We have an excellent new opening, due to growth, for an experienced mid-senior level Bid Manager with fluent French. Reporting to the company Director, you will be part of the Bid/Tender team working on bids across EMEA. The position can be based in the UK, Newcastle area, or Strasbourg. Both locations require regular on-site presence from the start, with potential for hybrid work later.
Your primary responsibility will be managing the entire bid process. You will support strategic decisions on business opportunities, ensuring bids are competitive, compliant, and aligned with company goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and M&E, and work closely with leadership to produce proposals that meet client needs and foster growth.

Key Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Estimating or Commercial roles, ideally in high-tech construction industries such as pharmaceutical, semiconductor, data centres, or similar.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and planning abilities, with negotiation skills and a proactive, 'win-win' mindset.
- Understanding of the Construction Project industry, with M&E experience essential.
- Relevant civil or structural engineering qualifications are preferred.
- Experience across multiple markets, especially the UK and Europe.
- Proficiency in English and French; knowledge of German is highly desirable.
