The International Trade Marketing department is looking for a new intern to join our company **from January to the end of June 2026** .
**What does this internship involve?**
Assisting the International Trade Marketing Project Manager and the International Coordination Project Manager in their daily tasks:
● Project management support and participation in the 360° development of trade operations:
+ Planning: Assist in the development of project schedules, defining key milestones and deadlines.
+ Execution: Develop campaigns from the brief to the provision of operational tools with the Artistic Department (POS advertising, window displays, displays, sales support materials, samples, etc.). Participate in updating tools and reports with figures.

Accompagner la Chef de Projet Trade Marketing International et la Chef de Projet Coordination Internationale dans leurs missions quotidiennes :
● Support à la gestion de projets et participation au développement 360° des opérations Trade :
+ Planification : Aider à l'élaboration des plannings de projet, en définissant les étapes clés et les délais.

**GLOBAL TRADE MARKETING INTERN ORVEDA**
**6 MONTHS INTERNSHIP STARTING FROM JANUARY 2026**
**ROLE AND DEPARTMENT**
You will report to the Global Senior Trade Marketing Manager (GTM) within Orveda Global Marketing Team.
You will also work closely with CRM, Product Managers, Digital, Merchandising teams and markets.
1. **GIFTING & ANIMATION MISSIONS**
Support in the definition of the promotional plan and manage the day-to-day tasks to ensure the product development in the gifting category (giftsets, GWP, limited editions, brand collaterals):
+ Help defining the offer for the annual giftset and sampling campaign: compose the most relevant offers to match local needs and reach markets business goals.
+ Help defining an attractive gifting menu in line with market's needs (GWPs).
+ Campaign concept/design: Participate in the briefing of giftsets and promotional tools design with external agencies (giftsets) and suppliers (Gift with purchase).
+ Prepare the artwork brief, manage, and deliver execution documents ensuring right timings.
+ Prepare the offerings for markets.
+ Prepare the assets for markets: 3D visuals, e-retail content.
Support the development of brand collaterals (Art of Gifting permanent gifts.).
Competitive review of competitors promotional offers & campaigns (Summer, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Double 11.).
1. **TRADE MARKETING MISSIONS**
+ Assist the Global Senior Trade Marketing Manager in the day-to-day tasks and relationship with markets.
+ Be in contact with markets to support their initiative plan (launch plan), forecast and activation for the launches.
+ Follow and ensure the correct items assortment in all the markets to respect the Global proposal and guidelines.
+ Track performance at market level, trend analysis, against KPIs/comparable benchmarks.
+ Analyze sell-in & sell-out post launch evaluation and reporting at Global level.
+ Gather business intelligence on category market trends with special focus on Digital, Skincare and Asian markets.

**Global Trade Marketing Intern**

As Chloé Trade Marketing Assistant, you are responsible for / your main focus is :
+ Tracking and analyzing sell-in & sell-out performances at Top Markets & Global levels against KPIs & Competition
+ Running ad-hoc Trade Marketing analyses
+ Consolidating globally and tracking Top Markets' trade plans (Marketing calendars) and managing launches for all Markets
+ Consolidating post-launches summaries & presentations
+ Attending Top Markets & Regions weekly calls with the Trade Team and assisting Markets in their operational requests
+ Running Markets, Competitors activities and Price analyses vs Competition
+ Checking stores in Paris and regular online auditing

**Influencer Marketing / Digital Marketing**
