- Direction par les agents généraux Quentin BOIDIN et Anthony BOUILLARD
- Un poste de Conseiller clients (H/F) principalement sur les portefeuilles de clients
- Un poste à responsabilité, animé par des valeurs d’équipe: convivialité, bienveillance et cohésion
- Intégrer une équipe reconnue pour la qualité du service client et la performance
Vitrine de l’agence, vous serez au cœur des activités. Vos missions et responsabilités:
- Accueil des clients par tous les moyens de communication: en agence, téléphone ou email
- Traitement des besoins des clients: recherche et identification des attentes, présentation de GAN Assurances, valorisation et commercialisation des offres
- Gestion des dossiers clients en autonomie: devis sur-mesure, émissions de contrats, collecte, suivi, contrôle, relance des pièces et signatures
- Développement des portefeuilles clients par des actions commerciales et ventes additionnelles
- Gestion et suivi des sinistres: ouverture des déclarations, missionnement des experts, collecte des pièces et relances, accompagnement du client
- Participation active à la vie de l’agence: échanges avec la compagnie, gestion des fournitures, volet administratif

Votre ProfilParlons du candidat recherché:
- Diplôme Bac+2 (ex. BTS Banque/Assurances) ou première expérience (2 ans) dans l’environnement assurantiel ou en commercialisation, en cabinet ou en agence
- Esprit d’équipe, rigueur, sens des responsabilités et autonomie
- Excellentes qualités relationnelles pour accueillir, créer et entretenir des liens avec les clients
- Passion pour la relation client, fidélisation et conseil
- Dextérité informatique et maîtrise des outils et interfaces utilisés au quotidien
- Rémunération: 25 000€ brut/an (négociable selon expérience)

Job Description
+ Receiving and processing documents
+ Managing freight receipt and ensuring proper tracking of inbound shipments.
+ Organizing the collection and delivery of imported goods in coordination with carriers and clients.
+ Preparing and issuing transport documents.
+ Ensuring timely processing of ocean import shipments.
+ Monitoring and update records in our operational system and updating records in the operational system.
+ Communicating effectively with clients, the Expeditors network, and carriers.
+ Adhering to Expeditors' standard KPIs, ensuring compliance with all regulations and Expeditors' standards & procedures.
+ Accurately invoicing customer files and ensuring timely dispatch of invoices.
+ Providing complete documentation to our customs department.
+ Requesting quotes from our partner carriers and shipping companies.
+ Creating competitive pricing offers for our clients.
Qualifications
+ At least 6 months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ College graduate or above / Minimum of a Bac +2 in Transport, International Trade, or Logistics.
+ Global logistics industry knowledge and understanding of ocean documentation process
+ Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
+ Good computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word)
+ Fluent in English
+ Strong listening and attention to detail.
+ Excellent organizational skills.
+ Team player.
+ Pro-active, strong organizational skills
