Étude de faisabilité de la consolidation interrégionale des données dans un environnement multi-Databricks. Notre organisation exploite actuellement des instances Databricks en Europe (UE) et en Amérique du Nord (NA) afin de respecter les exigences de gouvernance des données telles que le RGPD. Si les données sensibles ou à caractère personnel doivent rester localisées, certaines données non sensibles (par exemple, les informations de fabrication des véhicules) pourraient bénéficier d'une consolidation dans une seule région géographique afin de simplifier l'analyse, réduire les duplications et libérer tout leur potentiel d-insight global.
Le ou la stagiaire mènera une étude sur la faisabilité du partage et de la consolidation des données non sensibles entre régions. Cela inclura : l’exploration de technologies telles que Databricks Delta Sharing et des approches associées (data mesh, data exchange, etc.). L’évaluation de la conformité et de l’alignement avec les directives de gouvernance des données (DGOV). L’analyse des implications architecturales, opérationnelles et financières des différentes options. La proposition d’une stratégie recommandée pour un partage de données interrégional sécurisé, efficace et évolutif.
Le ou la stagiaire collaborera étroitement avec les équipes Gouvernance des données et Plateforme afin de garantir que les solutions proposées respectent les contraintes réglementaires tout en apportant de la valeur métier. Étude comparative des technologies et approches disponibles. Prototype ou preuve de concept démontrant le partage interrégional de données sur un jeu de données sélectionné. Rapport final et présentation résumant les constats, arbitrages et recommandations.

As Senior Manager of Analytics, you will play a key role in shaping E&E data-driven strategy. Based in Paris and reporting to the Head of Analytics (US-based), you will lead a team of analysts, partner with senior stakeholders across Europe and North America, and ensure our data is turned into actionable insights that drive growth, efficiency, and innovation.
Leadership & Team Management- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Data Analysts.
- Set clear priorities, objectives, and performance standards for the team.

- Represent the Analytics team locally and act as a bridge to global Analytics leadership.
- Act as a trusted partner for Product, Tech, Fraud/Payment, and Finance teams.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to guide decision-making.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and business performance.
- Support Product teams in understanding user behavior, running experiments, and evaluating new features.
- Collaborate with Tech to define data requirements and ensure scalability, and quality of data.
- Build and optimize reporting tools and dashboards to empower business teams.
- Drive a culture of experimentation through structured A/B testing and impact analysis.
- Ensure data governance, quality, and availability in close collaboration with IT/Data Engineering.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and knowledge-sharing across E&E global analytics community.
- Enable data-driven decision-making at scale across E&E.
- Deliver actionable insights that directly shape product innovation, marketing efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Mentor and develop talent, creating a strong pipeline of future data leaders.
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing teams.
- Advanced expertise in SQL; good knowledge of Python (or R) for deeper analysis.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (QuickSight, Tableau or equivalent).
- A proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Finance.
- Experience designing KPI frameworks, dashboards, and scalable reporting systems.
- Excellent communication skills, able to adapt to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in English and French

Who are we looking for
We’re looking for a brilliant senior Data & Analytics Client Delivery Lead to help clients fully leverage Kraken data and transform their data team. The role requires extensive experience doing analytics on a strong modern data team (e.g. data analytics, business intelligence or related field e.g. analytics manager, lead data analyst, analytics or data consultant or similar); a love of working with clients; and a passion for driving the clean energy transition. Energy sector experience is a plus!
The role
You’ll work directly with Kraken clients to help them develop modern transformative data and analytics capabilities as part of their broader Kraken transformation. You’ll train them on Kraken data and support them in building critical reporting & insightful analytics, sometimes getting hands-on with query writing or demo analytics.
You’ll also leverage your experience leading strong analytics teams to advise senior client data leadership on how to build a high-performing business-centric data organization and leverage data as a strategic asset to unlock ambitious business and clean energy goals.
We are a flat and agile organisation and plan to remain this way. We are looking for a hands-on Data & Analytics Client Delivery Lead that can support both directly and indirectly - sometimes jumping in and writing queries or solving data challenges and other times advising or upskilling both clients and colleagues.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the clients reporting and analytics transition to Kraken goes smoothly - and ensuring that clients build the transformative data capabilities needed to get full value from Kraken data and power aspirational business goals.
What youll do :
- Guide clients in redefining critical reporting and analytics to use new Kraken data and concepts through hands-on query writing, working sessions and trainings
- Advise clients including senior leadership on topics like how to develop a high-performing data organization, how to build a modern tech stack and how to pursue a data strategy and priorities that drive their core business objectives
- Strategically define and prioritize client data needs to influence the data product roadmap, ensuring the product understands the core shared client needs and that solutions achieve clients' desired business outcomes
- Partner with engineering to deliver new data features and requirements aligned to client use cases
- Train Kraken's broader client delivery team on how to help their respective business domains ask effective data questions and leverage data directly to drive business impact
What youll need to have / be :
- Degree qualified or equivalent with strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience
- Several years of experience as a data analytics, business intelligence, or related field analytics manager, lead data analyst, analytics or data consultant or similar
- Strong familiarity with modern data practices and tools
- Strong facility with SQL and modern BI tools; familiar with agile product development practices and experience collaborating with engineering
- Excellent communications, collaboration and presentation skills
- Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking
- Patience; our clients are undergoing huge transformations that take time and require our understanding
- Experience in the energy sector is a plus

L’équipe projet mise en place pour la conversion du système SAP ECC6 EHP0 vers SAP S / 4HANA est structurée en différents streams correspondant aux work packages du projet, et en domaines correspondant aux métiers de notre client.
La prestation attendue consiste à prendre la responsabilité du stream Data Analytics du projet SAP4OneConversion, afin d’en définir les inducteurs et hypothèses permettant d’organiser la phase de réalisation et d’en chiffrer l’effort lié.
- Stream Leader : responsable (métier ou IS) du chantier correspondant. Assure l’organisation, l’animation et le suivi du bon déroulement du chantier.
En étroite collaboration avec son référent, le Chef de Projet métier, il est demandé au prestataire d’assurer les missions de Data Analytics Stream Leader pour le cadrage du chantier :
- Le prestataire pilotera (organisation, animation, restitution) les ateliers avec le métier pour étudier la liste des codes transactions spécifiques liés au reporting.
- Le prestataire pilotera (organisation, animation, restitution) les ateliers avec le métier pour recenser les requêtes developpées par les utilisateurs à retrouver dans S / 4HANA suite au Go-Live.
- Pour ces deux exercices, et en lien avec les équipes IS et Data, le prestataire étudiera les options pour transformer ces outils de reporting (remédiation du code, reconstruction de la requête, retour au standard ou bascule dans la Data Platform).
- Le prestataire préparera et participera au Comité Projet hebdomadaire pour presenter l’avancement de ses activités relatives au stream Data Analytics.
- A l’issue de cette étude de cadrage, le prestataire proposera un plan de stream : planning phasé (en cohérence avec le planning global du projet), plan d’action, et définition de la charge associée.
Critères :
Les consultants devront avoir une solide connaissance dans les domaines suivants :
Connaissance du traitement de la donnée et de son utilisation, de la collecte et de la modélisation
Connaissance de SAP ECC ou S / 4HANA
Capacité d’analyse de l’existant et de stratégie data
Connaissance des outils Pack Office
Connaissance métier : en particulier finance, supply chain, opérations
Anglais courant (écrit et oral) : langue du projet
Une connaissance du langage SQL serait un plus
Une expérience de projet de conversion, montée de version ou déploiement SAP serait un plus
