As an IT Strategy Consultant at Kyndryl, you'll be responsible for delivering value to customers and Kyndryl by applying deep domain, technology, and industry expertise, consulting techniques, and cognitive approaches to analyze issues and create innovative solutions. You'll establish milestones, quality targets, and manage the work of others while possessing strong communication skills to articulate the impact and business benefits of your solutions and manage stakeholder expectations.
In this role, you will use your experience and knowledge in guiding customers in their adoption of both major cloud and non-cloud technologies, including virtualization and containers. You will advise customers on technology options and help them make strategic choices and decisions. Additionally, you will have experience capturing and prioritizing complex requirements and resolving conflicting requirements. But that's not all - our IT Strategy Consultants have seen how organizations benefit from change and most importantly, know how to plan for it - giving our partners and customers the confidence to make a convincing case for it.
As a trusted and experienced Consultant, you will be responsible for a vast number of essential technical components such as analyzing the customer's current state, defining IT Strategy including key outcomes, designing conceptual solutions, planning and executing design and implementation work (with support from technical specialists), and accounting for time, cost, and quality targets. You will also develop IP and own specific assets, tools, and white papers articulating point of views in a specific domain, assemble and lead a team of consultants and architects, and facilitate and capture lessons learned from engagements to update methodologies and assets.

Required Skills and Experience
-Consulting experience with an IT professional service "big 4" firm or similar background focused on IT strategy enablement
-Knowledge of major cloud technologies including virtualization, containers, networking etc. on different cloud platforms
-Subject matter expertise in at least three domains (e.g., cloud computing, IT strategy, infrastructure, IT operations, applications, enterprise architecture, solution architecture, automation, data management, AI/ML, IoT and cloud governance models) to advise on industry-leading solutions
-Data modeling and analytical experience using common tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
-Issue-based analysis determined and structured data to collect, and produced structured conclusions, recommendations, and roadmaps
-Knowledge of IT Operating Model and Process Frameworks
-Awareness of broad competencies and depth in specific competency areas (IT strategy, enterprise architecture, solution architecture, process reengineering, automation)
-Ability to lead/facilitate workshops and interviews, great presentation skills
-Understanding of DevSecOps, Agile, Scrum construct to identify inefficiencies through readiness assessments and development of strategies and approaches to optimize the implementation of IT or cloud resources and capabilities
Preferred Skills and Experience
-Experience in the areas of IT and/or cloud technology architecture, service management and/or resiliency
-ITSM and ITIL or COBIT certification
-Business case skills, ROI, and TCO analysis to validate IT strategy
-Experience leading workshops and interviews for discovery and assessment engagements

YOUR DAILY MISSIONS
Within a close-knit team, as an IT/Data Consultant your mission is to organize, plan, and lead multiple client projects from scoping to go-live, in line with existing processes and company standards. Your main responsibilities:
- Design: lead and facilitate design workshops; write functional specifications and secure stakeholder sign-off.
- Testing/Acceptance: define the testing strategy; document all test cases; prepare datasets with IT; execute tests and report progress.
- Steering & Strategy: contribute to project committees you will prepare for stakeholders (progress/decisions/project risks/deadlines, etc.).
- Analyze and assess the technical feasibility of client requests and estimate the required effort.
- Produce the technical and functional documentation for the solution.

YOU’RE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IF
You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science/data and have 3 years of relevant experience (strong plus if at a software vendor, systems integrator, or in-house at a client).
Required knowledge and experience
Technical
- Relational databases (MySQL), data modeling, and datamarts
- REST APIs / Web services
- ETL (data flows, APIs, web services, connectors) to build pipelines and data flows
- Knowledge of data modeling and segmentation/scoring (RFM, PMG, etc.); any experience in data mining (structured or unstructured) / algorithms
- Cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery), MDM or CDP, Loyalty, Marketing Automation and/or BI (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, MicroStrategy, etc.)
Project & Team Management
- Multi-project management experience : process/documentation tracking and improvement, organization, meeting deadlines, autonomy, task prioritization
- Strong client relationship skills : experience in design phases and facilitating client workshops; solid negotiation techniques
- Autonomous, proactive, rigorous, a team player, pragmatic, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to manage risks and issues and propose solutions
- Fluent Mandarin and English essential. French is a plus.

