Role Overview
As a Freelance Designer with a digital production focus, reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, UXers, Developers, CRM, Operations, and Regulatory teams to produce high-quality digital assets. You will be working within an established creative system to execute designs across multiple formats, with Figma as a core tool.
You are an original thinker with an eye for detail and proportions, a strong sense of brand consistency, and a collaborative spirit. This role blends production precision with creativity and requires the ability to work independently, delivering error-free digital assets, even under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate creative concepts into polished, engaging digital assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Format and produce digital content including emails, websites, banners, social graphics, and other deliverables
- Execute layouts and design elements based on established templates and brand guidelines
- Build and organise final digital files to spec, with a focus on accessibility and development feasibility
- Apply typographical corrections, version control, and QA rigorously before handoff
- Participate in the development of medical/therapeutic content, interpreting data and visualising it effectively when required
- Maintain structured file management systems and adhere to folder/server naming conventions
- Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to digital execution
- Collaborate across multiple disciplines and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders

On est une agence web créative basée en Savoie, et on aime concevoir des sites internet aussi beaux qu’efficaces. Ici, on mélange créativité, technique et grignotage (trop de grignotage) pour façonner des expériences digitales sur-mesure.
Notre truc ? Un web performant, ergonomique et stylé. Et pour ça, on cherche un(e) stagiaire qui manie Figma comme un chef et qui a l’œil affûté pour transformer une charte graphique en interfaces desktop et mobile fluides et engageantes.

CONTEXTE : il s’agit d’intégrer un pôle web composée de trois personnes. Vous serez sous la responsabilité d’une consultante séniore sur le pôle afin de l’assister dans la mise en oeuvre d’une nouvelle identité visuelle au sein d’une DSI composée de plusieurs équipes projets qui réalisent le développement et/ou le maintien en condition opérationnelle de fonctionnalités sur des applications Angular (Back Office et Front Office) dans un environnement Java Spring.
RÔLE : il s’agit d’occuper le poste d’intégrateur confirmé
MISSION :
- intégration de la nouvelle charte graphique
- participation à la mise en place du nouveau design system
- concevoir des prototypes d’écrans et les réaliser en HTML / CSS / SASS sur le site web grand public de l’entreprise (mais également à terme sur les applicatifs Front Office et Back Office)
- gérer les demandes en provenance des différentes équipes projets ou métier
- gérer des tickets pour corriger ou améliorer des dysfonctionnements en provenance des pages web ou des interfaces de certaines applications
- avoir des compétences en design system et sur figma
- avoir une approche composant
- être opérationnel sur les aspects d’intégration web et préprocessing CSS (SASS principalement)
- être capable de travailler en équipe, de faire preuve de diplomatie en réunion et de suivre les recommandations du responsable

Vos missions au quotidien seront :
Concevoir des expériences utilisateurs efficaces : Traduire les besoins utilisateurs et les objectifs métiers en parcours fluides via wireframes, prototypes interactifs et spécifications fonctionnelles.
Créer des interfaces modernes et cohérentes : Développer des maquettes UI haute fidélité en respectant l'identité de marque, les principes de design visuel et les standards d'accessibilité.
Maintenir et faire évoluer le Design System : Contribuer à l'évolution, la documentation et la maintenance de notre Design System garantissant la cohérence et l'efficacité des interfaces.
Collaborer avec les équipes projet : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les développeurs, analystes et responsables projets pour assurer une intégration fluide des designs.
Tester, itérer et améliorer : Organiser des tests utilisateurs, recueillir les retours et ajuster les designs dans une logique d'amélioration continue.
Assurer une veille active : Suivre les tendances UX/UI, outils et bonnes pratiques afin de faire évoluer les méthodes.
Contexte Agile (Kanban, cycle itératif…)
Un temps partiel (60% par exemple) est envisageable.
Démarrage idéalement en septembre
Première expérience significative en tant qu'UX/UI Designer sur des produits numériques, idéalement des applications mobiles.
Maîtrise des outils : Excellente maîtrise de Figma ; bonne connaissance de la suite Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator) ; la maîtrise d'outils d'analyse utilisateur (Google Analytics, Piano) est un plus.
Compétences design & techniques : Maitrise des notions d'ergonomie, des fondamentaux du design visuel, des guidelines mobiles (iOS, Material Design), du responsive et de l'accessibilité (WCAG). Expérience avec les Design Systems.
Méthodologies : Maîtrise de la conception centrée utilisateur (UCD) et expérience en environnement agile
Empathie, rigueur, curiosité, autonomie, proactivité, bonnes capacités de communication à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
