Il faut être à l'aise dans la lecture de plan, connaitre Airbus et l'activité production.
Au niveau de la partie informatique, la maitrise de Suite office, Gsuite, SAP, MS, CATIA (Drawing) serait un plus.
Au niveau des langues, la maitrise de l'anglais de manière pratiquement bilingue est obligatoire car l'équipe est composée exclusivement d'interlocuteurs allemands.
La maitrise de l'allemand serait un plus.

As a key member of our Weight and Balance team, you will play a vital role in managing mass properties across the entire Airbus Helicopters range. You will collaborate closely with numerous internal departments (Design Office, Performance, Integration Architect, Chief Engineering, Offers, Production, Program, etc.) and be involved in the management of our legacy fleet, with potential involvement in exciting new programs. Your expertise will be crucial in:
* Ensuring customer mission requirements are met through accurate weight and balance management during production aircraft delivery.

* Challenging designers to optimize part design from a weight and balance perspective, leveraging your understanding of airframe/mechanics principles.
* Creating clear and concise technical documentation and notes.

* Contributing to the capitalization of business knowledge and the harmonization of processes and tools.
