How you'll make an impact
- Build Innovative AI-Driven Applications : Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications that solve complex business problems, integrating Dataiku's backend AI capabilities with user-centric, intuitive front-end interfaces.
- Work with Data Scientists and Industry Specialists : Collaborate with solutions engineers, data scientists, and industry experts to develop the best solutions for customers. Help define requirements and deliver state-of-the-art applications that meet user needs across different verticals such as finance, manufacturing, and life sciences.
- Drive Continuous Improvement : Take responsibility for the end-to-end lifecycle of applications-from PoC to production. Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the tech stack and frameworks, and support new features and architecture improvements to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with core teams to ensure high-quality, reusable components, provide best practices, and help make data scientists and business users autonomous in building solutions end-to-end.

What you'll need to be successful
- Full-Stack Development Experience : You have experience in full-stack software engineering, with experience taking an app from PoC to production. You are comfortable working across the stack-from the front-end user interface to the back-end infrastructure.
- Front-End Skills : Proficiency in modern reactive front-end frameworks like Vue.js (preferred), React, or Angular. You have a deep understanding of building user-centric, interactive web applications.
- Back-End Skills : Strong experience with backend development, especially with Python (FastAPI, Flask, etc.). You are familiar with RESTful API design and willing to adapt to Dataiku's tech stack and best practices.
- Experience with Data-Intensive Applications : You understand the challenges of working with large datasets and designing high-performance, data-driven applications. Experience with analytics products or data platforms is a strong plus.
- Customer-Oriented Mindset : You have a strong focus on solving real-world problems for customers. You understand that building an effective product means diving deep into customer use cases, iterating based on feedback, and delivering the most relevant and efficient solutions.

Vous intégrez la Direction des Achats qui a pour principales missions :
- Le pilotage et l’optimisation des dépenses du Groupe,

- La coordination Achats internationale,

Elle s’appuie sur une équipe d’une vingtaine de collaborateurs, en France, et sur des relais Achats locaux dans les principales entités françaises et internationales du Groupe.
Rattaché(e) au Manager du Pôle Achats IT Groupe, vos principales missions et activités seront :
Missions opérationnelles :
- Prendre en charge une partie du portefeuille des Achats IT Software & Business Solutions ;
- Cartographier son périmètre ;
- Consolider les besoins sur ses catégories, à l’échelle du Groupe, en s’appuyant sur les acheteurs locaux ;
- Organiser, préparer et piloter les consultations fournisseurs, France et Internationales ;
- Définir, proposer et mettre en œuvre une tactique achat adaptée pour chaque projet ;
- Négocier les conditions financières et contractuelles avec l’appui de la direction juridique ;
- Mettre en place et faire vivre les référencements fournisseurs sur ses catégories d’achats ;
- Suivre, négocier et valider les demandes d’engagement d’achats ;
- Gérer et piloter la relation avec ses principaux fournisseurs au niveau global ;
- Assurer le reporting de son activité auprès de son Management ;
- Organiser et piloter le suivi de la qualité des fournisseurs ;
- Être l’interlocuteur privilégié de ses principaux clients internes et donneurs d’ordre.
Missions stratégiques :

