The job:We are seeking an HR Lead to shape Welinq’s culture and help foster a positive, high-performing work environment. As a key member of our Leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our HR strategy aligns with business goals, overseeing recruitment processes, team performance, and employee satisfaction. You will be at the forefront of driving our HR initiatives, including first-stage interviews, performance monitoring, and cultivating a culture that supports both innovation and employee well-being
Responsibilities:As part of the leadership team, you will play a key role in our scaling efforts and will have the following key responsibilities:
- Cultural Leadership: Shape and nurture Welinq’s company culture to foster an inclusive, innovative, and collaborative environment that aligns with our mission and growth trajectory.
- Team Performance Management: Monitor and assess team performance, collaborating with department leads to identify areas for improvement and professional development.
- Onboarding Excellence: Design and facilitate smooth onboarding processes, ensuring new hires integrate seamlessly into the team and company culture.
- Employee Engagement Initiatives: Develop and implement innovative strategies to boost employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention, creating a thriving workplace.
- HR Strategy: Partner with leadership to define and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals, including workforce planning and talent management.
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process, including conducting initial interviews and managing the recruitment pipeline to attract and secure top-tier talent that fits our company culture.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an HR or talent acquisition role, in a startup.
- Proven experience in defining company culture and driving HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Strong track record of managing recruitment processes, including conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence team members at all levels
- Proficiency in HR tools and systems, including performance management and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- ·Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- English proficiency is required; French is a strong plus.

Nous recherchons un / une HR Officer afin d'assurer la gestion administrative et opérationnelle des activités RH du groupe Kalexius dans un environnement international. Polyvalent(e), il / elle assiste la Head of Human Resources dans l'accomplissement de missions variées touchant à l'administration du personnel, à la formation et à la gestion de carrière.
Administration du personnel :
- Gérer les dossiers du personnel (contrats, avenants, attestations)
- Gérer les formalités d'embauche, de mobilité internationale et de départ
- Suivre les temps de travail du personnel, les congés et les absences
- Assurer l'interface avec les prestataires locaux, les organismes de santé, prévoyance et retraite
- Veiller à la conformité avec les législations locales
- Apporter un support RH aux managers et aux collaborateurs
Gestion de la paie et des avantages sociaux :
- Superviser la gestion externalisée de la paie en assurant l'interface avec les prestataires locaux : préparer et transmettre les éléments variables, contrôler les bulletins
- Superviser l'administration des avantages sociaux en lien avec les prestataires locaux
- Contribuer aux études de benchmark salarial et avantages sociaux
- Préparer les supports des revues annuelles de rémunérations et de bonus
Formation et développement :
- Superviser la campagne d'entretien annuel
- Piloter le plan de formation : recueil des besoins, élaboration du plan, sélection des organismes, gestion administrative et logistique, constitution des dossiers de financement, suivi budgétaire et reporting.
- Participer au développement et à la structuration de la Kalexius Academy
- Animer ou co-animer des formation internes
- Suivre le processus de recrutement et y participer en cas de besoin
- Coordonner l'intégration dun nouveau collaborateur et mettre en œuvre le processus d'intégration
- Superviser le suivi des périodes d'essai.
- Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des initiatives RH groupe
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et outils de la fonction RH
- Préparer les tableaux de bord RH annuels et suivre les indicateurs
- Superviser l 'HR & Recruitment Assistant , organiser et suivre ses missions, veiller à la qualité des livrables et accompagner son développement professionnel
- Master en Ressources Humaines, Droit Social, ou équivalent
- 3 ans au minimum d'expérience dans une fonction RH généraliste, idéalement dans un environnement international
- Maîtrise de l'anglais (bilingue) et du français
Compétences techniques
- Bases solides sur la législation sociale dans un environnement international
- Maîtrise de la gestion des ressources humaines (GRH)
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et notamment du pack Office

Roles & Responsibilities- Facilitating people managers to drive their people strategy across France & SEMEA (Spain, Italy, Middle East)
- Partnering, consulting and coaching people managers to implement key HR programs and plans to support the Company’s strategic objectives
- Supporting Global, Regional and local HR People Programs by :
- Educating and coaching managers on people programs including: compensation planning, performance management, goal setting, talent segmentation, training, employee engagement survey, etc.
- Conducting project work in partnership with various HR Centers of Excellence in support of the development and implementation of HR programs
- Providing feedback and business insights to HR Centers of Excellence
- Employee communication
- Assisting all employees with policy interpretation and compliance
- On-boarding new employees
- Educating and partnering with people managers on effective performance management
- 5+ years of HR Generalist experience with direct client support and management coaching experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and practices in EMEA countries (France in particular)
- Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas: compensation, management development, performance management, employee relations, benefits, etc.
- Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to operate within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- Adept at working in a matrixed and global work environment
- Relevant HR qualification or related discipline
- Experience in fast-paced Product Sales organizations will be preferred
