Votre rôle : Partenaire Stratégique pour nos Clients et Moteur de notre Croissance
Votre mission s'articule autour de la croissance de votre portefeuille clients, de l'excellence de la livraison et de votre contribution au leadership de la practice.
- Gestion de Portefeuille Client et Sponsoring Exécutif :
o Gérer et développer un portefeuille de clients stratégiques en Europe, en agissant comme leur "Executive Sponsor" et partenaire de confiance au plus haut niveau.
o Assurer la satisfaction client, la rentabilité et la croissance organique de vos comptes.
- Développement Commercial et Ventes :
o Piloter des cycles de vente complexes pour des transformations d'envergure, en développant votre portefeuille existant et en acquérant de nouveaux clients.
o Incarner l'expertise de Huron lors des phases d'avant-vente et construire des propositions de valeur différenciantes.
- Alliance Stratégique avec Oracle :
o Entretenir et renforcer une relation stratégique avec l'écosystème Oracle, en collaborant avec leurs équipes de vente pour identifier des opportunités communes et positionner Huron comme un partenaire de choix.
- Leadership au sein de la Practice :
o Contribuer activement à la direction de la practice européenne, en participant à la stratégie de croissance globale et à la gestion des talents.
o Être un mentor pour les managers et directeurs de l'équipe, en les aidant à développer leur propre portefeuille.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Expérience :** Vous possédez **12 ans ou plus d'expérience** dans un rôle de direction au sein d'un **grand cabinet de conseil (Big 4, Accenture, etc.)** .
+ **Gestion de Portefeuille :** Vous avez un **historique prouvé dans la gestion et la croissance d'un portefeuille de services de plusieurs millions d'euros** .
+ **Double Compétence :** Vous maîtrisez à la fois la **vente ("Sales") et la supervision de la livraison ("Delivery")** de projets de transformation Oracle Cloud ERP complexes.
+ **Réseau Actif :** Vous disposez d'un réseau solide auprès de décideurs clients (C-level) et d'un excellent relationnel au sein de l'écosystème Oracle.
+ **Mobilité :** Vous avez une **forte disponibilité pour des déplacements fréquents en Europe et à l'international** , afin d'être proche de vos clients et de vos équipes.

Nutanix (NTNX) is looking for a passionate and driven Solutions Architect, serving as a specialist and trusted advisor for both end customers and field sales teams. This is a diverse role, ranging from influencing go-to-market strategies, to aiding customers' transformational journeys during the presales phase, to enabling the enterprise adoption of our solutions portfolio.
This role suits. Solutions Architects looking to grow as a key technical leader, focusing on solving customer challenges, driving sales strategies, architecting cloud-native solutions, and showcasing the overall value of Nutanix solutions.
**Sales Engineering at Nutanix**
Our Cloud Native team is growing. This team of customer-focused professionals are responsible for identifying and matching technology opportunities with customers' business issues and objectives. This team acts in a consultative fashion and is looked to as an expert in their field by Nutanix sales, customer success, business partners, and customers.
**Your Role**
+ Collaborate with field sales teams to develop go-to-market sales strategies, account plans, and identify and qualify business opportunities.
+ Understand customer business needs, design cloud-native architectures, and present compelling solutions that demonstrate the value of our offerings.
+ Provide feedback to product teams on client needs, market trends, and sales personas.
+ Be the key technical leader and influencer, building and maintaining relationships with technical resources at all levels of a customer organization.
+ Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
+ Be a dynamic, self-starter who can flourish in a dynamic technology company.
+ Have subject matter expertise in one or more Nutanix products.
**What you will bring**
+ 5+ years of proven experience in a presales role, particularly in cloud-native environments.
+ Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts & technologies, such as Kubernetes, OpenStack, AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.
+ Familiarity with at least one Kubernetes platform (Rancher, OpenShift, EKS, AKS, GKE, D2iQ).
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills (English).
+ Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events (role requires about 40-50% of travel).
+ Fluent French speaking skills.
**Preferred Skills**
+ Experience designing, building, and operating the infrastructure and configuration of container platforms with a focus on automation and infrastructure-as-code.
+ Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
+ Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g. Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation etc.).
+ Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g. CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitOps, ArgoCD).

**About the Role**
As a Principal Cloud Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing next generation accelerated computing and AI solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). You will engage directly with startup to strategic customers, helping them architect and deploy complex HPC and GPU clusters, AI platforms, and intelligent agentic solutions across POC and production environments. You will play a pivotal role in pre-sales technical consulting, solution engineering, and AI transformation strategy.
This is a highly visible and influential role, combining deep technical skills with a consultative approach to support from emerging AI Startups to Fortune 500 customers, develop scalable AI architectures, and contribute to Oracle's strategic vision for cloud and AI adoption.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Architect and deploy large-scale GPU/HPC infrastructure on OCI using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Slurm and Kubernetes.
+ Build automated solutions for cluster provisioning, software deployment, and infrastructure as code.
+ Collaborate with Oracle's largest enterprise customers to define and tailor solutions that meet high-performance compute and AI requirements.
+ Support LLM-based solutions, agentic AI systems, and robotic AI platforms from design through deployment.
+ Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers on best practices, cloud migration strategies, and deployment patterns.
+ Conduct customer training, workshops, and technical deep dives to enable successful cloud adoption.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with product, support, and engineering to close technical gaps and influence product roadmaps.
+ Develop and share technical assets including competitive differentiators, code samples, demos, blogs, and white papers.
+ Identify and work with key AI Partners to support customer requirements from design to deployments.
**Required Technical Skills**
+ Hands-on expertise with GPU and HPC architecture in cloud and on-prem environments.
+ Proficiency in scripting and automation: Python, Bash, PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible.
+ Experience with cluster managers (SLURM, PBS, Bright), Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
+ Knowledge of RDMA, Infiniband, MPI, and distributed file systems.
+ Core Cloud Native experience
+ Familiarity with AI/ML platforms, large language models (LLMs), and inference serving stacks.
**Business & Leadership Skills**
+ 5+ years in pre-sales, technical consulting, or customer-facing solution architecture.
