About BYD France
BYD France is the French National Sales Company of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd, a China-based company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.
I. Work with the European teams and France NSC teams to provide local market analysis, consumer analysis and competitor benchmarking, pricing，providing valuable insights that will help us develop effective marketing strategies for our products.
2. Actively engage in product localization projects on the French market. This will involve helping to identify market requirements and uncovering consumer insights to help develop products that meet the needs of our target audience.
3. Responsible for product requests from various stakeholders. including user groups, dealers and local authorities or associations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Sales, Business Planning and Marketing to help convert these requests into product implementations aligned with our product strategy.
4. Actively engage in local product campaigns, such as test drive events and potential users, to refine our product proposition and raise awareness of our products to potential customers.
5. Support other local activities, such as compliance testing and product training, in the early stage of (pre-) launches of new passenger car models in Europe. In doing so, it will help ensure that our products comply with all relevant regulatory frameworks and trade
requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
- 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry (OEM experience is a plus
- Strong product passion, curiosity for innovation, and a customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written); Chinese is a plus
