At Kapres Technology, we are looking for an IT Project Manager (Contract Logistics) based in or near Paris to join a leading client in the logistics sector.
The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects that focus on implementing Contract Logistics systems and integrating them with customers and carriers. This role also includes managing product development and solution enhancements. It involves overseeing both individual projects and broader programs, especially those with high-demand customers, product roadmaps, and multiple change requests delivered through scheduled releases.
The IT Project Manager leads the IT work stream, coordinates activities across internal and external teams, and serves as the central point of communication for progress, issues, risks, quality and budget control.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field.
- Formal Structured Project Management qualification - e.g. Prince II, PMP, AGILE.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a large international logistic environment.
- 2-5+ years of IT Project Management.
- Proven experience in managing project teams.
- Experience with WMS implementation projects.
- Experience participating in workshops to collect requirements and conduct gap analysis.
- Location: Strasbourg, France.

Nous recherchons un chef de projet IT (H/F) en freelance ou portage salarial pour une mission à Paris avec un déplacement par semaine en France.
Vos missions :
- Travaux à la DSI :
- Planification avec les sites + DI ( direction immobilier ) + DET ( services généraux)
- Etude des besoins des sites
- Etude des plans (micro zoning)
- Demande de devis pour les équipement Digitaux
- Demande de devis pour les prestations ( manutention, connexion / déconnexion, transferts, enlèvements)
- Demande de devis pour les études et audits
- Déplacements et pré visites sur sites
- Superviser l'arrivée des matériels et équipements informatiques
- Superviser les prestataires
- Réceptionner des travaux
- Restitution des sites
- Critères obligatoires :
- Déplacements sur sites impératifs
- Respect du processus établi par l'équipe PAE-Immobilier
- Périmètre technique assure le suivi:
- FIBRE, liens MPLS : Commande + POC OBS + Coordination avec les équipe Wan / Lan
- Sécurité : firewalls (Fortinet) coordination avec les équipes sécurité
- WIFI : étude implantation & suivi installation
- BAIES informatiques : dimensionnement et configuration / matériel actif
- Câblage : conseil à DET & sous-traitants / étude implantations / CF & Cf
- PRINTING : mouvements + reconfiguration
- Téléphonie Fixe : mouvements + reconfiguration / routeurs
- ECRANS 24 P: déploiement double écrans pour Back-Office
- ECRANS 32 P : équipement des bulles (front office)
- Docking : équipement des positions de travail + bulles + salles RU + salles formation
- Salles HUAWEI (Visio) : dimensionnement, mouvements, reconfiguration
- VOD : mouvements & reconfiguration des équipements
- Matériel Obsolète : Enlèvement & Recyclage
- Résiliation / restitution des locaux : liens réseaux,

The position's primary focus will be in the areas of computer operations, user and desktop support (hardware and software), helpdesk, Microsoft Office, and networking support.
This is a first-line support role involving network, hardware, and Microsoft software support. You will also be responsible for managing software upgrades, and basic PC maintenance including moving PCs, installing new PCs, installing software on existing PCs, and daily checks of networks and servers.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who can work on their own initiative, solve problems and make decisions as well as demonstrate extremely strong literacy skills, possess a high level of organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. You will have good attention to detail, a high level of communication skills, and a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft products and combined with being adaptable and able to function in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
The ideal candidate will exercise judgment and creativity in selecting and applying procedures correctly and determines when to refer problems to the manager or next level of support.
In joining the team, you will be working for an organization that provides excellent opportunities for career development in an environment where employees can develop their skills.
This is a full-time permanent position; the salary is dependent on experience and qualifications.
You must have a full clean driving license and have your own car.
Requirements.

You will require the knowledge of a variety of hardware as well as software, notably Microsoft Windows/Office, and Active Directory. Experience in Apple OS X would also be beneficial.
