WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to help design, deploy, and evolve predictive models that power Adikteev’s core adtech systems. Our mission is to deliver efficient, scalable, and impactful machine learning systems — models that directly influence billions of real-time decisions per day.
Your responsibilities will include:
Own machine learning pipelines end-to-end: data preparation, feature engineering, model development, training, deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvements.
Build and maintain models focused on getting the best return-on-investment for every ad impression while satisfying production constraints specific to our industry (large volumes and low latencies).
Collaborate closely with Engineering team to industrialize model delivery and ensure smooth operations in production.
Investigate anomalies, performance shifts or A/B test results, and deliver clear insights to business and product stakeholders.
Contribute to innovation efforts, by exploring promising ideas from recent academic work and turning them into production-grade solutions.
Mentor less experienced members of the team
WHO YOU ARE
You could be a great addition to our Machine Learning team if you recognize yourself in several of the following areas:
Academics
Strong theoretical background in mathematics and/or computer science
MS or PhD is a plus
Professional experience
6+ years of experience in hands-on roles that leverage machine learning to power a core company product
Significant experience with production environments: testing, deploying, monitoring, etc.
Experience in AdTech is a plus
Engineering & infrastructure skills
Write clean, maintainable, production-quality Python code, with a strong grasp of testing, typing, CI/CD.
Hands-on experience with Scala, Spark, Airflow and/or AWS is a plus
Hands-on experience with large-scale data engineering or high-frequency inference systems is a strong plus
Machine learning skills
Intimate understanding of theoretical concepts in probability, statistical learning, and optimization
Significant modelling experience with tabular data for classification and regression problems
Practical experience of deep learning and embeddings is a plus

Reality Labs is seeking an AI Research Scientist to help us unleash human potential by eliminating the bottlenecks between intent and action. To achieve this, we're building a practical neural interface drawing on the rich motor neuron signals that can be measured non-invasively with neuron-level resolution. Le stage se déroulera dans l'équipe qualité image en Mammographie. Il s'agit de développer des méthodes basées sur l'apprentissage profond pour résoudre différents problèmes liés au domaine médical.
Les principales thématiques abordées concernent :
+ la classification / détection de pathologies dans des images 2D / 3D
+ la segmentation des images 2D / 3D
+ la génération d'images de synthèse à l'aide de réseaux génératifs
+ le recalage des images de plusieurs types d'acquisitions
+ l'analyse des données médicale
Vos missions pourront consister à :
+ Analyser l'état de l'art du domaine sous forme d'une étude bibliographique

+ Définir des métriques et évaluer les performances de vos travaux de manière quantitative et qualitative.
