Compétences Requises

As a Programmatic Solutions Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end experience of our enterprise customer, known as programmatic trading desks. You will drive success by developing customer expertise in our programmatic advertising DSP. The Programmatic Solutions Consultant has experience in advertising technology and the programmatic advertising domain, and is leveraging this expertise to help our customers meet and exceed their business objectives. In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with programmatic traders at agencies/advertisers, as well as Amazon Ads internal sales, product, and support teams to address customer needs.

A typical PSC engagement with our customers could include onboarding new traders, delivering trainings on new product features, assisting a customer with a beta feature, consulting in business strategy and planning discussions, providing oversight in execution of campaign strategy, developing campaign optimization recommendations and monitoring their impact, conducting deep dives to determine root causes of issues and informing customers of the best course of action.

You will advocate for customer in internal forums, provide troubleshooting support and triage when needed, and simplify and propagate customer feedback to inform product and services design. PSCs operate as trusted advisors to customers every day, and ensure customers gradually develop into a proficient users of our DSP, who see Amazon DSP as their preferred means to their goals.

You will be passionate about understanding customer objectives, and address them using our book of services and engagement best practices, to drive adoption of Amazon technologies. Your ownership, curiosity, and domain knowledge will allow you to comprehensively understand the details of our offerings and be able to speak to these to our customers with passion, authority, empathy, and clarity.

Key job responsibilities
  • Owning the relationship with programmatic trading desk managers, engaging with multiple customer organizational levels to understand business objectives
  • Providing services such as onboarding, trade desk support plans, feature training, continuous product usage consultation, and industry best practices

    We are looking for a digital marketing manager for the Amazon Marketing Team within SharkNinja that drives our products through the Amazon platforms across France and Benelux – from setup, content, optimisation and creative positioning through to driving demand and awareness. We strive to deliver best in class content and seamless customer journey that translates into high visibility, strong conversion and long-term brand growth.

    We’re seeking a strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own demand generation with the Amazon Advertising ecosystem. This role is not about just managing advertising but actively creating solutions and strategies that drive profitable growth. You’ll take full ownership of Amazon media strategy and execution, partnering with internal teams, cross functional teams and agency partners to deliver measurable profitable growth.

    Responsibilities
    • Strategy Development: Own the strategic roadmap for Amazon paid media, aligned with business priorities and growth targets
    • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns with agency partners across Amazon DSP, AMS and emerging Amazon formats. Leverage AMC data to identify customer behaviours, map conversion paths and refine audience targeting.
    • Performance Ownership: End to End accountability for performance across the Amazon Media funnel from awareness to conversion to repurchase.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Obsess over performance dashboards, track KPIs, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Communicate results clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
    • Data Obsessed: Live in the data. Use insights from AMC, Retail Analytics, and internal BI to find opportunities, kill inefficiencies, and scale winners fast.
    • Budget Management: Own and optimise media budgets, ensuring efficiency, growth, and ROI.
    • Conversion Optimization: Partner with content, creative and UX teams to test messaging, imagery, and landing experiences that move the needle.
    • Market and Competitor Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, category shifts, and competitor tactics. Actively shape how SharkNinja shows up on Amazon.
    • Agency and Partner Management: Direct external agencies and partners with clarity and accountability. Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance thresholds.
