Your challenges:Ensures the dissemination of Defense National and International rules and regulations and coordinates the implementation of instructions in order to comply to all AH Security commitment signed with Government or due to AH legal sites statut and applicable regulations.

You have +10 years of professional experience internationally, ideally in the field of Defense contract, National and International rules & regulations.
You have a good knowledge of National & International Security Regulations to be applied in the world of defense markets and industry.
An experienced manager, you are comfortable with a matrix organization.
Force of proposal, you are recognized for your ability to gain heights as well as for your strategic vision.
A professional level of English is essential for this position. German and / or Spanish would be a plus.

- Solution Development and Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement industry-specific solutions that address the complex challenges faced by aerospace and defense organizations in the aftermarket domain. Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +5) and initial experience (minimum 3 years) in an international position as a Senior Manager, with the ability to communicate with high-level internal clients.
- Expert in the domain of Service Engineering, MRO or fleet operations; well educated and experienced in the execution of the required business processes and digital tools.
- Professional experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry for a large OEM, Tier Supplier or at a large MRO company.
- Strong market expertise to benefit internal clients and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for the Aerospace & Defense Industry, digital transformation, and data & AI-driven opportunities and solutions.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
