Nous recherchons un Consultant HSE Senior pour renforcer notre équipe « Conseil / Assistance Technique » et réaliser des missions d’accompagnement et de conseil HSE auprès de nos clients en France et à l’international.
L’aspect terrain et opérationnel sera important dans vos missions. Vous bénéficierez d’une grande autonomie dans votre poste ainsi que la chance de contribuer à la promotion d’une vraie culture sécurité en France et dans le monde !

• Accompagner nos clients dans l'articulation de leur politique QHSE (déploiement, mise en œuvre et amélioration), sur le terrain (ex : industrie, énergies renouvelables, chantier GC, BTP) et à un niveau corporate,
• Manager une équipe HSE sur un projet via une démarche de prévention des risques professionnels et HSE de manière opérationnelle sur le terrain dans tout type d'environnement de travail en France ou à l'international
• Accompagnement sur des sujets techniques HSE (exemple : consignation, travaux en hauteur, levage, gestion de crise, analyse d’accident.)
• Collaborer au sein d’équipes projets de grande envergure
• Réaliser des visites/inspections terrain et audits QHSE.
• Développer et animer des modules de sensibilisation sur des thématiques HSE
• Développer, animer et restituer des workshops

• Diplômé d’un BAC +3 en QHSE
• Fort d’une expérience terrain de minimum 10 ans
• Doté d’une expérience en management d’équipe et gestion de projets
• Pédagogue, polyvalent, doté d’un fort esprit critique, de négociation et de diplomatie
• A l’aise sur les outils bureautiques
• Fluent in English ! (Vous serez amené à travailler quotidiennement dans la langue de Shakespeare)

• Vous avez validé un diplôme de niveau bac+3 minimum dans un domaine QHSE.
• Vous avez une solide maîtrise des référentiels ISO 9001, 14001 et 45001. Vous avez d’autres cordes à votre arc ? Cela pourrait être un plus !

Description du poste

Au sein de l’équipe de gestion du risque, vous assisterez le service dans les missions :

• Contrôle et analyse des risques de marché des fonds gérés par Sycomore AM,
• Suivi des performances des marchés et des fonds,
• Production des reportings pour l’équipe de gestion, pour la direction et pour les clients.
• Mise à jour des données financières et extra financières pour les présentations clients.
  
  

• Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (Excel, Access.) et la programmation (VBA, Python, SQL, .).
• Vous êtes rigoureux et autonome
