The Doe Run Company is seeking a Yard Equipment Operator to safely operate mobile equipment to facilitate movement and transfer of waste material. This day shift position will be located at The Buick Resource Recycling Facility in Boss, MO.

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Operates a variety of heavy equipment including Cat 308 excavators, front-end loaders, skid-steers, trackhoes, backhoes, excavators, dozers, graders, and trenchers.

Typical Duties:

• Perform field engineering, welding, fabrication, major repairs and service of all plant equipment in conjunction with the plant operator to maintain high safety and production standards of the aggregate production facility.
• Follow proper GOH/MSHA safety practices and procedures.
• Conduct pre- and post-shift plant and equipment inspections.
