Background:

eu-LISA is the European Union Agency for the Operational Management of Large-Scale IT Systems in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice (eu-LISA) manages large-scale IT systems to support the implementation of asylum, border management and migration policies in the European Union (EU). The Agency is also a front-runner for the digitalisation efforts of the EU's Justice and Home Affairs domain, building a new information architecture and contributing to the development of a new security ecosystem. Task description:

  • Manage the web-based Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and collaboration resources used by staff and stakeholders
  • Create and maintain SharePoint site collections with multiple sites, unique navigational elements, custom content types and site columns, site pages, web part pages, workflows, retention policies, and governance policies
  • Work with staff and key stakeholders to define the high level solution to be delivered
  • Monitor and report on usage as well as perform security audits of the systems
  • Implement the final design (i.e. "look-and-feel") of the User Interface (UI) collaborating with communication staff
  • Coordinate technical reviews ensuring that the application UI meets usability, functional, and client’s UI guidelines and standards
  • Collaborate with governance/oversight group to align with corporate strategy
  • Provide training and act as a "point of contact" for web related questions and requests.
  • Produce and maintain procedural documentation.

Education:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant education (bachelor degree or equivalent) after the secondary school

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of IT professional experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in web site management
  • Minimum 2 years of web page design and development experience
  • 3 years of IT/System and/or web design/development experience with web design tools, including
  • 2 years of SharePoint development experience.
  • 1 year of SharePoint architectural design experience on an enterprise implementation
  • 2 years of Microsoft administration experience on Windows operating systems. Scripting and/or Microsoft
  • NET development experience(There may be overlaps in the above experience)

Additional needed qualification, knowledge and skills:

  • Experience in web site support
  • Microsoft SharePoint certification or equivalent experience
  • Good understanding of SharePoint and the different out of the box web parts and their functionality, InfoPath Form Services and SharePoint Designer
  • Demonstrated experience translating a final design into a finished SharePoint web presence
  • Knowledge of information management technologies and platforms, especially SharePoint 2010
  • Experience with web design tools

What You'll Do

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Clinical Platform domain (B2B oriented).

You will join a feature team at the core of the Clinical Platform, responsible for the document classification module, its connections to external sources such as mail providers and directory listeners, and the creation of capabilities to store medical documents. This module is at the center of our product, as it is used by thousands of practitioners every day. Within a team of 5 software engineers including you, you will work on improving the French classification module and on the development of new modules for Germany and other countries in the future.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement features to improve healthcare access for patients
  • Take a leading role within the team and contribute to establishing a technical vision that ensures the performance, security, and usability of the application
  • Bring your expertise and past experiences to help us continuously improve the way we design, implement, test and monitor high-quality features
  • Improving the performance of key features
  • Work with the team on the definition of the migration strategy on the new backend technical stack in Java
  • Taking leadership on delivering roadmap items (together with the team)

Position Overview

Compliance & Risk Management

Required Qualifications
Experience & Knowledge
  • 6+ years of experience in records management, digital archives, or content lifecycle governance

  • Solid understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks for records and information governance
  • Familiarity with classification systems, metadata standards, and retention schedules
Technical & Analytical Skills

    Job Description

    At the heart of the Louis Vuitton digital tribe, we are looking for a consulting position as Release & testing coordinator to support the Digital test manager in the coordination, the progress & the securization of the Release cycles, as well as maintaining the LV.com platform in direct connection with the e-commerce and login topics.

    You will integrate an agile organization and will be required to take part in squad ceremonies and in particular those of the Squad Omnichannel & Squad CS as the main referent of the Release team, in a multi-project framework, ensuring the prioritization of impacting subjects for the Squads and the stability of the lower environment throughout the sprints.

    Management of the entire NRTs process (end-to-end) on the pre-production environment with the Testing Factory, the Squads and other stakeholders including:

    Testing activities:

    1. Coordination & scope planning of Non-regression testing: Ensure transfer knowledge for new evolutions, test cases review, co-build the expected scope of NRTs based on priority, study of new scope of NRTs on respective scopes, daily interactions with the Testing Factory team to monitor the progress of non-regression tests (manual and automated).
    2. Bug management:
    3. Testing, analysis, qualification & prioritization & reporting of bug tickets, regular monitoring of the backlog with the Release team and prioritization with the Squad of blocking and impacting subjects during the sprint, animation of the points of dispatch of anomalies with the QA of the Squads.
    4. Regular monitoring and testing of the main functionalities of the LV.Com.
    5. Reporting and follow-up of the NRTs activity of each sprint to the Digital test manager.

    Testing environment optimization:

    1. Lower environment ownership: Test data settings ownership & maintenance, carry out the configurations necessary for the proper use of the functionalities in the Back-office (AEM, BCC, etc.).

    Release management:

    1. Squads activities: follow up and participate in the different squad activities and ensure compliance with release pre-requisites, provide support on squads side for non-regression testing activities.
    2. Participation in agile ceremonies within the Release team and tribes (Daily, Demo, Tribe Meetings, PI etc.).
    3. Release documentation: ensure all the tickets (user stories) & activations are up-to-date and reviewed during Go/No go session.

    Improvement process & strategy revisit:

    1. Conduct POCs for new tools for testing improvement.
    2. Participation in activities for improvement process release management & testing strategy.
    3. Elevate QA standards and share best practices.

    Background/ Experiences:

    Having minimum 5+ years of experience of Digital projects in an international context on E-Commerce with a strong spirit of analysis, leadership, coordination and rigorous.

    You have extensive experience in managing testing activities from execution to evolution. You are comfortable with the prioritization, challenging and evolution.

    Strong stakeholder management

    Team spirit, autonomy, experience in testing (high level of knowledge regarding the landscape of automation & manual).

    Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Trello, SAFE methodology.

    Knowledge of Salesforce tools.

    Testing strategies, implementation and execution (Manual and automation).

    Evolving in a fast-paced, challenging and agile environment, you have a very good knowledge of E-commerce and E-retail issues, you master Jira, Confluence and justify at the minimum of a first significant experience (excluding internship or work-study) on an E-Commerce platform (knowledge of the issues specific to the luxury sector is a real plus).

    Moreover, autonomy, leadership and sense of organization are essential assets for this consulting role.

    Graduate of a master 2 and fluent English imperative (daily interactions in English).
