+ Le Therapy Specialist Structural Heart apporte une forte expertise produit, il assure la formation médicale et paramédicale ainsi que le support technique en salle de cathétérisme/cardiologie interventionnelle.

+ Être un(e) expert(e) clinique en procédures Stroke, en se concentrant sur la formation et le soutien des équipes internes et des clients pour atteindre des résultats cliniques de premier ordre.
+ Collaborer avec les équipes de vente pour identifier les comptes stratégiques et développer des stratégies sur mesure pour promouvoir l'adoption des technologies neurovasculaires et générer des ventes sur la gamme AIS.
+ Animer des présentations dans les services pour les médecins, des formations de simulation de traitement d'AVC, des ateliers et des sessions d'éducation clinique alignés avec les stratégies régionales et EMEA de Medical Education.
+ Diriger le développement de protocoles et le partage des meilleures pratiques entre les comptes cibles, y compris l'engagement des centres de référence et l'optimisation des parcours des patients.
+ Soutenir l'ouverture et le développement de nouveaux centres de thrombectomie ou de programmes clés en concevant et en fournissant une éducation et un soutien sur mesure.
+ Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les KOL afin de soutenir le positionnement clinique du portefeuille neurovasculaire de Stryker.
+ Transmettre les informations et tendances cliniques aux équipes Marketing et Éducation pour nourrir la stratégie et l'innovation.
+ Coordonner les parties prenantes internes afin de soutenir les activités de Voice of Customer (VOC) et de Medical Advisory Board (MAB).
+ Piloter votre performance et suivre vos KPI : développement du chiffre d'affaires du portefeuille AIS, adoption des technologies, déploiement des programmes cliniques, développement des comptes stratégiques et ouvertures de centres.
**Ce dont vous avez besoin**
+ Diplôme de premier cycle, de préférence avec une formation technique, médicale ou business.
+ Plus de 4 ans d'expérience en vente, marketing ou Medical Education dans le domaine des dispositifs médicaux.
+ Antécédents de collaboration réussie avec les équipes de vente, marketing et Medical Education.
+ Expérience dans l'introduction et le soutien de technologies médicales innovantes.
+ Expertise dans le domaine neurovasculaire, la cardiologie interventionnelle, le vasculaire périphérique, la neurochirurgie ou le rachis.
+ Compétences interpersonnelles et pédagogiques solides, avec la capacité de traduire efficacement des sujets cliniques complexes.

+ Être un(e) expert(e) clinique en procédures Stroke, en se concentrant sur la formation et le soutien des équipes internes et des clients pour atteindre des résultats cliniques de premier ordre.
+ Collaborer avec les équipes de vente pour identifier les comptes stratégiques et développer des stratégies sur mesure pour promouvoir l'adoption des technologies neurovasculaires et générer des ventes sur la gamme AIS.
+ Animer des présentations dans les services pour les médecins, des formations de simulation de traitement d'AVC, des ateliers et des sessions d'éducation clinique alignés avec les stratégies régionales et EMEA de Medical Education.
+ Diriger le développement de protocoles et le partage des meilleures pratiques entre les comptes cibles, y compris l'engagement des centres de référence et l'optimisation des parcours des patients.
+ Soutenir l'ouverture et le développement de nouveaux centres de thrombectomie ou de programmes clés en concevant et en fournissant une éducation et un soutien sur mesure.

+ Coordonner les parties prenantes internes afin de soutenir les activités de Voice of Customer (VOC) et de Medical Advisory Board (MAB).
+ Piloter votre performance et suivre vos KPI : développement du chiffre d'affaires du portefeuille AIS, adoption des technologies, déploiement des programmes cliniques, développement des comptes stratégiques et ouvertures de centres.
**Ce dont vous avez besoin**
+ Diplôme de premier cycle, de préférence avec une formation technique, médicale ou business.
+ Plus de 4 ans d'expérience en vente, marketing ou Medical Education dans le domaine des dispositifs médicaux.
+ Antécédents de collaboration réussie avec les équipes de vente, marketing et Medical Education.
+ Expérience dans l'introduction et le soutien de technologies médicales innovantes.
+ Expertise dans le domaine neurovasculaire, la cardiologie interventionnelle, le vasculaire périphérique, la neurochirurgie ou le rachis.

- Act as a lead on all aspects within the therapy including imaging, integration and troubleshooting techniques related to equipment, software, tools and products required for clinical use including but not limited to intraoperative case coverage and coordinating one-on-one ad hoc training sessions and in-service structured education programs in the Cath Lab
- Provide expertise on intraprocedural imaging support during beating heart studies for therapies. Provide knowledge transfer to team members
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and hospital staff on all aspects of technical matters related to investigational products and procedures including imaging through conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one ad hoc training sessions and in-service structured education programs on two or more technologies or one highly specialized technology

Develops clinical education materials in connection with clinical investigations. Provides expertise and clinical insights on the device, procedure and protocol throughout the life cycle of the clinical investigation.
**How you'll make an impact:**
- Responsible for certification of the centers, physicians and other related staff, as well as EW personnel and as outlined within EW SOPs
- Interact with KOL and proctors
- Provide education on all aspects of the device, device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques related to equipment, tools and products required for device implants.
- Develop and continuously improve training curriculum, training materials and training tools, based on clinical trial experience, EW guidelines and SOP.
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and hospital staff on technical matters related to investigational products and procedures through conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one ad hoc training sessions and in-service structured education programs.
- Throughout commercial procedures, provide physicians and medical staff with required follow-up support to ensure continuity of education and technical support related to all aspects of patient outcome.
- Provide training and guidance to new Field Clinical Specialists
- Responsible for upselling in key strategic accounts working in conjunction with Business Managers
- Business Intelligence
- Plan and implement growth strategies within focused accounts in partnership with the Sales and Sales Management
- Validate software and hardware updates in the field as applicable
- Learns the product(s), physiology, anatomy, applications and "language" of the market and Edwards Lifesciences
- Fully monitor clinical support activities, changes in the market and assigned accounts, as well as, competitive activity with the NSM and the appropriate Sales Specialist.

**What you'll need:**
+ 5 years years experience of previous related medical device and/or clinical experience Required
+ Bachelor's Degree in in related field Training experience in clinical / technical environment Preferred
+ Knowledge of interventional cardiology ( implantable device or in clinical imaging) network is a significant advantage
+ Ability to travel up to 50% depending on territory needs.
+ Fluent in both French & professional English,
