What it takes to be a finance manager at AgilitéAs finance manager, you will oversee the financial aspects of our construction projects from preliminary costing to completion, helping ensure profitability and sustainable growth. Your key responsibilities include:
- Project financial management: managing the overall financial position of each project and tracking expenses to meet or exceed pre-agreed targets.
- Budget oversight: maintaining detailed budgets for all project components, with insights into contractual terms, cost opportunities, and risks.
- Cost identification and quantification: evaluating and quantifying costs specified in project documents, including production time, materials, and labour.
- Risk analysis and feasibility: analysing legal, technical, and financial risks of projects, and proposing solutions to enhance profitability and viability.
- Vendor relations and procurement: consulting with suppliers, selecting partnerships, and managing communication with internal and external purchasing departments.
- Project evaluation: analysing financial data, assessing project viability, and advising the delivery team on potential improvements.
- Policy development: establishing and maintaining financial policies and tracking Agilité’s financial health for continuous improvement.
- A background as an architect, engineer, quantity surveyor or relevant business degree in the construction sector
- A minimum of five years as a finance manager or similar financial control role
- Proficiency in local construction regulations, project documentation analysis, cost evaluation and risk management
- Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills, with the capacity to adapt to change and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven, resilient, and highly organised
- Flexible in prioritising tasks amid changing conditions
- Client-focused with exceptional communication skills
- Creative problem solver with great attention to detail
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and financial management tools
- Must speak English and the local language (French is a plus)

Wizya regroupe une équipe d'experts, possédant une forte expérience des projets GRC complexes, de la sécurité SAP, des contrôles internes et de la préparation aux audits.
Vous intervenez de la conception, à la réalisation et mise en place de nombreuses solutions GRC et SAP Sécurité en relation directe avec nos clients.
- Audit des processus, autorisations et solutions SAP
- Recueil des besoins client pour établir les projets BluePrint
- Analyse des risques et élaboration de la cartographie des risques de l’entreprise
- Proposition de recommandations de sécurité et d'amélioration continue
- Conception de solutions d’autorisations SAP et d’optimisation de sécurité
- Sécurisation applicative (Workflow, Analytics…),
- Implémentation des rôles de sécurité, des séparations de tâches, structuration des fonctions, gestion d’accès et d’identité
- Déploiement des solutions GRC d’entreprise en conformité avec les besoins clients et les règles SoD en vigueur
- Élaboration des livrets de spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques
- Formation technique et fonctionnelle (Webinaires)
- Conception de solutions d’autorisations SAP - Design – Test – Mise en production – Support
- Audit des processus et des solutions SoD SAP
- Audit de sécurité autorisations SAP
- Mise en oeuvre et déploiement des outils SAP GRC (AC, PC, RM)
- Élaboration des spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques de sécurité.
- Analyse des risques et élaboration de la cartographie des risques de l’entreprise
- Assistance à la structuration des fonctions de maîtrise des risques : compliance, contrôle interne et audit interne
- Niveau Bac +5 école d’ingénieur ou école de commerce (Diplôme équivalent accepté)
- Expérience requise: Postes confirmés / et seniors.
- Français / Anglais : solide niveau à l’écrit et à l’oral
- Sens de l’organisation,, capacité à gérer un projet et réfléchir à des solutions, aisance relationnelle, solide esprit d’équipe

Missions principales
- Assurer la stabilité, la sécurité et le support N3 de la solution Active Roles (ARS).
- Maintenir et optimiser l’infrastructure ARS (Active Directory, Office 365, Entra ID).
- Gérer les modèles de délégation et les accès (RBAC).
- Créer et améliorer les processus (workflows, formulaires ServiceNow).
- Rédiger la documentation technique et former les équipes L1 / L2.
