An opportunity has arisen in our Paris office for a forward-thinking professional to lead our second line of defence Compliance and Operational Risk coverage of Global Corporate and Investment Banking for Bank of America Europe DAC ('BofA Europe'). You will execute on the firm's Global Compliance and Operational Risk ('GCOR') programme specialising in the day-to-day Compliance coverage of Private Side businesses.
This role is responsible for executing second line of defence compliance and operational risk oversight for the Front Line Unit. Key responsibilities include ensuring requirements of the Global Compliance Enterprise Policy, the Operational Risk Management Enterprise Policy, the Compliance and Operational Risk Management Program and Standard Operating Procedures are implemented appropriately, and identifying, challenging, escalating, and mitigating risks in a timely manner.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide ongoing Compliance and Operational Risk coverage for the Private Side businesses in BofA Europe with principal focus being the Global Corporate & Investment Banking ('GCIB') business in the entity and more broadly across EMEA. Provide additional support to other EMEA GCIB coverage areas as required.
+ Provide dedicated, timely guidance on the relevant Laws, Rules and Regulations ('LRR') applicable to the entity and its businesses including risk and impact assessments on new product initiatives, specific transactions, ad hoc queries, routine risk assessment processes such as the RCSA etc.
+ Be proficient in assessing risks, associated controls and their effectiveness, while driving compliance with applicable LRRs and regulatory guidelines, adhering to policies, and developing reporting and documentation.
+ Engage in activities to provide support to the GCOR function to provide independent 2nd line oversight of Front Line Unit ownership and management of Compliance and Operational risks in alignment with the Compliance and Operational Risk Management Program and Standard Operating Procedures.
+ Monitor the regulatory environment to identify regulatory changes applicable to area(s) of coverage, and execute Targeted Assessments aligned to relevant themes or trends.
+ Ensure that Monitoring & Testing is conducted in line with GCOR programme requirements and on a timely basis with appropriate escalation and resolution of any issues or matters arising.
+ Assist in identifying and escalating control deficiencies or issues that arise and drive actions to address the root causes that lead to compliance or operational risk issues and/or losses.

+ Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries as well as other audits and examinations.
+ Review and challenge relevant processes and risks, including those defined in Single Process Inventory (SPI).

We have a vacancy for **Clinical Supplies Client and Portfolio Manager** in the EMEA region. The role can be office, hybrid or remote.
**The role**
Manages full GCS oversight for high complex global clinical trials. Ensures project/study activities are in compliance with company and client requirements. Mentors, trains and provides on-going support to junior team members.
May act as main contact and escalation point for assigned clients. Provides consultation services to clients and may develop and update client-specific manuals. Builds and maintains client relationship.
**A day in the life**
+ Develops client specific governance and/or standards for each assigned client.
+ Meets with internal teams to coordinate efforts, provide recommendations and risks, and update project reports/spreadsheets.
+ Integrates all GCS activities to support project strategy and compliance with GxP requirements.
+ Participates in ongoing training on new regulations.
+ Participates in aspects of the bidding process including providing insight, strategy development, proposal development and parameters for business deliverables.
+ Represents the department internally and externally at meetings, strategic projects, new business/business development strategy calls, bid reviews, bid defence meetings and initiatives as per the business requirements.
+ Participates in or leads process improvement initiatives. Actively supports the roll-out of new processes within the department.
+ Maintains and uses existing tools while continuously looking for improvement opportunities.
+ Consults the client on the best strategy for management of the clinical trial.
+ Builds strong internal and external network.
+ May act as a back-up for the functional manager
**Education and Experience:**
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 8+ years).

Au sein de la Direction Safran tech, Safran Composites est une plateforme de Recherche et Technologies, dédié aux matériaux Composites. Ses technologies sont dédiées à l'ensemble des sociétés du groupe. Pour l'un de ses portefeuilles de technologies (thématique), nous recherchons un/une pilote de thématique :
Dans cette fonction, il/elle assure les missions et responsabilités suivantes :
- Point focal technique des sociétés qui sont concernées le cas échéant, par sa thématique
- Contribue activement à l'identification des nouveaux besoins R&T sociétés du portefeuille et à leur mise en forme en lien avec la Direction et les experts internes afin d'alimenter le plan R&T Safran Composites dans le cadre des campagnes PMT (organisation de workshops ciblés, de Tech days, .)
- Contribue à la mise en place des financements adéquats avec les partenaires externes potentiels
- Pilote et anime les rituels adaptés avec les correspondants sociétés (COPILS thématique spécifique avec sociétés, .)
- Pilote de portefeuille de projets liés à la thématique technique dont il a la charge, en termes de constitution (recueil des besoins) et d'exécution (réalisation des livrables techniques), et pilote le budget dédié.

- Ingénieur-e avec une première expérience en gestion de projets dans un environnement technique contraint.
- Connaissance de la mécanique des matériaux, et si possible des matériaux composites.

- Capacité de négociations.

Notre équipe PST (Partner Success Team) a pour mission d'accompagner nos partenaires français et internationaux dans leur montée en compétences ainsi que le déploiement de nos solutions chez leurs clients.
En tant que Project Portfolio Manager, vous superviserez les projets confiés à nos partenaires sous-traitants, avec un objectif de pilotage des risques, de satisfaction client et de profitabilité.
Vos missions - #PositivelyImpactful
- Assurer, en binôme avec un membre de notre équipe, la co-responsabilité d’un portefeuille d’environ quarante projets pilotés par des sous-traitants.
- Piloter les risques projets, créer des plans de contingences associés et s’engager avec le partenaire sous-traitant face au client afin de l’assister dans le but de sécuriser la confiance établie avec Esker.
- Suivre la profitabilité des projets en sous-traitance en accord avec la stratégie d’Esker.
- Accompagner les Engagement Managers (chefs de projet) partenaires en partageant les bonnes pratiques de gestion de projet Esker, en leur fournissant des retours constructifs et des conseils, tout en assurant leur montée en compétences sur nos solutions et nos métiers.
- Représenter Esker dans les comités de pilotage des clients stratégiques.
- Prioriser les projets de nos partenaires en fonction des priorités d’Esker.
- Assister toutes les filiales Esker dans la mise en place de leur stratégie indirecte en fournissant du support, des outils et des bonnes pratiques.
Vous rejoindrez une équipe agile de 8 personnes encourageant la collaboration, l’amélioration continue et l’esprit d’innovation.
Votre Profil
- Vous avez une expérience de 5 à 10 ans dans la gestion de projets, gérant la relation client tout en maîtrisant le budget, la qualité et le planning.
- Vous êtes familier avec l'informatique de gestion et la connaissance des processus métier S2P et O2C est un plus.
- Vous aimez comprendre le “pourquoi” derrière chaque demande client. Votre esprit d’analyse vous permet d’anticiper les besoins et d’apporter des réponses pertinentes et personnalisées.
- Vous savez faire valoir vos arguments avec tact et conviction. Votre assertivité vous permet de défendre les intérêts de l’entreprise tout en maintenant une communication fluide et respectueuse avec vos clients et partenaires.
- Vous avez naturellement un esprit collaboratif et appréciez travailler en équipe.
- Vous souhaitez participer à des projets d'envergure dans un environnement agile et international.
- Des déplacements en France et à l'étranger sont à prévoir (permis obligatoire).

+ Contribute to the enhancement of reporting tools and processes, including automation and BI initiatives (e.g., Power BI, Oracle, TM1).

This role is critical to ensuring compliance with customer contract obligations, mitigating P&L risk, strengthening internal controls, and enabling Flex Europe to scale effectively.
