Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Sécurité et Conformité Informatique pour le Marché France afin de piloter la sécurité des systèmes d'information et la conformité réglementaire au sein de Nestlé France.
Vous serez le partenaire de confiance du DSI et Digital en lien au quotidien avec équipes informatiques locales pour garantir la mise en œuvre des normes de sécurité, la certification ISMS, le respect des exigences légales et l'amélioration continue du système de gestion de la sécurité de l'information sur tous nos sites y compris nos usines. 
Vos principales responsabilités :
- Mettre en œuvre et maintenir un système de gestion de la sécurité de l'information structuré, conforme aux normes internationales
- Garantir que les solutions informatiques sont conçues et maintenues de manière sécurisée et conforme
- Identifier les risques, suivre les plans de contrôle et de remédiation
- Coordonner les audits informatiques et assurer la gestion des incidents de sécurité
- Sensibiliser les équipes aux bonnes pratiques de sécurité et de conformité
- Accompagner le déploiement des solutions globales de sécurité et conformité
Veille sur les normes RGPD, AI Act et autres réglementations en France en étroite collaboration avec notre Direction Légale
A PROPOS DE VOUS :
- Diplôme Bac+5 en informatique, cybersécurité, gestion des risques ou équivalent
- Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de la sécurité des systèmes d'information et la conformité réglementaire

The AWS Security Assurance Service team, within GSS, is seeking a talented Practice Manager to help the expansion of the Security Assurance practice and educate our customers on how our product-led, people-powered services help operate their business securely on AWS while also demonstrating assurance that compliance objectives can be achieved. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute at the intersection of cloud, cyber security, and compliance. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple lines of business and learn from (and contribute to) a variety of security and compliance use cases.
This is a customer facing role where success is measured by developing a high performing team of consultants who help enable our customers in moving their workloads and regulated data into the cloud by addressing specific risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements. You will be expected to also support our Business Development team,
positioning the value and applicability of your team into customer projects and long-term relationships.
We are looking for an innovative security and compliance leader who enjoys establishing team and project strategy and then drives consensus across the team to achieve a vision.
Key job responsibilities
Expertise - Builds technical teams that deliver on innovative governance, risk, compliance and security objectives
Solutions - Builds a technical team that can define security, compliance and risk management approaches to customers that help the customer understand how to move sensitive workloads onto the cloud faster.
Delivery - Engagements will require working to resolve security assurance questions and to understand how to manage risk and achieve security and compliance objectives while operating in the AWS Cloud through deep dive discussions, strategic presentations/recommendations, and hands on demonstrations of automating compliance in the AWS environment.
Insights - Lead efforts with AWS engineering, support, and business teams to convey partner and customer feedback as input to AWS technology roadmaps.
Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
Relationships - Build long-lasting customer relationships with strategic stakeholders, supporting the Business Development and Customer Success efforts of AWS Security Assurance Services.

Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in an internal or external IT security audit or compliance assessment role.
- Candidate must possess at least one of the following security certifications CISSP, CISM, PCI-QSA certifications, or Certified ISO27001 Lead Implementer
- 8+ years of experience assessing/auditing customers on meeting PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, HITRUST, FedRAMP, GDPR, FISMA or NIST/DoD standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Information Security, Business or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building common compliance framework controls as well as mapping between different compliance requirements
- Experience automating assessments in enterprise or cloud environments
- Experience assessing security controls for enterprise applications.
- Demonstrated breadth of security expertise in various sub domains such as encryption, identity, incident response, etc.
- - Hands-on technical expertise in technology automation, implementation, integration, and/or deployment
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies and risk reporting for executive leadership
- Proven background in clearly writing complex technical documents that can be presented across a varied enterprise corporate audience

**Position Overview:**
As a Cloud Security Engineer, you will primarily conduct advisory workshops aimed at improving the cloud security strategies of our clients. Your role involves helping organizations with young cloud security postures understand and implement security standards relevant to their critical business workloads.
