En tant que Senior Project Manager au sein de la Business Unit Rolling Stock, vous êtes responsable de la conduite des projets clients du système VAL/NeoVAL, en veillant au respect des exigences contractuelles et à l’atteinte des objectifs fixés, notamment en matière de budget, de gestion des risques, de qualité, de planification et d’EHS.
Vos missions- Planifier le projet de bout en bout, suivre l’avancement (gestion des risques, garantie de la qualité des livrables), assurer la mise en service et la clôture du projet
- Établir et maintenir des relations de confiance avec les représentants du client
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes afin de proposer des solutions adaptées
- Élaborer la stratégie du projet en concertation avec le Business Manager
- Présenter le projet auprès de la direction
- Veiller à l’atteinte des résultats financiers attendus
- Mettre en œuvre un suivi financier et un reporting régulier sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie du projet
- Manager l’équipe projet et les parties prenantes
- Gérer et négocier les contrats, changements et réclamations, en impliquant l’équipe projet et les parties prenantes
- Gérer la conformité aux normes, règles et réglementations, y compris en matière fiscale, de garanties, d’export et de délégation de personnel
- Assurer la qualité globale des travaux, produits et livrables
- Au moins 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets
- Certification PM IPMA Niveau B ou comparable
- Diplôme d’ingénieur
- Le français et l’anglais sont nécessaires, l’allemand est un plus
- Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en management d’équipe projet ou dans un environnement équivalent
- Expérience en gestion de projets ou d’équipes à l’international appréciée

We are looking for a Finance Project Analyst Apprentice who will be part of the Finance team and will support the different project teams of the Rolling Stock Saint-Ouen site (RSC STO) in order to implement tools to improve monitoring of the project financial aspects (actuals, forecasts, budgets). The RSC STO unit is a Train Development Site (TDS) which is leading several projects. The intern will be able to support the Finance project manager to ensure accuracy and quality of the financials. The Finance Project Analyst Intern reports to the Site Head of Finance.
Key accountabilities- Maintain and further develop a multi projet visualisation & analysis reporting tool
- Support the controller for a specific project where finance team needs to be reinforced
- Follow-up of the cash profile of the project
- Implement and update a monitoring tool of the cash-out of the project
- Update the actual hours vs forecast on a monthly basis
- Update the Cost per Unit model on a monthly basis
- Prepare the monthly and bi-yearly financial analyses under the supervision of the project finance manager
- Business school, engineering school or university equiv.
- Fluent in English and French
- Excellent knowledge in MS Excel
- Good relationship and communication skills

Votre rôle inclura l'établissement, la mise en œuvre et l'amélioration continue des processus CCM, la gestion des interfaces avec les systèmes de performance, la formation des équipes, et la conduite d'audits et ateliers. Vous travaillerez étroitement avec les équipes régionales pour intégrer les meilleures pratiques et répondre aux besoins spécifiques.
Profil recherché : Diplôme en génie mécanique, gestion de projet ou équivalent, expérience en gestion CCM dans un environnement international, compétences en gestion de processus, certification souhaitée, excellentes compétences en communication, maîtrise de l'anglais.
