Mission :

As part of the Solutions for Customization domain within the Product Division, you will work in the Business Process Management (BPM) subdomain, overseeing product management of two core ecosystems at the heart of the Software Platform's back office.

One ecosystem is a workflow framework (visual modeler + runtime engine) responsible for defining and executing post-trade business processes that represent the lifecycle of financial and non-financial objects in the platform. The second is an integration framework (APIs + runtime engine), providing a programmatic experience for developing Java interfaces to import/export data to/from the platform. These systems have functional needs for proper business implementation and technical needs related to availability, stability, high-volume support, performance, and customization management.

Key responsibilities

  • Support : Collaborate with colleagues across offices to resolve incidents and address new integration challenges, working with:
  • - Business analysts to monitor or configure the application
  • - Developers on ongoing development support
  • - Contributing to documentation and training, including delivering training sessions to consultants and clients

Your profile

The PAC team, a crucial part of the Client Services department, provides Murex customized external client technical support for the Europe, Middle East and Africa business units. Within Murex, the presales team gathers product and service experts to enable Murex to sell its MX.3 offerings to financial institutions.

Presales consultants work closely with business developers and client managers to provide accurate answers to requirements coming from prospects or existing clients, demonstrate the system's capabilities, present the available service offers, and build the best value proposal to win deals.

The presales team is also in charge of producing and maintaining artefacts allowing Murex to create a competitive edge over other vendors.

The Trading presales consultant is responsible for managing product-related aspects of sales processes on a set of asset classes supported by MX.3 (among carbon, commodities, credit, digital, equities, fixed income, FX, inflation, linear rates or non-linear rates) for a wide list of topics which can involve pre-trade, sales, pricing, structuring, trade-level risk management or life cycle management. The mission includes the following activities:

  • Mapping of requests from prospects/clients with the MX.3 product in the space of Trading and sharing opinion on product fit (qualification)
  • Providing high-quality responses to RFIs (request for information) and RFPs (request for proposal)
  • Preparing and delivering impactful Murex MX.3 demos and workshops to prospects/clients
  • Ensuring transfer of detailed information from presales to the project team for won deals
  • Creating and maintaining presales artefacts (knowledge bases, demo scripts, MX.3 value presentations, marketing materials, commercial catalogue .)
  • Developing and maintaining a high level of product knowledge
  • Providing inputs to Product Evolution teams on market trends and evolving requirements

Profile

  • You are an MX.3 trading expert in one or more asset classes with a minimum of 5 years of Front Office experience