• Paramétrer les gabarits d'un site web dans le CMS ;

Les missions de l’équipe que vous intégreriez
Suite à l’enrichissement de l’offre fonctionnelle de notre plateforme et en pleine phase de déploiement d’une nouvelle version, nous souhaitons renforcer le dispositif de l’équipe Customer Success dont les principales missions sont aujourd’hui les suivantes :
- Assistance et support de niveau 1 aux clients et utilisateurs des solutions (mails, chats, téléphone)
- Copilotage et onboarding des solutions auprès des clients et des projets
Ce niveau d’accompagnement est variable selon les contrats (configuration et administration fonctionnelle complète ou accompagnement de prise en main, animation de formations, rédaction de documentation)
- Suivi des contrats et de la facturation des projets
- Suivi du feedback projets, utilisateurs et clients
En transverse et en coordination avec les équipes commerciales et produit :
- Remontée des suggestions d’évolutions fonctionnelles – détection des tendances ou des demandes récurrentes
- Analyse et cadrage de besoins spécifiques / traduction des exigences du marché et des besoins clients aux équipes produit
- Participation à la réalisation d’offres spécifiques ou complexes (analyse et estimation des temps passés, démonstrations avancées)

Le poste que nous proposons
En collaboration avec les autres membres de l’équipe et en coordination transverse avec les équipes Développement et Commerce, vous serez amené à effectuer les missions suivantes :
- Accompagner les clients dans la mise en œuvre des différents modules et solutions dans un contexte intra entreprise ou dans une dynamique projet (parties prenantes variées) : Gestion documentaire et suivi des avis et visas, Gestion du Bim, Gestion du suivi des Appels d’offres, Gestion de la facturation des projets, Gestion du suivi terrain.
Liste des missions détaillées qui feront entre autres votre quotidien : analyse des besoins, ateliers de cadrage, configuration et suivi de l’implémentation, animation des formations utilisateurs, réalisation d’exports BI personnalisés, rédaction de procédure ou de documentation fonctionnelle, suivi du feedback.
- Assurer le support utilisateur , principalement à distance (téléphone, visio ou helpdesk), en apportant des réponses techniques et fonctionnelles claires et efficaces.
- Configurer et adapter les solutions digitales selon les spécificités des projets clients, en lien avec les équipes produit et R&D.
- Participer à la promotion des solutions et services dans un contexte d’upselling sur les projets dont vous aurez la charge du suivi.
- Faire remonter les besoins terrain auprès des équipes produit pour faire évoluer l’offre en adéquation avec les usages métiers. Être la voix de vos clients.
Le profil que nous recherchons
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) en sciences de la documentation ou de l’information numérique, digitalisation de la relation client, management de l’innovation ou informatique,
- Vous avez une première expérience dans le déploiement de solutions logicielles ou dans le support et le conseil IT et êtes à l’aise avec les solutions de type Ticketing et CRM.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement Excel, et avez des connaissances en bases de données et structuration des données dans le but de concevoir des rapports grâce à des solutions de type BIPublisher, My Report, Jasper etc.
- Vous avez une bonne appréciation des métiers et rôles des intervenants du secteur de la construction ainsi qu’une connaissance des enjeux numériques du secteur
- Vous avez une écoute active, le sens de la pédagogie et de la diplomatie pour faire face à une situation de stress ou d’urgence
- Vous êtes doté(e) d’un excellent sens de la communication à l’écrit comme à l’oral, d’une forte orientation client, et êtes animé par l’esprit d’équipe
- Vous avez un goût prononcé pour l’innovation, les environnements agiles et les technologies SaaS.
- Vous maîtrisez l’anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral pour gérer le support client et animer démonstrations ou formations à un public anglophone.
- Dans le contexte de start-up qui nous caractérise, vous faites preuve de créativité, d’empathie, d’organisation et aimez le travail en équipe et en proximité immédiate des clients.
