Vos missions :

L'équipe RSE et Transformation accompagne l'ensemble des directions d'une organisation (direction générale, stratégie, financière, SI, marketing, RH, achats/opérations, et bien sûr RSE) dans la transformation durable de leur modèle. Pour ce faire, nous collaborons activement avec l'ensemble des équipes de BearingPoint, qu’elles soient sectorielles ou fonctionnelles. Vous interviendrez sur des missions de nature différente, dans des secteurs d’activité variés, et notamment sur les sujets suivants :
Des stratégies RSE aux transformations de modèles d'affaires : définition de stratégies RSE, définition de la raison d'être et déclinaison en plan d'actions, construction de business models responsables, réalisation d'études de marché et définition de stratégies de diversification
Accompagnement au pilotage de la performance de durabilité notamment au travers de la CSRD et de la taxonomie Européenne, incluant les plans d'actions de mise en conformité
Déploiement de solutions digitales pour améliorer la performance durable
Mise en œuvre de feuilles de route durables : par exemple l’accompagnement au déploiement d’une trajectoire de décarbonation ou la mise en place de plans d’action concrêt pour atteindre une labellisation
Transformation des métiers opérationnels (achats, logistique, immobilier, mobilité.) pour intégrer et optimiser les contraintes économiques, environnementales, sociales et de gouvernance
Adoption de nouveaux comportements en facilitant l'adhésion des collaborateurs et la mise en œuvre de pratiques cohérentes avec les ambitions RSE en s’appuyant sur la conduite du changement.
Votre profil :
En cours de formation dans une grande école d’ingénieur, de commerce ou d’université, vous recherchez un stage de fin d'études pour une période de 6 mois dans le secteur du conseil.

In this position you will serve as a trusted advisor to sales leaders and the sellers using coaching, facilitation, analytics and AI-enabled learning solutions to improve sales productivity and business outcomes.

As a Technical Consultant in the Skyhigh Customer Value team, you will play a critical role in ensuring customers maximize the value of our solutions. You will guide customers through their product adoption journey, ensuring seamless deployment, integration, and continuous optimization. + Strong background in network security, cloud security, and SSE/SASE solutions.
+ Experience with firewalls, proxies, CASB, DLP, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and SWG (Secure Web Gateway).
+ Proficiency in network protocols, authentication mechanisms, and security frameworks.
+ Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

+ Experience coaching and training customers to use technical products effectively.

ProServe is a new retail vendor consulting organization we are launching within EU Amazon Vendor Services (AVS), designed to address the most pressing and complex issues held by the senior leadership of our largest vendors and brands. We start from the customer's problem and work backwards to apply distinctive results that "only Amazon" can deliver, and develop science-driven capabilities that create differentiating insight. We serve our clients through the development of customer and retail strategies that enable their long-term growth via a combination of management consulting methodologies, data science, and decades of proprietary transaction data and eCommerce expertise.
As a Senior Consultant, you will work with senior leaders of our largest vendors to tackle their most critical Customer, Product, and Channel eCommerce issues. You will use your customer understanding and industry insight to plan and execute engagements that transform vendor strategy and change the trajectory of their business growth. You will also work directly with our dedicated Data Science team to prototype custom solutions with the potential to scale to hundreds of vendors, and even change the market. As a core team member you will also work with vendors, team members, and internal and external partners to influence the way we work, how we serve customers, and where we invest in future capabilities.

**Qualifications**
Your Experience
+ 6+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering
+ Skilled in at least one of the following Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Private/Public Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint or SASE.
+ Experience in delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives is preferred
+ Influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders, either in a customer-facing or internal role; prior experience in a pre-sales role is ideal
+ Creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements

A ce titre, le Conseiller Field Service gère un marché d'opérateurs qu'il a sous sa responsabilité, pour aller chercher le potentiel maximum de ventes. Tâches
Opérations et développement des ventes : Déterminer avec son manager exploitation, pour chaque opérateur, les orientations attendues en matière de QSP, augmentation des ventes, fixer les axes de concentration et en assurer le suivi.
QSP :
-Être garant de la marque en s'assurant que les restaurants respectent les standards de QSP, d'hygiène et de sécurité
-Diagnostiquer à travers les outils de mesure et de progression les points à améliorer au niveau opérationnel
-Aider l'opérateur et ses équipes à bâtir les plans d'actions en découlant et en assurer la mise en œuvre et le suivi

RH :
-Aider l'opérateur à avoir l'effectif formé suffisant pour exploiter les restaurants, en matière de recrutement, d'intégration, de formation, de planification et pratiques de management

Marketing :
-Coordonner la mise en œuvre du plan marketing national et local, le lancement des nouveaux produits sur son marché
