We are looking for a Finance Project Analyst Apprentice who will be part of the Finance team and will support the different project teams of the Rolling Stock Saint-Ouen site (RSC STO) in order to implement tools to improve monitoring of the project financial aspects (actuals, forecasts, budgets). The RSC STO unit is a Train Development Site (TDS) which is leading several projects. The intern will be able to support the Finance project manager to ensure accuracy and quality of the financials. The Finance Project Analyst Intern reports to the Site Head of Finance.

• Maintain and further develop a multi projet visualisation & analysis reporting tool
• Support the controller for a specific project where finance team needs to be reinforced
• Follow-up of the cash profile of the project
• Implement and update a monitoring tool of the cash-out of the project
• Update the actual hours vs forecast on a monthly basis
• Update the Cost per Unit model on a monthly basis
• Prepare the monthly and bi-yearly financial analyses under the supervision of the project finance manager

• Business school, engineering school or university equiv.
• Fluent in English and French
• Excellent knowledge in MS Excel
• Good relationship and communication skills

Pourriez-vous être le Project Planning Deployment Manager - Rolling Stock Projects H/F à temps plein que nous recherchons à Saint-Ouen ?

Votre futur rôle
Relevez un nouveau défi et appliquez votre expertise en gestion de projets et en planification dans un domaine prioritaire pour Alstom. Vous travaillerez aux côtés de collègues dédiés et collaboratifs. Vous soutiendrez des projets critiques RSC dans tous les aspects de la planification, depuis l'établissement de bases de planification solides jusqu'à garantir que les projets respectent ces bases durant leur exécution. Au quotidien, vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes de l'entreprise (Finances, Gestion de projets, Sites et Régions), en autonomisant l'équipe de planification et en atteignant les objectifs du projet. Vous vous occuperez spécifiquement de coacher l'équipe de planification, de promouvoir une forte culture de planification, de collecter et partager les retours d'expérience (REX) et de fournir une formation lorsque cela est nécessaire.

Nous compterons sur vous pour :

• Agir en tant qu'expert des Normes de Planification d'Alstom et des meilleures pratiques liées au développement (DFQ, processus convergents, etc.) ainsi qu'à l'échéancier du projet (échéancier client, etc.).
• Coach et promouvoir une culture de planification au sein des équipes de projet.
• Optimiser les stratégies de planification et gérer les risques.
• Contribuer à la capture et au partage des retours d'expérience (REX).
• Soutenir la mise en œuvre de la gestion de configuration et de la documentation conformément à la stratégie de planification.
• S'engager dans l'amélioration continue des processus de planification au sein de l'organisation.

Tout sur vous

Une expérience dans les projets de Rolling Stock & Compo est cruciale, en particulier avec un parcours en planification ou en gestion. Bien que ce rôle offre des opportunités de croissance, les domaines suivants sont attendus comme base :

• Diplôme en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe (un Master est recommandé).
• Expérience dans des rôles de gestion de projet tels que PrDPM, PrPM, SSM ou similaires.
• Connaissance de la planification de projet, des changements et de la configuration, ainsi que des processus de documentation.
• Bonne connaissance des processus internes à travers divers départements.
• Agilité dans la gestion des plannings, des simulations et des divers scénarios de projet.
• Solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles avec un esprit collaboratif.
• Proactivité dans la gestion des conflits et la proposition de solutions.

Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable des Processus de Configuration et des Changements pour notre activité Rolling Stock, basé à Saint-Ouen. Vous collaborerez avec des équipes internationales pour mettre en œuvre des processus soutenant nos produits et projets mondiaux.

Votre rôle inclura l'établissement, la mise en œuvre et l'amélioration continue des processus CCM, la gestion des interfaces avec les systèmes de performance, la formation des équipes, et la conduite d'audits et ateliers. Vous travaillerez étroitement avec les équipes régionales pour intégrer les meilleures pratiques et répondre aux besoins spécifiques.

Profil recherché : Diplôme en génie mécanique, gestion de projet ou équivalent, expérience en gestion CCM dans un environnement international, compétences en gestion de processus, certification souhaitée, excellentes compétences en communication, maîtrise de l'anglais.
