**RESPONSIBILITIES**
As our **Global Digital Marketing Chloé Fragrances Assistant** , your focus is digital transformation strategy.
You will contribute to the digital growth of Chloé Fragrances across various digital pillars, ensuring successful implementation of innovative strategies. Demonstrating a passion for digital innovation and a flair for analytical thinking, you will be at the heart of Chloé's digital initiatives. From collaborating on creative projects to analyzing performance, you will play an essential role in driving digital excellence.
Your main focus:
+ Participation in the creation of toolkits for launches and key selling periods (e.g. Christmas, Mother's Day): briefing for social media and e-retail content, creation of deliverables (assets, tools, guidelines).
+ Support teams in the production of digital content and manage assets, upload content to internal platforms, oversee rights management and content expiration.
+ Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
+ Monitor the digital ecosystem, perform market analysis, and provide strategic recommendations.
+ Analyze the performance of digital strategies: preparing activation reports, tracking KPIs.

Rattaché(e) à la Marque Škoda France en tant que membre de l’équipe Communication, vous faites partie intégrante du service, participez à la définition de la stratégie et du plan annuel.
En collaboration étroite avec l’équipe, vous serez en charge de la mise en œuvre et du suivi des campagnes publicitaires 360° (online et offline), B2C et B2B, branding et business ainsi que des opérations hors-média.
A ce titre, vous aurez comme principales missions :
1 _ Communication Nationale
- Assurer le suivi des temps forts media branding, business B2C et B2B et le respect des plannings ;
- Suivre la création des campagnes publicitaires en coordination avec les équipes internes ( service produit, service juridique, banque) et les externes (agences) ;
- Coordonner au quotidien avec l’équipe en interne et les différentes agences qui accompagnent l’équipe communication (Media, Créa, Digitale, Influence) ;
- Suivre des campagnes nationales : validation des déclinaisons par canal (TV,radio, print, digital), dans le cadre de lancements produits ou des campagnes business ;
- Assurer le suivi opérationnel des offres commerciales en lien avec le service produit et la banque ;
- Veiller au respect de la charte graphique et de la plateforme de communication ;
- Garantir la conformité de la communication Skoda France par rapport à la législation en vigueur ;
- Contribuer à l’élaboration et au suivi des briefs internes et agences ;
2 _ Créations Hors Média
- Suivre l’animation et la modération de nos réseaux sociaux ;
- Participer à la mise en ligne et à la mise à jour des contenus sur le site skoda.fr ;
- Accompagner les projets d’influence et assurer leur suivi ;
- Suivre la création de contenus pour les réseaux sociaux ;
3 _ Divers
- Participer activement aux réunions avec les agences (créatives, média, influence) et aux points inter-agences ;

Profil recherché
Vous avez le profil si :
- Vous êtes en fin d’études et recherchez votre stage de dernière année avec une spécialisation Marketing.
- Vous avez déjà une première expérience de stage en Marketing ou dans l'automobile.

**Digital Content Manager Assistant**

**MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
Under the management of the Digital Director on the Luxury Skincare segment, sitting withing the brands' Global Marketing & Digital teams and partnering with the Global e-Commerce team, this role will work specifically on the planning, activation and auditing of all relevant new content creation for Lancaster Monaco across all COTY's authorised retail offline and online channels. The role is also responsible for maintaining the catalogue of existing content, managing the evergreen brands and products presence online and across retailer social channels more specifically.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ The role itself requires proactivity, confidence and autonomy to own projects end-to-end. Engaging with local, global team members and external partners, you will be responsible for delivering excellent execution of new product and KCPs business content & activation tool kits.
+ Under the main supervision of the Luxury Skincare Digital brand teams, and working hand-in-hand with global Marketing and eCommerce teams, you will be responsible for the local adaptation of global digital toolkits, including (but not limited to) product imagery, SEO copy, brand campaign imagery, social assets etc. You will be responsible for maintaining the local asset management database, ensuring all content is readily available for any in/external stakeholders.
+ Working with all local and global brand teams, you will be required to fully understand brand priorities and guidelines and use this information to participate to the planning, design and production of relevant new product launches/KCPs (Christmas, Father's Day, Black Friday, Valentines, Mother's Day) content material.
+ You will support local marketing/digital teams for content consolidation/adaptation/optimization at market level, acknowledging their potential specific needs and guiding them to customization while protecting brand equity and guidelines.
+ You will work with local and global creative agencies to produce local content and work with several service agencies to support across delivering the online fundamentals such as ratings and reviews and content accuracy.
+ You will be responsible for keeping a constant eye on both COTY and competitor (and not limited to beauty) content activation, capturing prominent executions that we can learn from/use as leverage for future Luxury Skincare executions. Sharing any BIC execution with relevant stakeholders (brand/content/global/go-to-market teams) and constantly highlighting where we can be learning from. A sense of curiosity and passion are essential to ensure you are bringing the best of our brands to our customers.
+ Elevation of the role could include integrating with brand and other functions to brainstorm how to make the brand and KCP launches even bigger - when the toolkits are not sufficient, brainstorming what more could we create or do to elevate the customer's experience of the product or brand and working with agencies and global teams to develop the necessary content.
