Description du poste Nous recherchons un.e technicien.ne frigoriste pour rejoindre notre équipe. Dans ce rôle à temps plein, vous serez responsable de l’entretien, de la réparation et du dépannage des systèmes frigorifiques pour des laboratoires et des industries scientifiques. Vos tâches quotidiennes incluront la maintenance préventive, la résolution de problèmes techniques et l’assistance à distance selon les besoins. Ce poste est basé en Occitanie, avec un mode de travail hybride.
Qualifications
- Compétences en Maintenance Préventive et Réparations: Expérience en entretien régulier et réparation des systèmes frigorifiques.
- Compétences en Dépannage: Capacité à diagnostiquer et résoudre rapidement des problèmes techniques.
- Compétences en Électricité: Connaissance des systèmes électriques et de leur application dans les équipements de réfrigération.
- Qualifications supplémentaires appréciées: certification en manipulation de fluides frigorigènes, bonne compréhension des normes de sécurité.

- Commissioning of refrigeration plant, brine chillers, and pump stations
- Setting up, testing, and inspecting new and existing Marine Refrigeration plants and systems on newbuild and existing vessels, in compliance with the agreed project specification
- Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations on board ships
- Troubleshooting for issues that may affect the project delivery, reporting nonconformity to your manager and design office.
- Being the point of contact for site technical commissioning activities as well as supporting the design team with final design, scope, and specifications when required.
You will also have these following specific responsibilities:
- Report progress of works carried out during commissioning.
- Organize and handle commissioning according to set deadlines.
- Ensuring the work carried out follows ALMACO’s quality standard.
To be successful in this position, we will need to have:
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
- Essential experience in working with HFC refrigeration systems, with additional experience in CO2 systems being advantageous.
- Strong comprehension of the working philosophy of Bitzer screw compressors, along with the ability to configure air coolers and coolers equipped with EEV controls.
- Excellent technical knowledge and hands-on experience in working with refrigeration systems of various types and sizes.
- Proficient in working with main control electrical control panels.
- Possession of an F-Gas certificate is mandatory.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with USPHS standards and VSP construction guidelines is beneficial.

Vous maîtrisez le dimensionnement de réseaux et les calculs de déperdition.
Compétences en climatisation, froid commercial et aéraulique (CTA, réseaux) requises.
Maîtrise d’Autocad 2D obligatoire.
Vous possédez de bonnes compétences techniques, un bon sens de l’organisation, une excellente communication écrite et orale, ainsi qu’une capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément. PROJECT FRAMEWORK
- Location : Cessy (France)
- Plant Type : Helium Refrigeration Plant (High Luminosity LHC Upgrade)
- Discipline : Multidisciplinary Site Management
- Start Date : June 2025
- Project Duration : 12 months (until June 2026)
- Act as the client's representative and primary point of contact at the CERN construction site.
- Set up and manage a site-specific construction team with clear reporting lines.
- Ensure full implementation of Health & Safety (HSE), Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), and risk assessment measures in line with project-specific and CERN standards.
- Oversee site execution, including work inside deep underground caverns (~80m) and above-ground facilities (SHM17, SD17, US17).
- Coordinate all construction activities and subcontractors, including mechanical installation, piping, steel structures, corrosion protection, insulation, and basic E&I works.
- Monitor compliance with the project schedule, budget, and technical requirements.
- Conduct and document regular inspections (HSE, QA/QC, cost, and schedule).
- Manage warehousing and logistics, including incoming inspections.
- Lead weekly/monthly progress and coordination meetings with all stakeholders.
- Check and approve site documentation: progress reports, variation orders, contractor invoices, claims, and construction logs.
- Support pre-commissioning activities and mechanical completion.
- Act as key interface with CERN staff, emergency services, and project authorities.
- Maintain a compliant, safe, and well-documented worksite from mobilization to close-out.
- Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience managing complex industrial construction projects, ideally in EPCenvironments.
- Proven leadership on large-scale projects involving underground and technical installations.
- Strong command of site coordination, interface management, and cross-disciplinary supervision.
- Comprehensive understanding of HSE regulations, especially in multinational research environments.
- Experience with public-sector clients or scientific institutions (e.g., CERN) is a plus.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
