L’offreNous vous proposons une formation à temps plein puis en alternance de 9 mois au total pour devenir Technicien de maintenance de data center au sein d’une entreprise partenaire, acteur majeur et reconnu dans le secteur des services énergétiques et centres de données.
Cette opportunité unique s’adresse à des profils issus du domaine électrique et ayant un niveau B1 minimum en anglais, souhaitant évoluer vers les métiers d’un data center.
À l’issue de la formation, en cas de réussite aux examens finaux, une promesse d’embauche en CDI est garantie.
Votre rôleEn tant que Technicien de maintenance de data center , vous serez chargé(e) de :
- Assurer l’inspection, la surveillance et la maintenance de toutes les installations techniques (électricité, refroidissement, ventilation, tuyauterie, sécurité).
- Garantir le bon fonctionnement et la disponibilité des infrastructures critiques du Data Center.
- Participer activement au maintien de la continuité de service 24/7.
Vos missions principales- Réaliser les maintenances préventives et correctives au sein du Data Center.
- Suivre et appliquer les procédures de sécurité lors des interventions.
- Mettre à jour et suivre les indicateurs (KPI) de performance et de qualité.
- Effectuer des inspections quotidiennes des bâtiments et des équipements.
- Superviser et documenter les interventions réalisées par les sous-traitants.
- Gérer les alarmes et incidents techniques en première et deuxième ligne, en assurant une continuité de service client 24/7.
- Formation/expérience en électricité (HT/BT), idéalement complétée par des bases en climatisation, ventilation et sécurité incendie.
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques
- Niveau d’anglais B1 minimum (lecture et communication technique).
- Formation de 9 mois financée spécialisée en maintenance de data center.

This role includes coordinating customer forecasts, generating product quotations, supporting sample requests, and ensuring smooth collaboration between Sales, Product Management, and other internal teams. You will also maintain CRM data integrity, gather market insights, and assist in processes that drive efficient and profitable sales operations.
**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Coordinates customer forecasts and supports the demand planning process, ensuring accurate and timely data to drive informed sales decisions.
+ Maintains CRM data integrity and leverages insights to support market intelligence, GAP analysis, and strategic sales initiatives.
+ Generates accurate product quotations in Salesforce, aligning with sales objectives and enhancing customer engagement.

**What We're Looking For**
+ Educational background in commercial, logistics or a related service and support fields.
+ Proven hands-on experience in similar roles, preferably in data center or technical sales environments, gained in medium-structured international matrix organizations.
+ Strong customer service or sales skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer needs and escalations professionally and with clarity.
+ Ability to coordinate among various groups, across multiple regions, and effectively gain support and consensus on actions with internal teams and customers.
+ Proven experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, to manage customer data and sales activities.
+ Experience working with multidisciplinary, multicultural, and international teams to achieve business objectives.
+ High level or organizational skills and ability to analyze and use data to improve processes.
+ Curiosity, self-motivation, and proactive problem-solving skills.

We are currently seeking for an DCEO Engineer to serve as a technical resource to support Amazon within our mission critical Data Center. The position will help ensure overall availability and reliability in all electrical and mechanical infrastructure within the data center environment in a specific location. This equipment supports mission-critical servers and must maintain better than 99.999% uptime. The role has requirements as being self-managed person who takes the initiative and provides effective solution for complex technical problems. The successful candidates will be expected to have direct and immediate impact on improving the resiliency, efficiency and capacities of our facilities to help offer Amazon' customers better value with maintaining, operating and troubleshooting, Data Center Operation's Mission Critical Facilities, which includes stand-by diesel generators and related fuel systems, as well as three phase electrical systems such as: switch gear, UPSs, PDUs, wet cell batteries and associated systems, CRAC, centrifugal chillers, cooling towers/water chemical system, air handlers and associated systems, pumps, & motors.
Tasks:
· Operate and maintain all mechanical, electrical and HVAC equipment within the Data Center/Facility.
· Supervise contractors who perform servicing or preventive maintenance
· Develop work plan for emergency repair of critical assets.
· Operates under minimal supervision.
· Work on-call and a rotating schedule as needed.
· Perform basic support concepts such as ticketing systems, root cause analysis, and task prioritization
· Perform shift duty as required.
· Fully comply with all physical security procedures and policies.
· Ensure all safety procedures are adhered to while performing work.
· Perform rack power installs, rack PDU, and rack ATS replacements.
· Verification on electrical/cooling capacity before new rack install.
· Create and Close Work Orders with appropriate data, to include labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used into asset management system.
· Maintain changes in state in Mission Critical infrastructure in support of corrective/ preventive maintenance.
· Testing: Test quality, performance, safety, and reliability of products, equipment, processes
· To be a front-line responder for hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting. This equipment includes, but is not limited to, AHU's, chillers, cooling towers, chemical treatment systems, pumps, motors, VFD's, and building automation systems.
The successful candidate show be able to demonstrate the following competencies / behaviours:
- An ability to solve problems through root-cause elimination, stepping back to understand the broader context.
- Ensure all safety procedures are adhered to while performing work.
- An aptitude for trouble-shooting and problem-solving complex issue
- An ability to follow procedures system documentation and track issues through appropriate entries into a Trouble Ticket system.

· Participation in the successful delivery of build-out and retrofit of Data Center infrastructure.

Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Industrial technology, or Electrotechnical Engineering

The Infrastructure Delivery team is responsible for the scaling and physical deployment of new data center infrastructure. As part of that team, you will be responsible for,

Basic Qualifications
- 2/3+ years of structured cabling (Copper/Fiber) Installation and/or Network technician experience.
- Complete understanding of industry cable test procedures and equipment for a variety of different cabling systems (Copper/Fiber test equipment, OTDR, Network analyzer, VFL etc.)
- Ability to work at heights, off of a ladder and in confined spaces, lift up to 16Kg with equipment.
