About you
As a Sales Director, you will be in charge of managing a territory, closing deals with new end-users and generating interest in TRG solutions using creative initiatives, developing new channels and leading complex sales processes.
What you’ll work on:
- Close deals and onboard the quota of end-users in your region for Intellectus.
- Generate new revenues for TRG and build the sales pipeline by:
- Developing sales processes.
- Formalizing value propositions based on an analysis of customer needs and TRG offerings.
- Managing partners and agents networks.
- Managing the sales process including negotiations and closure of new business and partners contracts.
- Manage the performance and execution of the sales team members.
- Opportunity management – lead all aspects of lead generation, lead conversion, sales process deal execution, including prioritization of deals, quotes structuring, and negotiation.
- Pursue both individual and team sales goals and hit targets.
- Develop a strategic plan to enrich TRG’s client base.
- Build and maintain the regional channel ecosystem:
- Build and maintain a network of high-level political/business circles.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis.
- Responsible for business development in specific regions:
- Assess the opportunities to develop a long term, sustainable business relationship and recommend the appropriate contact strategies.
- Identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Meet assigned targets and strategic objectives as set by management.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
What we look for:
- At least 3 years of sales experience of software solutions or a software license to governmental customers with a proven track record.
- Previous Sales experience is a must.
- Work experience of selling through channels and agents.
- Proven track of managing big sales accounts/deals.
- Experience in the intelligence domain is considered a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in the English language (written and spoken).
- A highly motivated and energetic individual with result-oriented aptitude.

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Chief Security Officer (CSO) to define and oversee the company’s physical, personnel, and cybersecurity strategies. Based in Paris, you will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and drive continuous improvement of security frameworks to protect the organization’s assets, data, and people. This role is crucial in fostering a culture of security awareness and resilience across all levels of the company.

Your leadership inspires trust and vigilance throughout the organization.
What You’ll Do :
- Develop and implement integrated security strategies covering physical, personnel, and cyber security domains
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Lead continuous assessment and improvement of security frameworks and protocols
- Manage security teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to mitigate risks
- Oversee incident response and crisis management plans
- Promote security awareness and training programs company-wide
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners on security matters
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in security leadership roles, ideally as a CSO or equivalent
- Deep knowledge of physical security, cybersecurity, and staff safety best practices
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and risk management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English (French is a plus)

Let’s talk about our Security Team
Our cybersecurity team is backed by an ISO27001-certified policy framework. We maintain structured pentesting cycles and a standardized incident management process. A skilled security engineer supports day-to-day operations and we have access to cross-functional partners across IT, DevOps and Delivery teams. With clear protocols and mature response plans in place, the team focuses on continuous improvement and practical security enhancements. Together, we ensure reliable protection while enabling business innovation.
What will I be doing?
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management processes aligned with Kbrw objectives.
- Create, update, and enforce cybersecurity policies in compliance with ISO27001, NIS2, SOC2.
- Respond to security-related RFPs and collaborate on contractual and technical proposals.
- Monitor security metrics, SOC operations, and emerging threats for proactive defense.
- Manage vulnerability assessments and pentests, coordinating remediation across infrastructure and applications.
- Define technical security requirements and support to ensure secure product and projects delivery.
- Deploy and administrate security tools, ensuring optimal configuration and integration.
- Plan and oversee security audits and remediation action plans.
- Design and deliver security training and awareness for all employees.
- Lead incident response procedures, business continuity planning, and crisis management exercises.
- 3+ years leading security teams
- CISSP, CISM or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer certifications would be preferred.
- Proven track record in risk management and compliance (ISO 27001, NIS2, SOC2).
- Hands-on experience with incident response and vulnerability management
- ISO 27001 implementation and audit methodologies
- NIS2, SOC 2 and GDPR compliance frameworks
- Develop enterprise cybersecurity strategy and multi-year roadmap
- Govern and manage cyber and third-party risk portfolios
- Create security budgets and ROI analyses, including financial forecasts and business cases
- Provide executive reporting and lead board-level security committees
- Build threat intelligence programs and conduct proactive cyber monitoring
- Implement security KPIs and performance dashboards
- Lead business continuity planning and high-level cyber crisis response
- Oversee supply chain security and assess third-party vendor risks
- Penetration testing
- Secure coding standards enforcement
- Familiarity with Chinese cybersecurity regulations (e.g. CCPS, MLPS, etc.)
- Hands-on exposure to SIEM and SOAR platforms
- Knowledge of secure cloud architecture

This CISO role is for a global cybersecurity leader with a passion for Linux and open source to help define the way Canonical secures its corporate infrastructure, designs its products, and ensures regulatory compliance.
This role will be responsible for the end-to-end definition and implementation of the cybersecurity and compliance program. They will build a world-leading team of cybersecurity professionals, currently in excess of 30 people, and work to define and implement process and technical security controls. It is important for the CISO to work closely with the business, infrastructure, product, and engineering teams to define and meet cybersecurity and compliance targets.
This role reports to our CFO.
Key responsibilities- Define a cybersecurity strategy and operating model aligned with our business objectives
- Develop and track a clear, measurable cybersecurity plan
- Assume responsibility for Canonical's information security and compliance program
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing cybersecurity and compliance team
- Advise business and engineering leadership in implementing cybersecurity and compliance measures
- Present regular reports to Canonical executives and our Board of Directors
- Integrate an information and cybersecurity risk management framework
- Define and deliver a cybersecurity culture and awareness program for employees and partners
- Define and implement an information assurance framework, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Monitor and respond to security and privacy incidents
- Lead the implementation of a secure system development life cycle
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Substantial experience in risk management, information security, or incident response
- Experience implementing a cybersecurity and compliance program in an engineering organization
- Experience building and leading a cross-functional cybersecurity and compliance team
- Proven ability to define, implement, and measure effective incident response playbooks and a cybersecurity culture program
- Knowledge of information security management frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST
- Knowledge of international privacy laws and financial reporting requirements
- Understanding of current legislation and regulations relevant to our organization
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and agile development methodologies is a plus
- Past experience leading incident response to large-scale cybersecurity threats is a plus
