We are seeking a skilled and data-driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our website and content for search engines to increase organic visibility, traffic, and conversions. You will play a pivotal role in implementing both on-page and off-page SEO strategies and collaborate across content, web development, and marketing teams to drive results.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in search.
Plan and execute keyword research and mapping to targeted landing pages.
2. On-Page OptimizationOptimize website content, meta tags, headers, internal linking, and images.
Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in new and existing content.
Monitor site architecture and ensure crawlability and indexability.
3. Off-Page SEODevelop and manage link-building campaigns, outreach, and partnerships.
Monitor backlink profile and identify disavow opportunities.
4. Technical SEOConduct regular technical audits and troubleshoot crawl errors, page speed issues, and mobile usability.
Work with developers to implement technical fixes including structured data, redirects, XML sitemaps, etc.
5. Analytics & ReportingUse tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Screaming Frog to monitor performance.
Track keyword rankings, CTR, bounce rates, and conversion from organic traffic.
Provide monthly SEO reports with insights and recommendations.
Must-Haves2–5 years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4).
Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or others.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and technical SEO principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Nice-to-HavesExperience with international SEO or large-scale enterprise websites.
Familiarity with A/B testing tools and CRO practices.

Position OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven SEO & Analytics Specialist to enhance our digital presence by optimizing website content, structure, and performance for search engines while leveraging analytics to measure and improve key metrics. This role will work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to implement effective SEO strategies and analyze data to inform decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Search Engine Optimization (SEO)- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits to identify opportunities and gaps
- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, images, and URL structures

- 6+ years experience in SEO, digital marketing, or web analytics roles
- Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture as it relates to SEO
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEO-related courses
