Au sein de la GBU Renewable & Flex Power, ENGIE FLEX GEN France est un acteur essentiel du mix énergétique en France, et nous portons la double ambition d’assurer unhaut niveau de performance opérationnelle dans le pilotage de nos centrales à cycle combiné gaz (CCG), tout en apportant la fiabilité et la flexibilité nécessaire audéveloppement des énergies renouvelables et ausoutien de la production décarbonée (nucléaire, hydroélectrique) . Nous nous inscrivons dans la stratégie de décarbonation du groupe ENGIE et développons des projets variés impliquant les nouveaux combustibles verts (biogaz, e-fuels, hydrogène) ainsi que les solutions de stockage (batteries, « Power to Gas », CCUs). Nos activités sont organisées autour de trois sites de production: Dunkerque (CCG de DK6), Montoir-de-Bretagne (CCG de SPEM et turbine gaz de SPEM Pointe) et Fos-sur-Mer (CCG de Combigolfe et Cycofos).

Pour ses centrales de Fos-sur-Mer, nous recherchons un(e) Préparateur(rice) Chargé d’Affaires Maintenance (Instrumentation / Electricité)

VOTRE DÉFI :

Travaillant au sein du service maintenance et rattaché(e) directement au Responsable Technique Maintenance (Instrumentation/Electricité), vous assurez la préparation, coordination, supervision et réception des travaux relevant du domaine de l’électricité / instrumentation et contribuez à l’optimisation des programmes et des opérations de maintenance dans ce domaine. Vous contribuez à l’amélioration continue des plans de maintenance, des performances et de la disponibilité des équipements.

Principales missions :

• Préparer, organiser, et contrôler les interventions et leur ordonnancement en prenant en compte les aspects sécurité et logistique.
• Assurer l’interface avec le service conduite.
• Superviser les interventions de l’Enterprise générale de maintenance en charge de l’instrumentation et de l’électricité.
• Superviser les interventions des entreprises sous-traitantes pendant les arrêts de maintenance;
• Apporter son expertise dans le domaine confié
• Assurer le pilotage d’affaires (de la rédaction de cahiers des charges en vue de consultations jusqu’ à la réception des travaux)
• S’assurer de la qualité du reporting technique et sécurité des travaux et procéder à leur analyse.
• Réaliser des interventions de maintenance préventives et correctives dans le domaine confié
• Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des plans de maintenance et à la disponibilité des équipements.
• Transférer ses connaissances aux nouveaux collaborateurs lors de leurs apprentissages et transmettre son expérience.

VOTRE PROFIL :

• De formation BAC+2 (ou équivalence par l’expérience), vous avez de solides connaissances dans le domaine de l’instrumentation et del’électricité .
• Expérience de maintenance sur site industriel
• Goût prononcé pour la technique et l’action sur le terrain
• Sens de l’organisation et de la planification / pensée pratique

Poste avec astreinte

Rémunération : Salaire annuel de base compris entre 30K€ et 38K€ sur 13 mois+ Prime d'astreinte + prime sur objectifs + prime intéressement/participation + prime transport etc.

Autres : 27 jours de congés annuels et jusqu'à 23 jours de RTT possibles.
