As our new Digital Transformation Consultant , you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients on their journey with the Microsoft 365 collaborative environment, precisely with Power Platform, Azure, and emerging generative AI technologies such as Copilot. You will be responsible to drive the adoption of collaborative solutions , lead digital transformation projects , and integrate AI-powered capabilities into business processes to boost productivity and innovation. Success in this role will be measured by client satisfaction, project delivery excellence, and continuous learning, while driving high-quality solutions that strengthen our client relationships and open new opportunities.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Guide customers in using Microsoft 365 tools for better collaboration
- Lead and execute digital transformation projects with Microsoft 365 and AI
- Conduct training sessions for effective tool and AI adoption
- Identify opportunities for process improvement with AI and Microsoft 365
- Support customers in transitioning to modern digital environments
- 1+ years of experience leading or supporting digital transformation initiatives
- 1+ years of experience with Power Platform
- Hands-on knowledge of at least one generative AI solution, with practical experience in using it to automate processes and foster innovation

- Defining, leading, and executing strategic digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with the Group Administration & Finance Manager.
- Designing, developing, training, and implementing an IT infrastructure that supports the overall business and creates transparency within the organization.
- Providing expert guidance on the implementation of our new ERP system, Tegossuite (software solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central technology).
- Successfully rolling out our new ERP system to our subsidiary in Rouen, France.
- Supporting the data management process, being responsible for data housekeeping and aiding in ensuring data integrity.
- Initiating and coordinating IT projects accurately and within budget and deadlines to enhance efficiency (BI, automation processes for integrating external partner data, etc.).
- Escalating issues to the correct and predefined contact persons; monitoring and following up successfully and timely on the resolution of reported issues.
- Supporting, training, and coaching Microsoft Dynamics users. Maintaining and developing key users to ensure in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
- Ensuring compliance with all documented security and user responsibilities.
- Establishing service level agreements with suppliers and internal customers as required to maintain the day-to-day functioning of the network and peripherals.
- Constantly looking for new or improved existing technologies.
- Reporting to our Group Administration & Finance Manager.

Your Mission
As Procurement Digital Transformation Director, you will lead the strategic evolution of Alstom’s global procurement digital landscape. You will define and execute the digital roadmap, drive adoption of cutting-edge tools including AI and GenAI, and ensure alignment with our 3-year strategic plan.

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the decommissioning of a legacy procurement platform and support the transition into S/4HANA.

This is a long-term, remote B2B/contract position with occasional international travel required.
The Project Manager will be responsible for:

Our client is one of the largest and most innovative construction companies in Vietnam looking to undergo a massive digital overhaul in an industry that has been bogged down for decades by endless manual processes and red tape.
They are seeking a forward-thinking communicative and worldly Head of IT / Digital Transformation to lead the planning implementation and scaling of digital initiatives across their construction and manufacturing operations.
You will be joining a special task force of modern minds to accomplish this under the direct leadership of the chairman. Should you succeed it will spark a wave of transformation across the affiliated group of companies and additional advancement opportunities to the Group level or C-suite.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing enterprise software implementation and driving change management - preferably in construction real estate development or related project-based industries (not required however). Additionally they will have strong motivations for returning and contributing to Vietnams growth in the long term.
Fluency or near-fluency in Vietnamese is required without exception.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and execute a company-wide digital transformation strategy aligned with business goals and operational needs.
- Lead the evaluation selection and rollout of new software platforms (e.g. ERP project management tools field productivity apps procurement systems).
- Serve as the bridge between business users and IT vendors ensuring solutions are practical scalable and user-friendly.
- Manage full project lifecycle for digital initiatives from requirements gathering and vendor management to implementation and training.
- Drive change management initiatives to foster adoption and improve digital literacy across construction / manufacturing teams and business units.
- Identify pain points and inefficiencies in current processes and recommend technology-driven solutions to streamline operations.
- Monitor KPIs and ROI of technology investments; regularly report progress and performance to executive leadership.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and digital innovation across departments.
- Stay updated on construction tech trends (e.g. BIM drones AI-based scheduling IoT) and assess their applicability to the company.
