The Role
As an ML Engineer you’ll play a crucial role in advancing our shared mission of protecting and enhancing the world’s most valuable brands.
You will design and optimize AI models that power our state-of-the-art image search engine and other innovative solutions.
Collaborating with Corsearch’s global team of data scientists, engineers, and brand protection experts, you’ll help drive innovation in brand protection and online content monitoring , ensuring our clients stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and optimize machine learning models with a focus on computer vision (e.g., image recognition, object detection) and NLP (e.g., text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition).
- Train and fine-tune deep learning models (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) for tasks such as reverse image search , image-text matching , and online content analysis .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product and system performance.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques to improve the accuracy and performance of AI solutions.
- Build scalable data pipelines for the ingestion and processing of image and text data for model training and evaluation.
- Continuously monitor the performance of models in production, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimizations.
Essential
- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer with at least 3 years of professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as CatBoost , TensorFlow , PyTorch , or Keras .
- Experience with image processing , feature extraction , and text preprocessing techniques .
- Solid understanding of algorithms for tasks such as object detection , image classification , text extraction , and sentiment analysis .
- Hands-on experience with large datasets and data pipelines for training and deploying ML models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to help design, deploy, and evolve predictive models that power Adikteev’s core adtech systems. Our mission is to deliver efficient, scalable, and impactful machine learning systems — models that directly influence billions of real-time decisions per day.
Your responsibilities will include:
Own machine learning pipelines end-to-end: data preparation, feature engineering, model development, training, deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvements.
Build and maintain models focused on getting the best return-on-investment for every ad impression while satisfying production constraints specific to our industry (large volumes and low latencies).
Collaborate closely with Engineering team to industrialize model delivery and ensure smooth operations in production.
Investigate anomalies, performance shifts or A/B test results, and deliver clear insights to business and product stakeholders.
Contribute to innovation efforts, by exploring promising ideas from recent academic work and turning them into production-grade solutions.
Mentor less experienced members of the team
WHO YOU ARE
You could be a great addition to our Machine Learning team if you recognize yourself in several of the following areas:
Academics
Strong theoretical background in mathematics and/or computer science
MS or PhD is a plus
Professional experience
6+ years of experience in hands-on roles that leverage machine learning to power a core company product
Significant experience with production environments: testing, deploying, monitoring, etc.
Experience in AdTech is a plus
Engineering & infrastructure skills
Write clean, maintainable, production-quality Python code, with a strong grasp of testing, typing, CI/CD.
Hands-on experience with Scala, Spark, Airflow and/or AWS is a plus
Hands-on experience with large-scale data engineering or high-frequency inference systems is a strong plus
Machine learning skills
Intimate understanding of theoretical concepts in probability, statistical learning, and optimization

Présents historiquement sur Paris, nous avons de plus en plus de clients sur la Métropole Lilloise, et par conséquent nous recrutons fréquemment des Data scientists / Machine learning engineers sur Lille.
Aujourd'hui, l'un de nos clients Lillois (grand groupe Retail) recherche un Machine learning engineer LLMs (F/H) confirmé.
Vous serez en CDI chez Aquila, et en mission de longue durée chez ce client.
Vos missions seront :
- Accompagnement du client pour l’émergence des besoins centrés sur la donnée. li>Etude de la problématique posée, diagnostic de la situation et des données disponibles, préparation des données
- roposition de méthodes de modélisation des problèmes opérationnels, conception d’algorithmes de classification, modélisation, prévision et optimisation
- Val dation des modèles, mise en place d’indicateurs pertinents, étude des résultats, recommandations.
- onception d’outils d’analyse et de data-visualisation
- ise en place de pipelines CI/CD pour automatiser l’entraînement, les tests et le déploiement des modèles (GitLab, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- onteneurisation et orchestration des modèles via Docker et Kubernetes pour assurer la scalabilité et la résilience en production.
- Créat on de Chatbot (pour le service Supply chain)
- Création de solutions RAG internes (RAG techniques, RAG juridiques, etc) pour différents départements
- Speech to text, puis utilisation des LLMs afin de résumer le dialogue < i>Lecture automatique de document (documents d’identité, contrats, tableaux, etc : OCR)
Vous serez responsable du pilotage de ses projets (définition de périmètre, planning et respect des délais, coordination avec les autres départements), en lien avec les autres Machine learning engineers de l'équipe présents sur place.
Aussi, étant membre de la Team Aquila , vous participerez aux réunions avec le reste de l'équipe (Lilloise & Parisienne) afin d'échanger sur les sujets techniques, collaborer avec les autres membres de l'équipe et apprendre grâce à eux.
Vous serez au quotidien accompagné par le CTO d'Aquila, la Lead NLP LLMs, ainsi que toute l'équipe NLP LLMs qui se compose d'une vingtaine de consultants répartis entre Lille & Paris.
En tant que Consultant chez notre client, vous serez son référent technique sur ces sujets LLMs . Par conséquent, il est important de savoir adapter son discours en fonction de l'interlocuteur et de savoir vulgariser ces sujets techniques.
Pour finir, Aquila garde un côté R&D : par conséquent nous rédigeons fréquemment des articles scientifiques décrivant nos projets, et nous participons à certaines conférences IA.
Ingénieur Data Scientist diplômé Bac +5 ou d'un Doctorat, vous avez acquit une spécialisation NLP / LLMs de par vos études (thèse) ou via vos premières expériences professionnelles (au minimum 2 / 3 ans d'expérience dans le privé si vous n'avez pas de thèse).
Comme outils, vous maîtrisez Python et les outils Devops (Docker, Kubernetes, MLFlow, Airflow, etc).
Vous justifiez d’une première expérience réussie dans la mise en production de modèles NLP LLMs (industrialisation, monitoring, optimisation).
Vous maîtrisez un ou des environnements Cloud (AWS, GCP, ou Azure) et savez exploiter leurs services managés pour la Data et le Machine Learning (BigQuery, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Databricks, etc.).
Vous avez une bonne culture DevOps / MLOps : CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow.

Vos missions seront :
