Vos responsabilités

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Régional, vous assurez la formation des clients lors d’installations sur site et hors site, la mise en place et l’ajustement des équipements dans le cadre des installations, la conduite des démonstrations, le suivi du parc machines, et la gestion des évolutions du matériel en relation avec le marketing.

Vos missions principales :

1. Mise en exploitation des systèmes dans les laboratoires d'analyses médicales, en assurant leur fonctionnement optimal.
2. Formation des clients à l'utilisation en routine des systèmes.
3. Suivi des clients et des systèmes, garantissant leur satisfaction et leur bon fonctionnement.
4. Traçabilité des appels, formations ou interventions sur site, ainsi que l'assistance fournie aux clients via les outils informatiques appropriés.

Votre profil

De formation supérieure (bac +2/3) en biologie, vous disposez d’une excellente connaissance en hématologie, en dépistage urinaire ou d'une connaissance approfondie des produits ; vous faites preuve de rigueur scientifique, avez un sens aigu du service client, un bon relationnel, une excellente communication, un esprit d’équipe, et êtes pédagogue.

Rattaché à notre Direction des Services Opérationnels, vous êtes en charge du déploiement de notre solution Hopital Manager chez nos clients, établissements de santé publics et privés.

Le poste implique des déplacements fréquents pouvant aller jusqu'à 5 jours par semaine.

Intervenir après la vente et être responsable de toutes les phases de la mise en œuvre de la solution :

• Cadrage fonctionnel du projet,
• Analyser les processus fonctionnels et organisationnels,
• Réaliser les comptes-rendus et restituer l'analyse au client,
• Réaliser le paramétrage, les tests et l'installation,
• Former les référents clients et les assister en phase de personnalisation, de démarrage, et d’optimisation.

Une période de formation et d’accompagnement est à prévoir au siège à Aix-en-Provence, à Lyon ainsi qu'à Paris.

Les compétences requises pour ce poste :

• Formation biomédicale ou diplôme d'ingénieur avec une spécialisation orientée santé
• Connaissance de l'architecture d'un système d'information

Le petit + : Connaissance de l'organisation d'un établissement de santé.

Working as an application specialist

Our application specialists are experts when it comes to using the Sectra applications. Their aim is to optimize our customers’ use of our different solutions to their best advantage. This include responsibilities such as:

• Deliver web-based and on-site training to ensure they have the skills and tools necessary to optimize the use of our solutions
• Analyze customer workflows and suggest improvements to their way-of-working as well as adapt our solutions to each customers needs
• Work closely with our Professional Services, Technical Support and Sales Departments to provide application knowledge and support
• Develop new processes to improve the efficiency of applications work and raise the quality of customer product understanding and satisfaction
  
  

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, IT or equivalent with a strong academic performance OR have a clinical background, for example, as a radiology nurse or technician.
• Fluent in French and English both verbally and written
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong interest in usability and medical IT.
• Have excellent customer service skills as well as verbal, written, listening and presenting skills
