ANAQUA est à la recherche d'un développeur Full Stack (PHP/React JS) au sein de notre filiale ANAQUA Services. En tant que développeur Full Stack, vous êtes intégré(e) dans notre équipe IT travaillant selon les méthodes de développement Agile (XP) et vous participez au cycle de développement de notre logiciel métier. Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) est un(e) individu(e) motivé(e), avec une forte culture du résultat, capable de gérer plusieurs projets et ceci en respectant les échéances définies avec sa hiérarchie. Il est également nécessaire que le ou la candidat(e) fasse preuve de capacité d’analyse, d’un excellent sens de la communication afin de pouvoir interagir avec l’ensemble des acteurs de la société et soit capable de travailler aussi bien en autonomie qu’au sein d’équipes pluridisciplinaires. Ce rôle relève du Lead Tech d'ANAQUA Services.

  • Analyser les besoins des clients internes, rédaction et affinage des «user stories»
  • Mener le développement (Pair Programming, TDD) des applicatifs métiers.
  • Procéder aux phases de test et de mise de production.
  • Effectuer la maintenance évolutive et corrective en lien avec les services internes.

L’environnement technique

  • Systèmes d’exploitation : Linux et Windows.
  • Langages de programmation : React JS, PHP/Symfony.
  • Environnement Base de données : MariaDB, MongoDB.
  • Environnement développement : PHPStorm, Git, Docker.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir

  • 2 années d’expérience minimum dans un poste similaire
  • Niveau Bac+2/3 en Informatique
  • Anglais professionnel requis
  • Expérience(s) réussie(s) sur des projets PHP/React JS.

Description du poste

Le titulaire du poste intervient dans le contexte du développement d'une activité « Intelligence artificielle » au sein du MinArm et de l’AMIAD. Il contribue à l’écosystème de l'IA dans le domaine militaire, notamment en embarqué sur les systèmes d’armes, en soutien aux opérations, ou pour les activités support quotidiennes. Il participe au développement des technologies et solutions y afférentes.

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre des pipelines de CI/CD dans un environnement isolé
  • Administrer et optimiser les environnements de développement et d’intégration
  • Participer à l’outillage des environnements
  • Intégrer et maintenir en conditions opérationnelles des applications d’IA
  • Supporter les utilisateurs dans l’utilisation des outils
  • Assurer la sécurité des procédures
  • Développer des outils exploratoires pour identifier des problèmes ou explorer de nouvelles idées

Directement rattachée au Ministre des Armées, l'Agence Ministérielle de l’intelligence artificielle de Défense (AMIAD) est responsable de la mise en œuvre de la politique du Ministère en matière d'IA. Elle est également chargée de piloter et de conduire les projets d'envergure en la matière. En collaboration avec toutes les entités du Ministère des Armées, elle intervient sur des projets variés couvrant tous les domaines d'activité (renseignement, commandement, soutien, administration …) dans l’objectif de garantir la supériorité opérationnelle de la France dans les années à venir en matière d’IA. Le titulaire du poste intervient dans un contexte lié au développement et à la consolidation d'une activité « IA » au sein du MinArm et plus particulièrement de l’AMIAD. Il contribue à l’écosystème de l'IA dans le domaine militaire, que ce soit en embarqué sur les systèmes d’armes, en soutien aux opérations, ou pour les activités support du quotidien. Il participe au développement des technologies et solutions visant à y répondre. L'environnement est marqué par la nécessité de poursuivre le développement de compétences nouvelles s'adressant à l'ensemble des métiers du Ministère. Ce poste exige une grande autonomie, et nécessite de s'interfacer et de communiquer avec des experts de domaines métiers multiples. Le domaine très sensible nécessite une protection efficace de l'information et le respect des contraintes de sécurité inhérentes au domaine concerné.
Assurer le développement d’applications backend et frontend des projets en appliquant la méthodologie et les procédures de l'Agence
Assurer les tests unitaires, les tests d’intégration et la maintenance en relation avec les utilisateurs
Orienter techniquement les projets, proposer des idées techniques innovantes dans le domaine et adapter les moyens techniques nécessaires à la conduite des travaux
Assurer la conception technique et l’architecture des applications de type micro services
Contribuer au respect des engagements de coût, délai, performance de l’Agence en participant à la réalisation des devis et à la définition du contenu des tâches attendues (préparation et évaluation préalable des charges de travail),
Préparer l'avenir en contribuant à la définition des investissements techniques nécessaires à l’Agence
Travailler en équipe car intégré à des équipes projet et à avoir des échanges réguliers avec des clients, des industriels ou des laboratoires de recherche dans le cadre contrat de sous-traitance ou de partenariat,
Encadrer l’activité technique sur les projets dont il a la charge ; encadrer et accompagner des équipes de développeurs juniors.
Mettre en place et suivre des contrats de sous-traitance (rédaction du CCTP, suivi des prestations, etc.) en tant que prescripteur technique,
Dans le cadre du rayonnement de l’agence, mener des actions de formation, de sensibilisation ou d’informations sur le développement fullstack.

Required skills and experience

  • Demonstrable experience of work on modern web applications
  • A strong understanding of HTML, CSS with SCSS and JavaScript
  • Experience with Javascript components libraries
  • Experience with TypeScript
  • Experience with responsive user interfaces for a wide range of devices and browsers
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems
  • Awareness of SEO best practice
  • Consideration of accessibility in all aspects of your work
  • A strong understanding of web performance in complex user interfaces
  • Ability to interact with UX, designers and server-side developers
  • Curiosity about technology and a thirst to learn
  • Based in EMEA timezones (Europe, the Middle East and Africa)
  • University degree or equivalent education

Useful experience if you have it

  • Familiarity with Linux desktop technologies
  • Server-side languages, such as Python or NodeJS
  • Experience working on a large scale React (with TypeScript) project
  • A history of open source contributions
  • Relevant work experience

In this team

  • You'll create high fidelity websites and web apps using the latest incarnations of HTML, CSS (SCSS) and Javascript (React and TypeScript)
  • You'll help maintain existing projects including updating content and adding new pages
  • You'll manage incoming requests for updates and liaise with or delegate to other people as necessary
  • You'll ensure the standard of our output remains high and consistent across our whole product portfolio
  • You'll ensure new pages are published according to specification and in compliance with our web style guide
  • You'll participate in and contribute to our living style guide, Vanilla Framework.
  • Work closely with UX designers and visual designers to implement exemplary user experiences.
