AED 11,244 / month (~USD 3,061) These are approximate numbers for Grade II (Economy Class). Hotel accommodation as well as transport to and from the airport is provided by the company. High school graduate (Grade 12)~ Fluency in written and spoken English (ability to speak another language is an advantage)~ No visible tattoos while you’re in Emirates cabin crew uniform (cosmetic and bandage coverings are not allowed)~ As Emirates cabin crew, you will be based in Dubai and will need to meet the UAE’s employment visa requirements

Overview
The Customer Service Manager (CSM) is the main liaison between the company and its global aftermarket customers. The role manages customer relationships, processes parts orders, resolves service issues, and supports growth opportunities with airlines, lessors, MROs, and brokers. The CSM ensures customer satisfaction by coordinating internal resources and supporting both daily operations and long-term account development. The role requires shift work.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers with professional, proactive communication.
- Manage a portfolio of 80+ customers, including airlines, lessors, and repair stations.
- Oversee order processing, including quotes, order entry, returns, repairs, backorders, and delivery coordination.
- Resolve invoice, delivery, and quality issues with Finance, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
- Lead customer projects such as start-up kits, repair team events, and product transitions.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and propose value-added solutions.
- Prepare reports and present at customer meetings and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve customer challenges and improve processes.
- Gather and analyze customer data for reporting and presentations.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management.
- 2+ years in the aerospace industry.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Project management or continuous improvement certification is an asset.
- Experience in logistics / supply chain is an asset.
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts.
- Analytical with experience in data reporting; Excel / Power BI a plus.
- Able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and deliver projects.