Vous intégrez la Direction des Achats qui a pour principales missions :
- Le pilotage et l’optimisation des dépenses du Groupe,
- Le pilotage et l’évaluation des fournisseurs du Groupe,
- Le pilotage et la mise en œuvre des achats responsables,
- L’élaboration des procédures et politiques Achats Groupe,
- La maitrise d’ouvrage du système d’information Achats.
Elle s’appuie sur une équipe d’une vingtaine de collaborateurs, en France, et sur des relais Achats locaux dans les principales entités françaises et internationales du Groupe.
Rattaché(e) au Manager du Pôle Achats IT Groupe, vos principales missions et activités seront :
Missions opérationnelles :
- Prendre en charge une partie du portefeuille des Achats IT Software & Business Solutions ;
- Cartographier son périmètre ;
- Consolider les besoins sur ses catégories, à l’échelle du Groupe, en s’appuyant sur les acheteurs locaux ;
- Organiser, préparer et piloter les consultations fournisseurs, France et Internationales ;
- Définir, proposer et mettre en œuvre une tactique achat adaptée pour chaque projet ;
- Négocier les conditions financières et contractuelles avec l’appui de la direction juridique ;
- Mettre en place et faire vivre les référencements fournisseurs sur ses catégories d’achats ;
- Suivre, négocier et valider les demandes d’engagement d’achats ;
- Gérer et piloter la relation avec ses principaux fournisseurs au niveau global ;
- Assurer le reporting de son activité auprès de son Management ;
- Organiser et piloter le suivi de la qualité des fournisseurs ;
- Être l’interlocuteur privilégié de ses principaux clients internes et donneurs d’ordre.
Missions stratégiques :
- S’informer des évolutions du marché afin d’être en mesure d’assurer une expertise de haut niveau sur ses catégories d’achats ;
- Contribuer activement à la maîtrise des coûts et à la performance du Groupe ;
- Contribuer à la définition et à la mise en place des politiques sur ses catégories ;
- Être le garant des bonnes pratiques Achats sur son périmètre.
Ces missions pourront concerner, tant les achats pour les besoins internes du Groupe que les achats business pour les projets Clients.
Titulaire d'unMaster Achats (BAC+5) en école université, école d'Ingénieur ou de Commerce , vous avez une forte appétence pour les environnements techniques et avez une bonne connaissance du marché fournisseurs IT (Infrastructure).
Vous êtes doté(e) de bonnes compétences analytiques et d'un esprit de synthèse.Votre aisance relationnelle et vos aptitudes à la négociation vous permettent d'exceller dans vos missions en toute autonomie.Impliqué(e) et énergique, vous avez le sens du collectif et appréciez collaborer en équipe.
Un bon niveau de communication à l'écrit , comme à l'oral est requis, de même qu'unexcellent niveau d'anglais.

La filiale compte près de 600 salariés et 25 usines en France. La DSI compte 20 personnes en France.
Les locaux sont basés à Cergy (95) et vous avez 2 jours de télétravail/semaine.

Dans le cadre de la croissance de la transformation digitale du groupe, notre client souhaite recruter son prochain Responsable Business Solutions IT (création de poste). Directement rattaché au DSI, il managera l'équipe des Responsables de domaines (Vente, Transport, Finance, RH, Production.) composée de 4 personnes.
Le Responsable Business Solutions IT aura pour principales missions :
- Manager et coordonner l'équipe Business Solutions en assurant la supervision des activités quotidiennes et des projets,
- Mettre en œuvre la stratégie IT définie par le DSI, garantir la qualité, la continuité et la performance des solutions métiers, notamment via la supervision de la TMA externalisée, tout en respectant les engagements OTIF et la conformité SOX,
- Piloter les projets applicatifs en assurant le respect des budgets, délais et qualité, organiser leur planification, cadrer les besoins métiers et contribuer à l'intégration des systèmes,
- Animer la gouvernance avec les directions métiers, challenger et prioriser les demandes, et apporter une expertise sur D365 et les processus associés,
- Gérer les relations avec les prestataires et le budget du service, être interlocuteur clé lors des audits IT et métiers, et assurer la mise en œuvre des recommandations ainsi que la tenue rigoureuse de la documentation conforme aux exigences de contrôle interne.

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Client Solutions manager to help scale our growing advertising business. The Client Solutions Manager is a key member of the Advertising Team, working with sales, product, and other business partners to analyse and improve advertisers’ performance on TikTok, in support of their marketing initiatives. They will work with our unique data and translate it into high-quality and actionable insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of advertiser campaigns and unlock business opportunities. Day to day, their activities include analysing metrics of success for a business or category, developing data-driven insights and recommendations for C-suite client leadership, and communicating recommendations in a clear and compelling fashion.
Responsibilities:
- Driving media strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against clients' business goals
- Support and work with the sales team on pre-sale research and pitch
- Educate other teams on TikTok for Business offerings and keep them engaged by delivering learning sessions, writing training documentation and whitepapers for internal and external use
- Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
- Increase adoption and engagement of TikTok’s auction platform and auction-based tools, providing ongoing technical support and real time analysis
- Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with advertisers of all sizes
- Present findings and insights in a consultative way to the client and collaborate with the relevant internal teams in order to provide a complete solution.
