Your RoleThis position offers a double track as Strategy Associate Consultant and Data Scientist (entry level).
You will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects:
- Data & AI strategy projects (e.g., data roadmap connected to business strategy, Responsible AI governance)

Les missions de ce poste
- Sous la supervision du Directeur Administratif et financier, vos missions seront les suivantes :
- Assure la collecte, la mise à la signature et l’envoi de toutes les demandes administratives
- Assure le suivi et la souscription des contrats d’assurances du groupe auprès du courtier (hors assurance dommage d’ouvrage et travaux)
- Gère la partie administrative des sinistres (suivi des délais, coordination, prise de rdv)
- Gère la collecte et l’archivage contrats fournisseurs des achats GROUPE (siège/holdings et filiales) : collecte des contrats et tableau de suivi en vue de reconduction ou résiliation des contrats en coordination avec les managers des hôtels
- Gère la flotte automobile du groupe, à savoir collecte des contrats de location ou crédit-bail des collaborateurs, gestion des cartes grises et assurance des véhicules, maintenance (rappel des contrôles techniques et entretien, commande vignette crit air), suivi des contrats (alerte sur la fin d’engagement, rachat du véhicule ou reconduction d’un nouveau contrat)
- Gère la rédaction et le suivi de l’exhaustivité des contrats internes permettant la correcte gestion du Groupe (notamment prestations de services, trésorerie, avance C/C…)
- Assure l’archivage structuré de l’exhaustivité des documents juridiques et administratifs du Groupe et également approbation des comptes, greffes…
- Collecte le besoin et prépare des commandes de fournitures de bureau ou de services généraux au titre des holding (tels que fourniture administrative, café, thé)
- Coordonne avec le prestataire informatique sur l’inventaire des postes informatique des holdings, commandes/restitution des ordinateurs et imprimantes, gestion de la maintenance des imprimantes et des interventions lors de dysfonctionnement
- Gère le parc téléphonique en coordination avec le prestataire (dont attribution des lignes pour les nouveaux collaborateurs)
- Poste en CDI, poste exclusivement en présentiel
- Base horaire : 39 H avec une dizaine de jours de RTT
- Localisée à Paris 8ème - Georges V (ligne 1)
- Le salaire : 34 - 38 K€ brut fixe annuel sur 12 mois selon profil et expérience.
