**Job Overview**
As the **Amazon EU Retail Media Activation Manager** at Stanley Black&Decker, you'll be part of EMEA-ANZ eCommerce team located across the region, reporting directly to the Marketing Director. + Defining the key media strategic pillars and objectives for each brand and market.
+ Developing and executing the paid media strategy: in collaboration with the media agency, Amazon Ads and the local e-trade marketing team, develop and execute the paid media strategies at brand & market levels, as well as for the strategic levers (Sponsor Ads and DSP - Demand-Side-Platform) for each brand.
+ Defining the media budget: work on the overall budget allocation (brand, market, strategic levers), allocate the right resources at the right place depending on future growth and to ensure maximum Return On Investment (Ads spends vs. Ads sales), and campaign improvements.
+ Implementing comprehensive advertising strategies to promote our products and brands on Amazon's retail platform.
+ Collaborating with the etrade Marketing Managers to ensure that the EU media strategy is implemented correctly and effectively in local markets. Ensuring our products and offers are effectively brought to life.
+ Supporting each local market with the media activation. Identifying and leveraging cross-zone synergies.
+ Evaluating and providing operational recommendations aligned with the local market's needs.

Votre rôle en tant que Senior Manager - Last Mile Delivery sera de veiller à ce que la collaboration entre nos stations de livraison, nos équipes internes et nos partenaires du dernier kilomètre soit la plus efficace possible, conforme aux standards de qualité Amazon. Vous nouerez des liens forts avec les divers interlocuteurs évoqués ci-dessus, afin de piloter la performance de notre promesse de livraison et de développer nos activités sur le territoire français.
Key job responsibilities
Vous serez chargé de gérer la relation avec un portefeuille de partenaires de livraison indépendants opérant dans le secteur du dernier kilomètre de notre chaîne logistique. Vous construirez une relation de proximité avec ces partenaires, en les accompagnant dans l'atteinte de performances opérationnelles élevées.
Vous serez responsable d'un secteur géographique en région parisienne, composé en moyenne de 6 sites. Vous collaborerez avec une vingtaine de partenaires externes, qui participent à la livraison d'un volume avoisinnant les 500 000 colis hebdomadaire.
Vous serez le point de ralliement des équipes opérationnelles terrain et des fonctions corporate, et le garant d'une communication fluide entre les parties prenantes au sein des stations afin d'assurer nos engagements capacitaires, toujours dans l'optique de hauts standards quant à la qualité de l'expérience client finale fournie.
Ce poste n'est pas un rôle d'opérationnel terrain, mais exige une compréhension fine des enjeux logistiques et une capacité à faire avancer les sujets avec autonomie, impact et vision - tout en ayant une communication solide et régulière avec nos stations de livraison. Vos missions principales seront :
* Identifier, concevoir et piloter des projets structurants pour améliorer la performance du dernier kilomètre
* Agir en interface directe entre les équipes opérationnelles et les fonctions support, en assurant une coordination fluide
* Accompagner les stations de livraison Amazon dont vous serez responsable dans une gestion autonome de leurs activités logistiques hebdomadaires et mensuelles
* Assurer la bonne mise en place des temps forts de l'année : Prime Day, Back to School, Peak season

Vous serez basé au siège Amazon à Clichy, ou bien dans l'une de nos stations en région. Il vous sera demandé de vous rendre régulièrement sur les sites logistiques qui vous seront attribués. Lors de vos visites, vous pourrez vous assurez de la bonne conformité des process Amazon, et apporter votre support aux équipes travaillant dans les stations. Amazon Logistics (AMZL) assure les activités de livraison du dernier kilomètre en partenariat avec des entreprises de distribution tierces. Le but est de proposer l'expérience de livraison la plus fluide, rapide et efficace possible.
Notre équipe est répartie sur l'ensemble du territoire français, et regroupe des Senior Managers ainsi que des Project Managers. Ensemble, nous travaillons main dans la main avec les équipes locales basées en station de livraison, les partenaires de transport et les fonctions support qui y sont rattachées.
Basic Qualifications
* Bac +5 ou équivalent, avec une formation en ingénierie, logistique, commerce ou disciplines connexes
* 5 à 10 ans d'expérience
* Compréhension des opérations logistiques, supply chain ou distribution, même sans expérience directe sur le terrain
* Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles : aptitude à influencer sans autorité directe et à collaborer avec des parties prenantes variées (opérations, finance, RH, juridique.)
