We are seeking an experienced Murex Trading Consultant to support the delivery of trading solutions across project implementations, system upgrades, and production support initiatives. **About the role :**
We are looking for a junior Financial Analyst with experience in Murex who will join the Client Services Delivery Pool, supporting European clients across both project and production environments. ProServe is a new retail vendor consulting organization we are launching within EU Amazon Vendor Services (AVS), designed to address the most pressing and complex issues held by the senior leadership of our largest vendors and brands. As a Senior Consultant, you will work with senior leaders of our largest vendors to tackle their most critical Customer, Product, and Channel eCommerce issues. You will also work directly with our dedicated Data Science team to prototype custom solutions with the potential to scale to hundreds of vendors, and even change the market. Key job responsibilities
- Delivery - Define and plan out complex integrated workstreams, delivering executive and board level briefings and materials, and taking responsibility for the engagement's success

- Program enhancement - Proactively share feedback and learning from engagements with Product Managers and Data Scientists to better design tools/frameworks for an enhanced vendor experience.
- Training - Teach customers, partners, and internal teams about AVS professional services and innovation practices
This is a customer facing role with relevant business travel when needed.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in strategic consulting or marketing, with management of large-scale strategic projects at Executive/General Management level
- Proven experience in developing and deploying growth strategies
- Proficiency in conducting complex data analyses to inform strategic decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to rally stakeholders and drive results, both cross-functionally and with external partners
- Proficiency in structured data environments and SQL queries

**About the Job:**
The Red Hat Consulting team seeks a Consultant focused on Red Hat Cloud Products to join us in Strasbourg in France. In this role, you will specialize in delivering infrastructure services on top of OpenShift platform, You'll lead the on-site implementation of Red Hat's technologies like Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization and Red Hat Openshift AI. In this position you will serve as a trusted advisor to sales leaders and the sellers using coaching, facilitation, analytics and AI-enabled learning solutions to improve sales productivity and business outcomes.
You will facilitate a (virtual) classroom environment that simulates the sales environment and develop sales associates through role-play observation, focused feedback, skill gap analysis, and coaching. **_Role Overview:_**
As a Technical Consultant in the Skyhigh Customer Value team, you will play a critical role in ensuring customers maximize the value of our solutions. You will guide customers through their product adoption journey, ensuring seamless deployment, integration, and continuous optimization. This role will develop deep relationships with our largest customers and complete the technical onboarding process for our smaller customers. _Deployment and Execution_
+ Implement SWG, CASB, ZTNA, DLP, and other SSE security solutions based on the Solution Architect's design.
+ Configure security policies, user access controls, and enterprise integrations.
+ Perform policy migration and optimization to ensure compliance and best practices.
+ Conduct pilot testing, UAT, and final production rollout.
+ Deliver technical training and enablement to customer teams to effectively manage the product.
_Customer Engagement & Support_
+ Provide ongoing technical guidance and troubleshooting support for complex issues.

**General Background and Experience required for a Technical Consultant:**
+ **English and French Proficiency**
+ 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Technical Consultant, Solution Architect, Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer, or similar).
+ Strong background in network security, cloud security, and SSE/SASE solutions.
+ Experience with firewalls, proxies, CASB, DLP, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and SWG (Secure Web Gateway).
+ Proficiency in network protocols, authentication mechanisms, and security frameworks.
+ Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences.
+ Experience coaching and training customers to use technical products effectively.
+ Ability to manage multiple accounts while prioritizing key customer needs.
