Stage de césure long (6 mois) à pourvoir dès que possible. L'expertise mondiale de Monitor en stratégie client et marché, en stratégie d'entreprise et de business unit, ainsi qu'en matière d'innovation, permet de faire face aux défis et opportunités les plus critiques.
Pour faire face à son fort développement, l'équipe Stratégie recrute des stagiaires désireux d'intégrer une équipe intervenant dans des environnements motivants auprès d'entreprises multinationales de premier plan. Les équipes Monitor Deloitte accompagnent directement les dirigeants dans l'amélioration du positionnement et des performances de leur entreprise ou unité opérationnelle en utilisant une approche individualisée, innovante et rigoureuse. Les consultants stagiaires, avec le soutien de consultants plus expérimentés, participent au développement des hypothèses de réponses aux problématiques des clients, à la phase de recherches analytiques, à l'interprétation et l'analyse des résultats et à la préconisation de recommandations.
En particulier, vous :
- construisez des outils de recherche quantitative et qualitative ;
- modélisez des outils de prise de décision ;
- comprenez le marché et l'environnement de nos clients en utilisant la documentation à votre disposition (études industrielles, rapports annuels, etc.) et synthétisez vos informations ;
- pilotez et surveillez l'externalisation des recherches ;
- analysez et modélisez les données de marché ;
- participez à la rédaction des présentations ;
- gagnez progressivement en autonomie et en responsabilité, en prenant un rôle plus important dans le management du projet et dans les responsabilités clients au fur et à mesure que vous gagnez en expérience et que vous démontrez une capacité à prendre des initiatives.

Votre Profil :
- Etudiant(e) en dernière année d'une grande école de commerce ou d'ingénieurs, vous souhaitez valoriser un premier stage significatif en conseil, direction de la stratégie, banque d'investissement / private equity ou analyse financière.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités de communication orale et écrite alliées à un très bon sens de la formalisation.
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec les chiffres et démontrez une solide capacité d'analyse et de synthèse.
- Diplomate, votre excellent sens relationnel vous permet d'être à l'aise avec différents niveaux d'interlocuteurs et d'apprécier le travail en équipe.
- Vous êtes capable de travailler dans l'urgence et de prioriser vos tâches.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l'anglais et le français (oral et écrit).

The Senior Partner Manager (SPM) will report to the VP of European Channels and Alliances. This is an autonomous role with the individual being responsible for establishing and managing the Strategy partner ecosystem for the region.

The SPM is responsible for providing leadership, management, and strategy for all partner types, including Cloud / AI Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), global SIs (GSIs), regional SIs, key ISVs (Snowflake, Databricks, Exasol, etc.), and VARs.The SPM will have a myriad of different responsibilities to ensure leverage and consistent engagement with these partnerships to drive customer engagements, qualified pipeline and cloud bookings that meet and exceed quota and expectations.
The SPM will be part of the team that coordinates Strategy sales activities and will be a central conduit for engagement management between Strategy’s sales organization and all partners in the region.This person will be a knowledge expert on all aspects of the above Partnerships and will be asked to present at QBRs, executive meetings, training, and events. It is expected that the SPM has consistent interaction and engagement with customers, strategic vendors, alliances and other third parties in support of the co-sell activities with these Partnerships. Your Focus
- Manage the relationship with all partners in the region and help design activities to take the relationships to the next level.

Qualifications
Required Experience and Skills
- 5+ years’ experience in Sales Leadership - Account, Alliance, or Partner Management.
- Extensive Channel experience including selling with or managing channel partners.
- Experience working with Cloud / AI Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Experience working with GSIs and key ISVs such as Snowflake, Databricks, Exasol, etc.
- Strong relationship and sales skills, knowing what we sell and how people want to buy using previous experience from directly selling and knowing what it takes to be a phenomenal influencer in partnerships.
- Proven history of working independently, and with cross-functional teams to achieve company and team objectives.
- Attention to detail and the ability to plan and execute are essential.
- Strong business acumen and capable of developing and managing strategic plans with partner and company executives.
- Ability to anticipate and interpret market and business trend changes and advise business leaders accordingly.
- Ability to excel in a team environment, espousing cooperation, and mutual respect.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a virtual and matrix environment.
