Basic Qualifications
- Multiple years of project experience in delivering large-scale migration programs with hands-on expertise in two or more of the following domains: migration strategy design, migration business case creation, application portfolio analysis, application assessment, migration process design, migration tool implementation, migration execution, or operational integration.
- Proven track record as a migration or modernization specialist in customer-facing roles.
- Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical aspects in an enterprise environment.
- Solid experience with project management and agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, PMP, ACP, Prince 2, or any other).
- Excellent French and English communication skills

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field with 5+ years industry experience building Data & AI/ML business applications
- Strong software development skills in multiple languages, such as Python, Java, SQL, and R, with extensive ETL and data management experience

Summary
The Sales & Business Development Engineer is responsible for driving regional growth of temporary and mobile water treatment solutions across the Nordic region (Sweden, Norway, and Denmark), spanning the full water cycle—from process water to wastewater and reuse applications. Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
- Collaborate with regional and global technology centers.
- Coordinate with Operations and Logistics for smooth project mobilization and execution.
- Engage with Global Industry Development Directors to integrate sector-specific insights into sales strategy.
- Share market intelligence and customer feedback with marketing, R&D, and fleet planning teams.
- Contribute to the development of sales tools, digital platforms, and value proposition messaging.
Commercial excellence & market intelligence
- Benchmark market prices and competitor offerings for temporary water services.
- Develop pricing strategies that optimize margins and asset utilization in coordination with regional centers.
- Monitor trends in sustainability, discharge regulations, and digital transformation in target industries.
Documentation
- Prepare and actively participate in sales team reviews & reports, active use of CRM system.
Job Requirements
- Extensive working experience technical sales, business development, or application engineering in industrial water or process industries.
- Experienced and proven capability to work across cultures, borders, and different methods of executing business within an international team.
- Proficiency in English and Swedish to communicate effectively and clearly with both technical and non-technical personnel, including clients, team members, and management.
- Possess a valid Driver's License to drive in the region

Summary
The Sales & Business Development Engineer, ensures the commercial development of Mobile Water Solutions activities and brand awareness in their region. Activities include participating in communication actions, prospecting potential new customers, preparing proposals in cooperation with the process experts, negotiating prices, developing strategies to boost sales, managing the customer portfolio, and ensuring commercial follow-up with customers in order to make them customer for life. The Sales & Business Development Engineer plays a crucial role in business & profitability growth. The Sales & Business Development Engineer, Poland reports to the Business Development Manager, NSI Central Europe.
The role is based at NSI Central Europe office in Piastow with frequent domestic and occasional international travel required.
Job Responsibilities
Sales
- Direct strategic sales and negotiations
- Establishing sales plan for the dedicated area with the support of the Division Sales Manager
- Maintaining contact with existing customers and building long-term partnerships
- Calculating prices based on the standard cost sheet
- Preparing proposals (technical & process support from Europe Operations Team)
Business Development
- Identifying & prospecting of new potential customers in the assigned region.
- Establishing development plan for the dedicated area with the support of the Division Sales Manager
- Implementing specific business development plans (priority customers, engineering houses & EPCs, IEX, etc.)
- Identifying new markets or fields of opportunities
Support general Sales and Marketing activities
- Contributing proactively to the business & profitability growth
- Building brand awareness
- Implementing marketing plan (support from Europe Marketing Team) and participating in communication events and actions (webinars, seminars, exhibitions, press articles, technical papers)
- Respecting Golden Rules (internal procedures, contractual terms, etc.)
Quality Assurance
- Assist in developing systems and procedures for Mobile Water Solutions.
- Provide adequate auditing, particularly of on-site activities, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Adhere to and enforce procedures outlined within the quality system.
Health & Safety
- Ensure adherence to QHSE policies and standards by fostering a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace, actively promoting safety initiatives, and complying with regulatory requirements, as the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees are fundamental to our organization.
- Report any incidents, near-misses, or hazards promptly to management and assist in the investigation process to prevent future occurrences
