**A Day in the Life**

We offer you a position where you will have the opportunity to sell a broad range of Medtronic services within the Western Europe countries. Your customers will be hospitals, and in particular- biomedical engineers and purchasers. But you will also work closely with several Operating Units to support their growing focus on service contracts and service revenue. Inside Sales Representative is a remote/hybrid office-based role responsible for selling service solutions to our customers and thus improving the overall Medtronic customer experience. You will support the development of our service business overall, but with focus on Benelux and France.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Build a strong connection with customers and stay in touch via phone or F2F meeting to discuss and sell service agreements (contract expiration, assets coming out of warranty)
+ Identify, create, and maintain opportunities in SFDC for service agreements using the opportunity dashboard and attach rate dashboard for equipment coming out of manufacturer warranty, expiring contracts, time & material activities, point of sale
+ Be an active member of the Western Europe sales organization by sharing pro-actively the service opportunities during recurring virtual or F2F meetings, creating action plan together with the District Sales Managers and Sales representatives, attending local events and meetings
+ Consultation and support for field sales representative to explore the best solution for selling service agreement at point of sales and for all financial deals
+ Support country sales team with service-related tender questions and to respond to tenders with the appropriate type of service agreement in a timely manner
+ Provide accurate service forecast to the leadership team and national and district sales managers
+ Connect with Inside Sales colleagues in other markets to share best practices and adopt new/ efficient ways to sell services
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's or master's degree
+ Fluency in English, Dutch and French
+ Ability to prioritize and to respond in a timely manner to questions from internal and external customers
+ Flexibility, adaptability, accuracy and strong analytical skills
+ Strong verbal communication skills

The Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing sales in the Paris territory.
This position reports to the Sales Manager, France and is part of the French Sales Team and will be fully remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Build relationships with existing customers and acquire new customers to achieve sales targets

Responsable de l'atteinte ou du dépassement des objectifs de vente et de service principalement dans les cabinets dentaires et/ou les laboratoires dentaires sur un secteur défini, par la vente et la promotion efficaces des produits, et services de l'entreprise auprès des clients existants et potentiels dans le cadre des directives et procédures de l'entreprise et du département commercial. Dans le processus de vente, le représentant commercial doit se conformer à toutes les lois et réglementations locales ainsi qu'aux politiques et procédures de l'entreprise.

+ Prioriser les tâches et gérer les ressources pour atteindre les objectifs
