Your Impact in This Role
As a Production Line Worker , your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Process and sort materials through a production line which may require standing.
- Maintain material flow and ensure quality product by completing routine checks on optical sorters and screens.
- Clean a specific zone that may include conveyors, sorters, platforms, stairs, screens, and floors.
- Wear appropriate site specific personal protective equipment (PPE), as required.
- Understand and adhere to all company operating procedures and company safety policies.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following our process and procedures (5S).
- Maintain a clean work area by picking up trash and sweeping the floor.
- Identify possible quality issues with material being processed and communicate with the supervisor.
- Identify potential equipment issues and communicate with the supervisor.
- Any other related duties, as assigned by their supervisor.

Nous recherchons un responsable de production pour les lignes : "Ramen", "Conditionnement" et "Sauce". Il accompagnera dans cette aventure industrielle et le développement du site.
Responsabilités principales :
- Piloter la ligne Ramen, Conditionnement ou Sauce, en organisant l'atelier selon les impératifs de production.
- Assurer la fabrication d'un produit alimentaire sain, conforme aux procédures et instructions de l'entreprise.
- Remonter tout écart ou modification pour agir rapidement, dans l'intérêt de l'entreprise et du consommateur.
- Participer à l'amélioration continue et à la réduction des pertes.
Missions et responsabilités :
- Respecter et faire respecter les BPF/BPH, les règles de sécurité, les consignes Food Defense, et la charte Hygiène.
- Organiser les flux de production pour assurer une alimentation continue en quantité et en qualité, en respectant le planning.
- Manager les conducteurs de machine et les opérateurs de conditionnement.
- Approvisionner la ligne, vérifier la conformité des emballages (référence, N°lot, DDM).
- Assurer la traçabilité de la production via saisie informatique (ERP).
- Garantir la qualité du produit fabriqué, effectuer les contrôles CCP, formaliser les résultats, et remonter les non-conformités.
- Coordonner la production avec les autres Line Leaders et assurer la qualité finale en collaboration avec le technicien qualité.
- Remonter dysfonctionnements et participer aux analyses et actions correctives.
- Veiller à la propreté des locaux et équipements selon protocole.
- Participer à l'amélioration continue (technique, process, qualité).
- Contribuer à l'écriture des protocoles de production et de nettoyage.
- Former et évaluer les conducteurs de machine et opérateurs.
- S'assurer de la maîtrise des CCP et PRPo, et mener des actions correctives si nécessaire.
- Suivre les KPI et plans d'action liés à la production.
Fonctions additionnelles :
- Participer aux essais R&D.
- Participer aux inventaires tournants et semestriels.
- Réaliser toute tâche nécessaire au fonctionnement de l'entreprise.
Contraintes :
- Travail en zone chaude, bruyante, environnement humide ou ambiant.
- Horaires modifiables.
- Port d'EPI et tenue adaptée.
Profil recherché :
- Expérience de 4 ans minimum dans une fonction similaire, indispensable.
- Maîtrise de la conduite de ligne automatisée, des BPF/HACCP, et des outils informatiques (ERP, Office).
- Capacité à diagnostiquer une panne et à assurer la conformité des produits.
Contrat : CDI, 35h/semaine, travail en journée, salaire à convenir selon expérience.

ABOUT THE POSITION
At TeamTO, we are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor for a new ambitious CG animated show produced in our studios and partnership with international broadcasters :
- Jade Armor(26x22mn) directed by Chloé Miller – Comedy / Action in a Kung Fu environment
- Starting April / May 2021
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all phases of content scripting, production and postproduction.
This position requires previous experience in leading CG animated productions, as well as excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills in English.
This position is based in Paris, from April-May 2021 (long contract)
Fluent English speaker required.
YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF:
- Supervising and implementing the production pipeline taking the budget, the schedule and the artistic limitations into account
- Ensuring that all resources (from talent, space, budget etc) are fully optimized
- Overseeing operations, and ensuring that milestones are met as well as client’s artistic expectations
- Collaborating with all key stakeholders namely: Executive Producer, Studio Head, CFO, CTO, as well as Production Managers and Talent Management.
- Liaising with both Producer(s) and Director(s).
- Building the teams in association with the talent manager, managing and coordinating the teams
- Selecting and maintaining relationships with subcontractors during all production phases (post-production, laboratory…)
- Ensuring the production stays on budget by conducting financial monitoring (cost control, billing schedule etc.)
