Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Brand Manager to join the ranks of our Global Publishing team. Reporting to the Associate Marketing Director in Paris, you will contribute to shaping the global go-to-market strategy, marketing tactics and supporting creatives for the marketing campaigns of one or two Ubisoft brands.

Your brand management expertise, strong organizational skills, eye for details will empower the team members to design an ambitious and effective campaign.

More precisely, your missions will be the following:

Oversee Marketing Tactics & Execution

Gather expertise from all project stakeholders and use game, market & consumer data to enrich discussions and drive decisions ona global level.

Build the marketing strategy including consumer insights, situational analysis and competitive insights.

Provide each relevant publishing team with the product information and marketing strategy needed to build plans.

Collaborate with expertise teams to build the full go-to-market plans for your games: build the press & influencers plans in collaboration with the Communication team, the trade marketing plans in collaboration with Sales teams etc.

Build Original Content & Creatives

Brief internal/external agencies and lead the production of diverse creative assets like key visuals, videos and trailers in a ROI driven / agile mindset

Follow up the paid media plan and deal with Ubisoft owned channels to maximize their impact (CRM, Community Management, Social Networks, Website)

Follow up the budgets and production schedules.

Provide Operational Support For Team-Wide Projects

Consistently manage and execute Marketing Plan tactics, ensuring project is flawlessly executed aligned with project goals.

Act as global “source of truth” and provide support across all regions to coordinate key local teams’ engagement.

Ensure all tactics have clear KPIs aligned with business goals and encourage cross-functional to build their own KPIs.

Follow the industry and regularly share key benchmarks that could help strengthen our strategies

Qualifications

You have prior marketing experience in video games sector or in entertainment in general, and you are at ease working in an international context with remote team members.

Rigorous, tactful and creative you are a uniting force and have good communication skills. Fluent in English and French.

Comfort in working in and navigating complex organizations and willing to learn how to work in a multi-national company.

Hard skills: Experience with MS Suite (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.), basic Photoshop skills helpful

Soft skills: research, writing, collaboration, communication, organization, adaptation to change skills, presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to take ownership and responsibility for projects. Anticipates problems, marshals resources, and does what it takes to get the job done.

Be curious about innovative projects in the greater market, amongst competitors, etc. and share with manager and team.

In 2024, we have inaugurated TCS Pace Port Paris, our 7th global innovation hub, and are looking for strengthening our team to better engage with the French ecosystem.

In that context, we are searching for a Digital Strategist and Business Architect to join our Innovation & Transformation Team in France and guide our customers through innovation-driven digital transformations that deliver measurable business outcomes.

This role requires applying the discipline of top-tier management consulting to digital transformation programs, while leveraging cross-functional expertise to deliver innovation that aligns with strategic business goals. Your ability to think strategically, apply user-centric approaches, mobilize our internal and external ecosystem and drive human-centered design will be key to succeed in our mission to bring innovation to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer engagement : together with our Sales and Key Account teams, engage with customers and lead the innovation & transformation conversations at different levels of the organization, up to CxO level

Opportunity planning & management : shape innovation engagements and orchestrate them with the wider TCS teams, including Industry-focused teams, Technology experts, Research & Innovation, Geography deployed teams, as well as with ecosystem partners when applicable

Digital Strategy Consulting expertise : create and apply consulting methods & frameworks to structure the discussions and thought process at each stage of the engagement, from research to problem framing to problem solving to program execution

