Nous recherchons un stagiaire Designer UI/UX pour une durée de 6 mois, afin de participer à la création de solutions de mobilité innovantes.
Au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire et en étroite collaboration avec les pôles innovation et développement, vous contribuerez à toutes les étapes du processus de conception : de l'analyse des besoins utilisateurs à la mise en œuvre des interfaces finales.
Missions principales
+ Analyser les besoins utilisateurs et proposer des solutions centrées sur l'expérience.
+ Explorer et concevoir de nouvelles idées : interfaces, parcours interactifs, prototypes et simulations.
+ Créer et animer des maquettes, wireframes et prototypes interactifs pour illustrer les concepts.
+ Rédiger et mettre à jour les spécifications fonctionnelles et graphiques.
+ Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes design, ingénierie et recherche pour garantir la cohérence et la qualité des solutions.
+ Présenter vos travaux aux équipes internes, au management ou aux clients.
**Qualifications**
+ Étudiant(e) en Master 1 ou 2 en Design (interaction, graphisme, communication visuelle ou multimédia).
+ Excellente maîtrise des outils de design et de prototypage : Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
+ Capacité à définir un langage visuel cohérent et des modèles d'interaction pour des produits intégrés à l'habitacle des véhicules.
+ Compétences en motion design et en création d'animations pour enrichir l'expérience utilisateur.
+ Bonne compréhension des principes du design centré utilisateur, des besoins clients et des contraintes techniques.
+ Aptitude au travail en équipe, en collaboration avec designers, ingénieurs et chercheurs.
+ Sens du détail, de l'esthétique et du respect des délais.

Le stage se situe dans la ligne de produits Ground Flight Test qui conçoit des enregistreurs et des récepteurs de télémesure aéronautique. Les IHM sont utilisées par les personnels qui conduisent les essais en vol (avions, hélicoptères, missiles, lanceurs) et doivent fournir un retour utilisateur fluide et pertinent en temps réel.
Dans le cadre de l'amélioration continue de nos solutions, nous pourrons te proposer de :
- Participer à la refonte des interfaces homme-machine (IHM) de nos produits : enregistreurs et récepteurs de télémesure.
- Analyser l'existant et collecter les besoins utilisateurs (interviews, observation, retours d'expérience des clients internes/externes).
- Réaliser une veille des dernières tendances et technologies en matière d'UI/UX.
- Proposer et concevoir de nouvelles maquettes IHM (wireframes, prototypes), en tenant compte de l'expérience utilisateur, de l'ergonomie et des besoins métiers.
- Collaborer avec les équipes techniques et produit pour assurer la faisabilité et la pertinence des solutions proposées.
- Accompagner l'intégration des prototypes dans les produits, en interaction avec les développeurs.
**Parlons de vous**
Tu prépares ta dernière année en école d'ingénieur, de design ou en cursus universitaire spécialisé en informatique, ergonomie ou design d'interfaces (web).
Tu as une bonne connaissance des concepts d'UI/UX et tu maitrises des outils de maquettage (Figma, Adobe XD.).
Tu es force de proposition et proactif.ve.

The **Senior Technical Consultant (UI/UX)** is responsible for guiding clients through the design and implementation of ServiceNow user experiences, with a particular focus on UI Builder, configurable workspaces, portals, and mobile applications.
This role is central to delivering modern, intuitive, and scalable UI/UX solutions on the ServiceNow platform. We expect the successful candidate to act as an expert in UI Builder, with the ability to customize out-of-the-box experiences and create new workspaces and portals from scratch.
**Key Responsibilities**
Project Delivery
+ Act as the primary technical liaison for projects, representing the development team to customers and ensuring the highest quality of delivered solutions
+ Oversee technical delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and ServiceNow best practices for UI/UX, UI Builder, Portal and Mobile implementations.
+ Lead the implementation of UI Builder solutions, demonstrating expertise in: page design configuration (variants, properties, etc.), events (handlers and binding), data resources, macroponents, modal dialogs, viewports and more
+ Perform hands-on implementation with the ServiceNow platform, leveraging all ServiceNow technologies and capabilities: Workflow Studio/ Flow Designer, JavaScript, REST/SOAP API integrations (incl. MID Servers), Single Sign-On and more
+ Define and architect technical solutions at a detailed level, ensuring they align with clients' business needs and technological environments
+ Mentor colleagues and provide guidance on UX/UI best practices within ServiceNow
+ Serve as an escalation point for complex technical and design challenges
Pre-Sales & Advisory
+ Partner with the pre-sales team to scope complex service engagements involving ServiceNow products and UX/UI solutions, with a focus on ServiceNow Platform capabilities
+ Deliver demos, prototypes, and workshops that highlight ServiceNow capabilities
+ Demonstrate thought leadership by contributing to webinars, whitepapers, and community groups, highlighting expertise in the UX/UI area
+ Advise customers on UX/UI strategy, ensuring solutions follow usability, accessibility, and scalability best practices
Product Collaboration
+ Collaborate with ServiceNow product teams by providing feedback on UI Builder and UX/UI features
+ Contribute to new offerings and thought leadership around configurable workspaces, portals, and mobile experiences
In order to be successful, you will have
+ Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
+ Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow UI Builder, covering page design configuration (variants, properties, etc.), events (handlers and binding), data resources, macroponents, modal dialogs, viewports and more
+ Solid knowledge of UX/UI principles, including accessibility, responsive design, and information architecture
+ Experience with ServiceNow portal and mobile implementations

+ Experience and/or willingness to grow in ServiceNow NowAssist products

**About the Role**
We are looking for a **UX/UI Designer** who will play a key role in designing simple, seamless user experiences tailored to complex challenges. You will work closely with PMs, developers, and business stakeholders (finance, legal, support, etc.).

**Required Skills & Experience ️**
+ 4+ years of combined UI/UX design experience
+ Strong expertise in UX design for fintech, ERP, or other complex B2B systems, including navigation flows, error/loading/empty states, complex forms, and ERP-specific use cases.
+ Comfortable initiating and conducting UX research (interviews, usability validation) to inform design decisions and fill gaps in incomplete specifications.
+ Experience working within the constraints of an existing design system (Material UI) and limited front-end resources, balancing UX quality with technical feasibility.
+ Intermediate UI design skills with a solid grasp of layout, typography, color, and grids.
+ Proficiency in Figma and modern design systems, including prototyping, user flows, and components.
+ Experience designing for high-load, data-rich interfaces.
+ Proactive mindset, collaborating across teams and contributing to product definition during legacy-to-new system rewrites.
+ Fluency in English is required.
**Nice-to-Have Skills**
+ Being able to work with the constraints of an existing design system (Angular Material)
+ Being able to work with the constraints of technical resources (for now we have limited front-end development resources, so sometimes we need to arbitrate in favor of simpler technical solutions, but still satisfying in terms of UX)
+ Be proactive about the product (our current rewrite of our AP+AR application is done from the legacy one, with incomplete specifications, so research is often needed to complete the details of the specifications.
