  • Assurer une qualité de service du support utilisateur et dispenser des formations
  • Documenter l’offre de service Groupe
  • Réaliser une veille technologique et réglementaire (intelligence artificielle, réglementations liées aux données)

Duration : 01 Sep 2025 Until 01 Sep 2027PREAMBLE The purpose of this specification is to define the conditions for the performance of the services relating to the Project Information Management studies to be carried out by the SERVICE PROVIDER for a Data Management Lead mission, on an EPC project. PURPOSE OF THE SUBCONTRACTING Terms & Conditions Language of the contract : English
Purpose of the service The purpose of the service is the collection, verification, consolidation of tags and project data, for delivery to the Client and to the Construction (Data Management or Information Management).
It does NOT cover documentation management (document control, final documentation, EDMS, etc.).

The SERVICE PROVIDER will carry out the following tasks as Project Data Management Lead:

  • Understand the contractual requirements, and the strategy put in place for the collection, verification, consolidation of data and its regular delivery to the Client.
  • Understand the tagging procedure and keep it up to date, in conjunction with engineering disciplines and partners
  • Establish a relationship of trust with the Client and the Partners
  • Raise awareness of tagging rules among disciplines, present Customer requirements and ensure that they take them into account
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the IM team, lead the team
  • Understand how the Engineering Data Warehouse works. Work with the Methods Engineer to ensure its proper development and use.
  • With the support of the Data Coordinator, set up and maintain a Master Tag Register for Engineering: from the different sources of tags and identified data, ensure the collection, verification and loading of tags and associated properties.
  • With the support of the Data Coordinators, ensure the collection, verification and loading of tags and data from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure the quality of the data loaded into the Engineering Data Warehouse. Maintain the different indicators and share them with the different project stakeholders.
  • Ensure that IM deliverables are issued to the Client and the Consortium on time, and with the right level of quality
  • Perform regular reporting to the project and the Department
BASIC DOCUMENTATION The basic documents made available by TECHNIP FRANCE to the SERVICE PROVIDER are:
Documents of the Agreement between Technip Energies and the CLIENT
  • Technical Project Databases
  • Documentation of subcontractors and suppliers
REQUIRED SKILLS The SERVICE PROVIDER must be:
  • Bac +5, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position (Data management lead on an EPC project)
  • Mastery of Data Management know-how (management of technical project data)
  • Mastery of the specificities of Oil & Gas projects and knowledge of project processes (Engineering and Procurement phase)
  • Proficiency in applicable codes – knowledge of the CFIHOS standard is a plus
  • Knowledge of software:
  • Excel (Advanced Level)
  • PowerBI, PowerQuery
  • Aveva Engineering or, failing that , other databases
  • Analysis, synthesis, responsiveness, diplomacy, rigor, organization, priority management
  • Interpersonal skills, good communication skills
Team Management

The division

You will join the Group Security division, defining the security standards to be applied by AXA entities, overseeing the overall security posture across the Group and providing centralized services to support entities (Crisis Management, Security Operations Centre, etc.).

Throughout AXA Group, the security community represents composed of 1000 security professionals, working daily to protect our customers, operations, brand and people. To achieve this, we have gathered our three security disciplines: Information Security, Physical Security and Operational Resilience.

About the job

Main missions

  • Drive the process of collecting the security posture of entities on a quarterly basis. Prepare, execute, and test activities in coordination with AXAGBS while providing support to entities and data owners.
  • Provide the necessary reports for committees and boards to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Act as the primary contact for security stakeholders to track and follow up requirements related to data collection & dashboards development, AI use cases, coordinate execution with the team and AXAGBS in agile mode.

The database is used to generate various lists regularly during project execution, such as equipment list, weight control report, bill of quantity for construction, local regulation registers, and to share one source of useful information with various users on the project.

You are responsible for:

In direct contact with experts and all stakeholders, you contribute to the prioritization of major projects/initiatives of the company by participating in prioritization meetings within the framework of the governance in place.

  • You decide on the order of priority of the backlog by estimating the added value of user stories (for ex. financial value, customer expectations, development cost, knowledge gain, risk) and by integrating the company's (regulatory) challenges and imperatives.
  • You present to the team the issues, objectives and content of each user story in order to:

- give them meaning and develop their involvement, also responding to their requests for clarification from the team during the production.

- allow them to produce the right items as quickly as possible in accordance with expectations (acceptance criteria).

You get feedback from end users (via "sprint reviews" and the definition of relevant indicators).

You communicate the progress of the completion of backlog tickets to stakeholders and management.

  • You ensure that the appropriate knowledge is transferred to users (where applicable).
  • You follow all the relevant IT processes and procedures.
  • You participate in the identification of the team's staffing needs to meet the company's strategic objectives via the product.
  • The PO is responsible for the backlog of its Tribe as well as its animation (life cycle).
  • The different agile ceremonies applicable: QBR, Standups, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective.

Finally, because of the pivotal role of the Product Owner within the Agile methodology, you participate, like the other members of the team, in the dissemination and maintenance of agile within the bank.

Challenges (related to the missions of the position)

  1. Process knowledge: Obtain a global and complete (end-to-end) vision of the relevant Tech/Business processes (where applicable).
  2. Prioritization: Be able to identify and prioritize tasks, in line with ING's strategy.
  3. Leadership: the Product Owner gives the vision and explains the challenges to the development team to give meaning and involve them on a daily basis.
  4. Communication: Good communication with stakeholders.

Profile

Level of training: Bac + 5 of the Master 2 type, Engineering school or business school.

Level of experience: you have acquired proven experience in a function that has a direct impact on the development of the bank's products and services.

Business skills:

  • Good knowledge of the banking sector.
  • Agile project management with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong customer focus, good knowledge of Lean Startup principles.
  • Good understanding of information systems with general technical knowledge.
  • Good knowledge of Agile and its principles.
  • Good knowledge of the banking environment.
  • Sensitivity to the business impact of developments.
  • Good level of English.

  • Ability to structure and organize.
