About Alliance Services Plus
A specialist in High Performance Computing (HPC) and Artificial Intelligence for over 15 years, Alliance Services Plus operates on the largest national and industrial HPC infrastructures in France and Europe (CEA, CNRS, TotalEnergies, SAFRAN).
The Role
You will be the primary interface between users and HPC infrastructures. You will provide technical support, install scientific applications, train users, and resolve incidents in high-performance computing environments.
Main Responsibilities
- Level 1/2 technical support for HPC environment users
- Installation, configuration, and deployment of scientific and technical applications
- User request management via ticketing system
- Diagnosis and resolution of application and environment-related incidents
- User training and support (individual and group sessions)
- Technical documentation and user guide writing
- Computing environment management (modules, libraries, compilers)
- Job submission support and scheduler usage
- Technology watch on HPC applications and best practices
- Contribution to continuous improvement of support processes
Required Profile
Education: Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Computer Science, Scientific Computing, or equivalent
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Linux and shell environment
- Experience in technical user support
- Knowledge of version control tools (Git)
- Basics in compilation and scientific library management
- Familiarity with HPC schedulers (Slurm, PBS)
Assets:
- Knowledge of scientific applications (CFD, quantum chemistry, modeling)
- Experience with HPC environments
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash)
- Understanding of parallelism (MPI, OpenMP)
Personal Qualities: Excellent communication, teaching ability, patience, service-oriented, listening and analytical skills, teamwork

Responsabilités du poste:
Élaboration des offres :
+ Analyser les besoins techniques des clients pour les projets et pièces de rechange, et vérifier la faisabilité technique et fonctionnelle en rédigeant les matrices de conformité.
+ Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales, techniques et opérationnelles pour construire des solutions adaptées, sélectionner les produits appropriés en tenant compte des évolutions de gamme, des obsolescences et des alternatives.
+ Calculer les coûts des équipements et de la documentation associée, rédiger les offres techniques et commerciales selon les règles de la Business Unit et du marché visé.
+ Organiser et animer les réunions internes pour valider les analyses de faisabilité et les chiffrages, puis présenter et négocier les offres en appui aux équipes de vente.
Suivi des commandes :
+ Vérifier la cohérence entre l'offre et la commande client, gérer les écarts et modifications contractuelles avec les clients et les services internes.
+ Saisir et transmettre les commandes dans les systèmes internes, organiser les réunions de lancement de projet et assurer le support technique aux équipes opérationnelles tout au long du projet.
Reporting et amélioration continue :
+ Suivre les offres et les commandes via les outils internes, maintenir un historique pour garantir la cohérence des prix.
+ Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus de gestion des offres et des commandes.

Upon successful completion of this track in the FAST development program, rotators are welcomed as Field Application Engineer on TI's worldwide Sales & Applications team.
**As a Field Applications Engineer you will:**
+ Act as a technical consultant to solve design challenges with the TI portfolio to become a trusted advisor for your customers
+ Understand the basics of analog circuitry
+ op-amps
+ DC/DC power
+ data converters
+ sensing
+ Build up specific knowledge in your customers applications and relevant TI portfolio to make system level proposals to maximize TIs revenue
+ Create and understand block diagrams based on your customers applications (examples: EV charging, Heat Pump, Head-Up Display)
+ Build up relationships to your customers, with focus on the engineering department at your customers
+ Leverage market knowledge and data insights to discover business and independently develop creative ways to discover new opportunities.
**Your start as a Field Applications Engineer (FAE) will be through our FAST development program:**
+ The 12-month FAST Development Program prepares future Field Applications Engineers (FAEs) for their role as technical experts in the Texas Instruments product portfolio. The goal of the program is to provide hands-on experience in the role of an FAE while providing training and mentoring programs. During the program, you will have access to various departments and gain insight into long-term development opportunities at TI. The trainee program includes four rotations*:
**Rotation 1: Stay in a local sales office (Field Sales Office (FSO)), 5 months - France:**
The FSO rotation is all about learning how to interact with customers and how to solve technical challenges at the customers site. The focus here is on providing technical advice to the customer at system level in order to implement the customer's projects in the best possible way. in addition to other core components, this rotation focuses on analyzing technical alternatives and learning how to select the right technical components while taking design and cost challenges into account. This rotation will preferably take place in your future sales office.
**Rotation 2: Stay in the mass market team, 3 months - France:**
The rotation in the Mass-Market Team teaches you how to use data-driven solutions and automation in a targeted manner to optimize sales. You will learn how to use TI's resources efficiently and how to scale measures successfully. Through practical exercises, you will develop hybrid sales techniques and improve digital customer relationships. You will learn to set priorities and act quickly - because "done is better than perfect". You will also develop your decision-making skills in uncertain situations and learn how to make the best possible use of personal customer contacts. Finally, you will strengthen your independence and gain confidence in direct communication with customers.
**Rotation 3: Stay in the Systems Engineering & Marketing (SEM) team, 3 months - Freising (Germany):**
The rotation SEM allows FAE-to-be hands-on experience to understand the compatibility of TI's product portfolio and learn how our customers can get system-level solutions for their product designs. The rotation will focus on product & PCB layouts, an insight into the production process at Texas Instruments as well as circuit development and testing & validation of designs, among other core areas. This rotation usually takes place at our EMEA headquarters in Freising, Germany.
**Rotation 4: Headquarters Experience, 1 month - Dallas (USA):**
The rotation in Dallas brings you closer to TI and our headquarters. The focus here is on building a multi-level network with key stakeholders in support functions, the Business Unit (BU) and Systems Engineering. Experience the impressive Dallas campus and learn how to utilize all TI resources.

**Minimum requirements:**
+ Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field

**Job Description**
As part of the global Teledyne e2v Semiconductors Sales Team, the primary purpose of this role is to conduct technical sales activities to actively contribute to Teledyne e2v Semiconductors' division growth plan within the EMEA region.
The mission consists mainly of:
+ Promoting the complete Teledyne e2v Semiconductors product portfolio to existing and new prospects and projects
+ Realize and track design-in and design-win targets

+ Maintain the relevant design-in dashboards and NBO pipeline in CRM (either C4 or SalesForce)

+ Collaborate with the sales team to qualify indirect channel partners and assign them targets and KPIs that are in support of the division's growth strategy.

**Desired Qualifications, Experience & Competencies**
Application Engineering experience
+ Degree level qualified in Science or Engineering
+ Minimum of 3 years' experience in engineering development, application engineering, technical sales support and customer interaction
+ Experience working with microprocessors, data converters, and/or RF products is a plus
+ Understanding of the following markets is a plus: Aerospace & Defence, Test & Measurement, Industrial Testing and/or Telecommunication
Communications
+ Listening, probing and analysis skills to capture & articulate VoM (Voice of the Market) and VoC (Voice of the Customer)
+ A highly effective bridge-builder linking e2v stakeholders to customers

Mobility
The role requires extensive travel throughout the region to meet with customers and regular travel to Teledyne global locations, more particularly to Teledyne e2v Semiconductors in Grenoble, France.
