Job Description
We're looking for a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be involved in the design and continuous improvement of our IoT supervision interfaces, working closely with the Delivery, Quality, and Customer Success teams.
UI/UX Design & Quality
- Create user interfaces as part of IoT projects
- Commit to delivering work that meets expectations and is on time, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Design, implement, and evolve a UI/UX quality framework for the Delivery team.
- Define and formalize guidelines and best practices for deliverables (white label, CSS, templates, etc.). Ensure deliverables comply with defined quality standards.
- Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Maintain a constant watch on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
With the support of the Tech Lead and under the responsibility of the Delivery Manager, you:
- Participate in client meetings and propose UX improvements adapted to identified needs.
- Create UI/UX interfaces on the client application.
- Manage certain cross-functional projects, including defining objectives, planning, operational monitoring, and evaluating results.
- Develop and maintain an image library to ensure visual consistency of deliverables.
- Support the Customer Success team in managing public model libraries.
Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Desired Profile
- Graduate from a specialized school (e.g., SRC/MiME).
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS).
- Knowledge of ergonomics and accessibility principles (WCAG, responsive design, etc.)
- Team spirit, rigor, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation.
- Fluency in English and French.

As a Senior User Research Project Manager within the Editorial & Content Intelligence department, and under the responsibility of the Business Intelligence Associate Director, you will be responsible for designing and implementing User Research protocols to contribute in creating high quality game experiences.
As such, you will partner with our western development studios, as well as our Production, Brand and Support teams to bring the player experience insights needed to improve the quality and consumer relevance of our games.
Your main responsibilities include (non-exhaustive list):
- Design Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe's User Research policy, based on a strong understanding of corporate structure and business needs
- Ensure collaborative engagement with our production and development teams and effectively fit high-impact user feedback into our developments
- Build the research roadmap for our titles in collaboration with all the stakeholders
- Manage and oversee the execution of user research through external partners, ensuring quality and alignment with project goals
- Help identify deviations from our defined quality standards and propose action plans in collaboration with the Producer
- Align with game development teams to define actionable next steps from research and maintain the research roadmap accordingly
- Effectively communicate research results to multiple levels of the organization in creative ways that drive impact

- Act as an ambassador, evangelizing user research and user-centered design principles internally and externally

We are hiring a UX designer for our Design System Team.
You will play a key role making open source software available to the world. Our Design function ensures the experience of the software and infrastructure we build is true to our intentions, and delivers the tools our community and customers need. The Design System UX designer makes that possible by defining, evolving and advocating for a consistent use of design system that scales across our products.
This role sits in the design system team reporting to Design Systems Management
Location: This role will be based remotely in the EMEA region.
The role entails
- Building and evolving Canonical's design system, ensuring measurable adoption, consistency, scalability and accessibility across our products
- Collaborating with designers, engineers and stakeholders to translate user needs and brand principles into reusable components, patterns and guidelines
- Championing design system best practices, advocating for cohesive user experience and design, providing documentation and support for cross-functional teams
- Designing and documenting UI components, design tokens and interaction patterns
- Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of the roadmap
- Enabling alignment on design system usage and governance across teams
- Advocating for accessibility, performance, and scalability in design system decisions and iterating based on data and technological advancements
- Staying ahead of industry trends, ensuring innovation and balancing it with system coherence and performance
- Relevant experience in UX/product design, with a strong focus on design systems in complex environments
- A portfolio demonstrating strong expertise in design systems, including component libraries, documentation and handling complex environments
- Exceptional educational achievements in design or related behavioral science discipline
- Expertise in Figma, Storybook and design token workflows
- Experience of collaborating with engineers and bridging design and code
- Proven ability to apply design process and clearly communicate and document design decisions
- Excellent attention to detail and systemic approach to solving complex design challenges
- Commitment to transparent project delivery and owning team deadlines
- A passion for balancing consistency and innovation
- Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events
