La direction des risques accompagne la direction du Groupe dans la mise en place et le pilotage du dispositif global de gestion des risques de la banque, de leur recensement à leur suivi quotidien. Elle est en interaction avec l’ensemble des directions du Groupe : financière, juridique, achats, SI, communication, RH, commerciale…
Le cœur du métier ? Implémenter un dispositif structuré, permanent et adaptable de maîtrise et d’encadrement des risques au sein de la banque et valider les opérations de contrôle proposées par les responsables métier afin de s’assurer de l’efficacité des contrôles.
Descriptif du poste
Intégré(e) au sein de la Direction des Risques du Groupe ODDO BHF, vous participerez au suivi des risques de marché du Groupe. Le périmètre couvre les activités suivantes : Market-Making sur produits obligataires, intermédiation action, négociation sur métaux non ferreux, portefeuille d'investissements. Opérant au niveau de la Direction des Risques du Groupe, l'équipe est régulièrement en contact avec l'équipe de risque de marché allemande.
Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
Produire et analyser des reportings quotidiens de risques destinés au Front office, à l'équipe Risques ainsi qu'au top management.
Suivi des risques sur l'activité Fixed Income : calcul du P&L, suivi du respect des limites et interaction avec les market-makers
Suivi des risques ODDO BHF Metals
Suivi des risques sur l'activité de Merger Arbitrage
Suivi de l'exposition du Groupe sur les risques de marché (VaR, Stress Tests)
Maintien/amélioration des outils existants
Développement de nouveaux projets (suivis, outils) servant à la Direction des Risques
Ce stage vous permettra d'acquérir une vision globale des métiers du Groupe ODDO BHF, comprendre concrètement comment sont pilotés les risques et de monter en compétences sur le suivi des risques de marché ainsi que sur les produits obligataires, notamment grâce au contact régulier avec le Front Office.
Profil recherché
Etudiant(e) en Grande école de commerce ou d’ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire spécialisation en finance
Vous avez une bonne connaissance de l'analyse de crédit, des instruments de marchés et des institutions financières, avec idéalement un premier stage réalisé dans ce domaine
Vous êtes rigoureux(se), proactif(ive), curieux(se) et persévérant(e)
Votre aisance relationnelle vous permet de travailler avec tous les niveaux d'interlocuteurs (Front, Middle/Back Office, IT, juridique)
Excellente Maîtrise du Pack Office. La connaissance de Bloomberg serait un plus.
Anglais et français courants, l’allemand serait un plus

Vous serez amené(e) à :
- Cadrer le périmètre de l’analyse de risques (cartographie des risques) et cerner l’environnement de l’entreprise

- Expliquer la démarche auprès des équipes en interne et mener les différents ateliers

The aim of this internship is to participate in the compliance monitoring of the Group and Local Investment Guidelines and to contribute to the market/credit risk following.
The intern will participate in the update / enhancement of the compliance monitoring tool. He will work on the update of the Investment Guidelines and on any ad-hoc request.
The intern will participate in the production of market risk statistics (VaR, sensitivities, stress tests) and risk
following for SCOR entities, providing insights into risk drivers of the investment portfolio.
Under the supervision of the GIO Head of Risk and Investments Control:
- Participate in the weekly and quarterly reporting on compliance, including escalation of breaches to make sure that the management is aware of the anomalies. Work with asset managers to take timely remediation actions if necessary.
- Participate in weekly and quarterly reporting on Market risk, including calculation of risk figures and production of risk following reports.
- Enhance the existing compliance monitoring tool (Power BI). Develop tools (queries, analysis) with related documentation.
- Participate in ad-hoc analysis aimed at improving the market/credit risk measures of invested assets
- Participate in the quarterly credit-risk process (IFRS9)
- Help produce specific reports for external stakeholders
- Participate in ongoing improvement of risk tools.
- Quantitative/development background, preferably in final year of studies (Bac+5) with a
specialization in finance. - Good competencies in computing/coding with knowledge of VBA, SQL, power BI.

Description du poste
Au sein de l’équipe de gestion du risque, vous assisterez le service dans les missions :
- Contrôle et analyse des risques de marché des fonds gérés par Sycomore AM,
- Suivi des performances des marchés et des fonds,
- Production des reportings pour l’équipe de gestion, pour la direction et pour les clients.
- Mise à jour des données financières et extra financières pour les présentations clients.
Ce stage d’une durée de 6 mois est à pourvoir à compter de septembre 2025.
Qualifications
Vous êtes actuellement en dernière année de formation pour un diplôme Bac + 5 en mathématiques supérieures, avec une spécialisation en finance ou en année de césure.
Vos études et vos expériences vous ont permis d’acquérir une bonne connaissance des produits financiers et de comprendre les activités de gestion de portefeuille.
- Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (Excel, Access.) et la programmation (VBA, Python, SQL, .).
- Vous êtes rigoureux et autonome

MISSIONS
- Établir un plan de prospection adapté pour conquérir de nouveaux clients en s’appuyant sur ses réseaux et les partenaires du Crédit Coopératif.
- Conseiller les clients et prospects en proposant des produits et services adaptés à leurs besoins.
- Analyser le portefeuille pour mettre en place le plan d’action de développement commercial.
- Étudier et monter les dossiers de prêts sous l’angle du risque et de la rentabilité.
- Proposer des solutions innovantes, anticiper les opportunités commerciales et / ou les relations difficiles en préservant les intérêts du Groupe.
- Assurer la gestion et le suivi de la relation clientèle (constitution des dossiers, mise à jour des informations commerciales et juridiques des clients…).
- Entretenir et dynamiser les relations avec les acteurs et partenaires locaux en véhiculant l’image et les valeurs du Groupe.
- Réaliser une veille sur les tendances du marché et du secteur afin de développer des relations commerciales.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
- Titulaire d'un niveau BAC+3.
- Une première expérience bancaire et / ou commerciale (stage / alternance) serait un plus.
- Appétence commerciale.
- Bonne capacité à communiquer et écoute.
- Adaptabilité et capacité à collaborer.
