Chef de Produits Connected Technology Solutions (CTS) - poste basé au siège social de Dentsply Sirona France à Versailles.
Responsabilités

  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de marketing opérationnelle alignée sur les objectifs globaux de l'entreprise : offres promotionnelles, ciblage, animation des équipes terrain et de distribution, mise en avant lors d'évènements, campagnes de communication
  • Lancement des nouveaux produits selon la stratégie EMEA validée
  • Développement des supports marketing d'animation des ventes (promotions, évènements, flyers distributeurs, etc.)
  • Adaptation en français des supports marketing développés par les entités corporate et EMEA relatives aux gammes en responsabilité
  • Garantir la tenue à jour du site internet et e-commerce pour les pages dédiées aux produits en responsabilité
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe des ventes pour comprendre les besoins du marché, optimiser la performance sur le terrain et stimuler la croissance des ventes des produits en responsabilité

Key Responsibilities
Drive Consultative Enterprise Sales in Professional Services/Digital Consulting

  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for high-value, complex services in areas such as technical R&D, AI initiatives, legacy modernization, automation, or product engineering.
  • Engage senior executive, technology, and business stakeholders to uncover needs, shape tailored solutions, and deliver value-based proposals.

Expand New Business Across the EU region

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise accounts across multiple countries and cultures within the EU region.

Grow technical capabilities into sales leads

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B consultative sales of digital consulting or professional services, with a strong track record of quota attainment.
  • Proven success exceeding quota and outperforming peers through a combination of drive, execution, and tenacity.
  • Experience selling professional services and/or consulting engagements focused on cloud platforms, digital transformation, AI enablement, or modernization initiatives.
  • Proven experience selling complex, high-value professional services engagements — including multi-phase, cross-functional, or enterprise-scale project deals.
  • Demonstrated success in both hunting new business and growing existing relationships across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Experience developing role-based and industry-specific sales strategies — with a strong understanding of how to tailor value propositions to different buyer personas and vertical priorities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in solution selling — including the ability to diagnose complex client challenges, shape consultative conversations, and lead with value rather than capabilities — in close collaboration with internal teams to deliver outcome-based solutions.

DevOps, Product Engineering, or Automation Experience

About the position

The Digital Transformation Accelerator Director will provide strategic leadership to foster collaboration, align digital innovation with CGIAR's impact areas, and scale transformative solutions, advancing digital innovation and transformation across CGIAR. The Digital Transformation Accelerator will drive CGIAR's mission by leveraging advanced digital technologies such as AI, machine learning, and big data to address challenges in food, land, and water systems. It aims to enhance decision-making, strengthen resilience, and promote sustainability through inclusive, scalable, and ethical digital solutions. The role will also lead on developing and implementing CGIAR's digital strategy ensuring digital transformation delivers value across the whole organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

Purpose

  • Provide disciplinary and strategic leadership for the Accelerator, ensuring continuous review and adaptive management of the program's vision, outcome, theory of change and structure to ensure delivery against defined goals, optimize impact, and ensure relevance and efficiency in support of science delivery.
  • Lead CGIAR's science and organizational digital transformation mission, shape policy and integrate advanced digital technologies into CGIAR programs, systems and processes, in close collaboration with CGIAR Centers/Alliance, CGIAR business functions and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Bridge research and practical applications to advance innovation across food, land, and water systems, ensuring inclusivity and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead data-driven prioritization exercises with science programs, accelerators and centers to identify the highest opportunity digital investments.
  • Create strategies for sourcing a funding pipeline to sustain digital transformation across the CGIAR and individual Centers.
  • Lead the strategic direction of the CGIAR System Organization (SO) Digital Transformation, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision, mission and strategic priorities.

Engagement

  • Drive coordinated science and innovation leadership across the portfolio to achieve collective impact as an active member of CGIAR's Global Science team.
  • Develop and oversee a leadership team comprising of Area of Work (AoW) Leads and Co-Leads and Center delegates contributing to the Digital Transformation Accelerator, creating an enabling environment for innovation fostering collaboration and shared accountability. Lead a team of Digital Transformation professionals at the SO.
  • Develop networks and connections across the CGIAR and external partners to identify and address digital gaps, enhance efficiency, and scale impactful solutions across programs.
  • Advance CGIAR's presence on the global stage as a leader in digital transformation for sustainable agrifood systems.
  • Raise funds in support of prioritized CGIAR Digital Transformation activities.