  • Innovation Portfolio Management: Engage key stakeholders to create and maintain the innovation portfolio backlog, ensuring it is aligned with data-driven insights and strategic business goals
  • Co-Innovation & Co-Creation: Lead ideation sessions to define and design future-ready solutions in collaboration with internal teams and clients, ensuring ideas are validated through customer and end-user feedback
  • Business Value Management: Measure, track, and report on the value delivered by digital initiatives, using data and analytics to continuously improve outcomes and optimize business performance
  • Agility in Strategy Execution: Maintain the agility to pivot strategies and solutions quickly in response to market dynamics or client needs, applying innovative methodologies like Lean Startup and Agile Design to ensure speed and scalability
  • User Adoption & Change Management: Collaborate with UX and change management teams to identify key drivers of user adoption and lead initiatives to ensure successful implementation of new solutions into the client’s operations
  • Proof of Concept & Validation: Contribute to Proof of Concepts (PoC) and MVP (minimum viable product) design & incubation to ensure innovations are tested and validated before scaling

Profile:

  • Top-Tier Consulting Experience: Proven experience at a top consulting firm is preferred, demonstrating the discipline of applying consulting methodologies to digital transformation programs
  • Hands-on Leadership: You have a hands-on approach and are deeply involved in the execution of digital strategies, collaborating across multiple functional areas to drive innovation
  • Outcome-Focused: Strong focus on delivering measurable business outcomes, leveraging data and analytics to ensure long-term value for clients
  • Agile and Lean Startup Mindset: Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Lean Startup ways of working. You can quickly adapt and pivot strategies to align with evolving business needs(
  • Service & System Design: Understanding of service & system design practices, including user-centric methods and design thinking, is important
  • Customer Experience (CX): Understanding of key CX concepts and trends, with experience creating customer journey maps that articulate both current and future states. Familiarity with customer experience measurement and Voice of Customer methods is a plus
  • Fluency in Technology: Understanding of current & emerging technologies (Data, AI, IoT, etc.) and how they can be leveraged in digital strategies and operational improvements
  • Fluency in French & English : Required, along with excellent communication skills for managing C-suite relationships and diverse stakeholder groups

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in consulting roles, ideally at top-tier consulting firms.
  • Digital Transformation Expertise: Demonstrated experience building and realizing complex digital transformation programs, helping businesses innovate and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Agile Design & Innovation: Proven experience driving innovation through agile design processes, Lean Startup methodologies, and user-centered design approaches.
  • Education: Master’s degree in business, digital, or sciences.

Digital Strategy & Innovation Intern — you will work directly alongside the Global Digital Content Lead , supporting key strategic projects and day-to-day operations. Core focus: trend monitoring , research , and insight-gathering across platforms, technologies, and content formats to help shape Banijay’s global digital strategy.

This internship is ideal for someone passionate about social media, emerging tech, and digital storytelling — someone who loves spotting trends before they break and turning inspiration into action.

Your Core Responsibilities

Your mission will center around strategic monitoring and supporting the Global Digital Content Lead in key initiatives across Banijay’s global network.

Trend & Format Monitoring

  • Lead daily monitoring of digital trends , formats, and creative innovations across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch .
  • Spot new storytelling approaches, editing styles, or viral mechanics that can inspire Banijay’s digital IP strategies.
  • Regularly share inspiration decks and format examples to fuel internal brainstorming and creative development.
  • Stay up to date on industry developments , new digital tools and emerging platforms.
  • Track how other major entertainment or content groups are adapting to the digital space.
  • Support the department’s forward-looking strategy by feeding key insights into roadmaps and content thinking.

Internal Digital Communication

  • Help design and write internal newsletters (layout, tone, visuals) shared across Banijay’s global teams.
  • Organize internal masterclasses, webinars, and events by coordinating logistics, speakers, and recaps.

Operational Support

  • Assist the Global Digital Content Lead in managing global initiatives like The Banijay Creators Lab and social-first content launches.
  • Help build presentations and strategic documents to communicate digital innovation to senior stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or final-year Bachelor in Digital Media , Communications , Marketing , or a related field.
  • Deep interest in social media trends , digital culture, and platform storytelling.
  • Curious, organized, creative, and comfortable with research and synthesis .
  • Strong communication skills and a good eye for design and layout.
  • A basic understanding of social media metrics and platform analytics (e.g., engagement rate, views, retention, impressions) is required.
  • Proficient in English and French.
