About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Working Student (m/f/d) to support our SAP Project Director in mapping and optimizing business processes. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in SAP project management and process improvement while working closely with global experienced professionals.

Job Description
- Lead the implementation of ERP roadmap to ensure the GO LIVE for Beginning of 2026 with Renault Group Teams.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Participate in the identification, specifications and implementation of all interfaces needed between the ERP, other Flexis IS or External IS.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems.

About us

Our customer is a global leader in manufacturing interior solutions for vehicles. Operating in 17 countries with 29 production and administrative sites, the group has over 5,000 employees and collaborates with major automotive equipment manufacturers (Adient, Faurecia) to supply automakers such as Volkswagen, Stellantis, and Nissan.
We are looking for a Senior SAP Project Manager with at least 2 successful S / 4HANA Brownfield conversion projects who will join us for a short-term mission. The estimated duration is 125 days, split into two iterations : from September 2025 to April 2026 with 13 days / month workload, and from May to August 2026 with 5 days / month workload.
Challenges of the project :
- Availability of business teams is limited (monthly and yearly closing periods);
- System downtime must not exceed 48 hours;
- High risk due to interfaces (2,000 interfaces : IDocs, web services, RFC, OData);
- A backup & rollback strategy must be defined in case of critical failure;
Technical stack :
- Database : HANA 2.0 SPS05;
- Fiori, CDS Views, OData, ATC;
- Transport strategy, CVI, SUM tool, Maintenance Planner;

Requirements
Experience & Project Delivery :
- Proven track record as a Senior SAP Project Manager , with at least 2 successful S / 4HANA Brownfield conversion projects completed;

- Experience in cutover planning , testing , and post-go-live support .
Project Management Skills :

- Ability to work with a large number of interfaces , including IDoc, Web services, OData, and RFC (Remote Function Call).
- Experience working closely with Basis and infrastructure partners (e.g., Oxya );
- Active participation in cutover planning in coordination with the Basis team and infrastructure providers.
