical skills and experience evaluating scientific experiments related to data collection and model performance.
- Experience analysing datasets with respect to their quality, biases, and suitability for training ML models.
- Hands-on experience training large language models (LLMs) on distributed training infrastructures.
- Familiarity with evaluating and improving the generalisability and robustness of ML systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings.
- One or more papers at top-tier venues (such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, AIStats, MLSys, JMLR, AAAI, Nature, COLING, ACL, EMNLP).

Rejoignez une équipe au sein du Pôle Technique des Assurances collectives (Département Actuariat) de la Direction Santé Prévoyance du groupe Covéa (MAAF, MMA, GMF).
L’équipe est composée de 10 collaborateurs (5 à Strasbourg et 5 à Niort). Le manager direct étant sur le site de Niort, le manager N+2 étant sur le site de Strasbourg.
Rattaché au Pôle Technique des Assurances collectives , vous participerez activement à la définition de la stratégie de Data Management de son domaine et vous aurez une vision globale des enjeux métiers qui découlent des bonnes collectes et diffusion de ces données.
Le poste est ouvert sur Niort et Strasbourg.
Votre mission ?
Le fort essor des assurances collectives depuis son lancement en 2014 a multiplié les missions du Pôle Technique des Assurances Collectives. En particulier le développement des assurances Santé et Prévoyance pour la fonction publique amène de nouvelles missions depuis 2024.
Vous serez amené à travailler sur les trois marques MMA, MAAF et GMF, et sur les deux risques santé et prévoyance collective.
Vous rejoindrez une équipe multi-site composée au total de 10 personnes
Votre quotidien ?
- Pilotage technique : suivre les résultats techniques des différentes gammes/marques, élaborer des outils statistiques, mettre en place des documents de reporting permettant le suivi dynamique des résultats techniques de la branche. Produire et analyser les comptes de résultat des contrats sur-mesure et proposer les mesures tarifaires appropriées. Participer à la production des Business Plan.
- Actuariat : mettre en œuvre les modèles de calcul des provisions techniques réglementaires et rédiger les notes techniques. Participer aux travaux d’inventaire (semestriels et annuels), modéliser les calculs de risque (solvabilité II).
- Etudes statistiques : concevoir des études statistiques permettant de mieux appréhender une composante particulière du risque, de proposer une évolution technique et/ou de mettre en évidence un dysfonctionnement dans un produit (élaboration d’outils adaptés ou utilisation de logiciels statistiques, mise en place de modèles appropriés, présentation des résultats).
- Maitrise d’ouvrage : dans le cadre de projets, participer aux validations sur les parties techniques (homologation des tables de pilotage, recherche d’échantillons, validation des cas, certification des tarifs).
- Produits : participer à la conception technique des nouveaux produits (cahier des charges), études spécifiques de cadrage, tarification.
Maitrise indispensable des techniques statistiques, de la logique de programmation sous SAS et d’Excel.
La connaissance du domaine de la santé et de la prévoyance, des outils informatiques et bureautiques est un atout (SQL).

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants should either be PhDs in Economics, Econometrics, Data Analysis, and/or Quantitative Methods (Mathematics, Statistics, Optimization.), with experience in a higher education setting.
They are expected to show evidence of teaching skills and/or strong professional experience. The number of teaching hours offered can be compatible with other professional activities.
Applicants should be fluent in English as all courses at IÉSEG are taught in this language. Prior knowledge of French is not required.
Adjunct professors are expected to:
- Prepare courses, teach and evaluate students, working together under the supervision of a course coordinator
- Help design and develop course materials, including lectures, assignments, and exams

Rejoignez une équipe au sein du Pôle Technique des Assurances Collectives (Département Actuariat) de la Direction Santé Prévoyance du groupe Covéa (MAAF, MMA, GMF). L'équipe est composée de 10 collaborateurs (5 à Strasbourg et 5 à Niort). Le manager direct est basé sur le site de Niort, le manager N+2 sur le site de Strasbourg.