Delivery

  • Develop, monitor and adaptively manage annual workplans and budgets for Accelerator and Digital Transformation assigned activites, as well as fostering integration and alignment of relevant other work with the Accelerator's high-level outputs and theory of change.
  • Oversees the delivery and quality of science of assigned activities and outputs and assume overall accountability for the use of such funds for their intended purpose under the Program Accelerator and the delivery of quality services in line with the agreed work plan and budget.
  • Lead performance and results management of the Accelerator, including the development of technical and financial reporting and the implementation of regular pause and reflect processes.
  • Drive prioritized scalable digital solutions that bridge research and practical applications, advancing innovation across food, land, and water systems.
  • Promote the adoption of high-value, cutting-edge digital technologies in alignment with CGIAR's 2030 Research and Innovation Strategy.
  • Utilize Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) frameworks to develop performance standards and refine strategies, ensuring outcomes drive systemic change and align with CGIAR's digital transformation goals.

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Advanced degree (PhD or equivalent) in agricultural, data and digital innovation, information systems, computer science or related aspects of agricultural sciences
  • Advanced experience in applying digital solutions to advance science and sustainable development in food systems, of which at least 5 years of managerial experience.
  • Experience in leading collaborative and interdisciplinary programs that integrate advanced digital technologies, fostering collaboration among multilateral partners to address systemic challenges in food, land and water systems.
  • Experience in designing and implementing digital transformation strategies, ensuring supportive digital foundations further leveraging digital innovations like AI, machine learning, and big data to co-create innovative, inclusive, and scalable solutions.
  • Track record in delivering scaled and value-adding digital innovation in research and development arenas.
  • Experience in resource mobilization and building equitable partnerships
  • Experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs to maximize impact and align with strategic priorities.

Within Industry business unit, as part of Business Excellence and Digital transformation department, reporting to Digital transformation director, the Digital Transformation Workstream Lead is responsible for
leading and orchestrating the deployment of digital transformation initiatives
within a defined perimeter (e.g. Manufacturing & Quality, Supply Chain & Support Functions, or Transversal).

This role ensures alignment between business needs, technology capabilities, and change management efforts, driving sustainable transformation across the industrial network. It is part of a networked organization and will work closely with site. Digital Transformation Leads, central IT/Data teams, and business function leaders. The role is instrumental in building a strong community of practice across sites and functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Transformation Leadership
  • Translate the digital transformation vision and defined workstream roadmaps into actionable projects/initiatives.
  • Ensure systematic application of the "Simplify – Standardize – Digitalize" framework
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify digital opportunities with measurable value
  • Project Management & Value Tracking
  • Ensure proper execution and follow-up of digital initiatives within the workstream
  • Track value generation (efficiency, compliance, quality, etc.) and coordinate with PMO for reporting
  • Identify synergies and dependencies between initiatives and sites
  • Change Management & Adoption
  • Champion the transformation journey within the workstream and across sites
  • Anticipate and mitigate resistance to change by applying structured change management approaches
  • Coordinate communication, training, and stakeholder engagement activities with site and central teams
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across business units, IS, Automation, Data & AI, Digital teams
  • Act as a key interface between the central transformation team and the execution teams
  • Ensure effective communication of progress, roadblocks, and successes to governance bodies

Les missions de votre aventure

En tant que Digital Transformation Associate, votre mission est de digitaliser et harmoniser les points de contact clients à travers le groupe.

Dans ce cadre, vous commencez par le licensing, incluant l’installation, le déploiement et l’onboarding des clients, avec pour objectif d’uniformiser les outils, automatiser les processus et améliorer l’expérience client. 

Vous collaborez étroitement avec la R&D, l’IT, le marketing et le support pour :

  • Définir la vision produit et la roadmap licensing : formaliser les objectifs, prioriser les actions et suivre leur mise en œuvre.
  • Analyser l’existant : cartographier les 7 composants de licences, les coûts, les processus de déploiement, les types de licences et l’usage client.
  • Structurer et automatiser les processus : licences standalone, multi-standalone, tokens, Named User, Network, du petit client au déploiement à grande échelle.
  • Intégrer les outils et plateformes : conformité (Cylynt), gestion produit (Jira Discovery), dashboards analytiques et portail client.
  • Accompagner les clients et les équipes internes : piloter les migrations, réduire le volume de tickets liés aux licences (30-50 % du support), créer des FAQ et supports pour rendre les clients autonomes.
  • Suivre les KPI et proposer des améliorations : ticketing, upsell, économies de coûts, et assurer le reporting auprès du comité exécutif et des équipes opérationnelles.

Ce rôle étant très stratégique, vos initiatives pourront évoluer en fonction des priorités du groupe et des besoins de nos clients : vous pourriez par exemple mener l’initiative compliance pour détecter les utilisateurs frauduleux, implémenter une plateforme eLearning, ou soutenir la mise en place d’outils d’IA pour améliorer nos SLA, etc.
