Contexte du recrutement

Allier interventions sur le terrain et travail sédentaire, sur une technologie unique, en lien avec une équipe d'experts passionnés, en France et à l'international, c'est possible chez Waga-Energy.

En tant que Technicien de maintenance, vous faites partie de notre équipe Exploitation et intégrez une équipe dynamique et engagée, composée de 50 personnes.

Rattaché au chef d'équipe maintenance, et en lien régulier avec les Techniciens de production basés à Eybens (38) et les techniciens d'exploitation basés en région, vous apportez votre expertise sur la maintenance de nos WAGABOX en France .

Vous intervenez dans des domaines techniques variés (électromécanique, mécanique, électricité, automatisme, pneumatique).

Vos missions impliquent des déplacements dans toute la France, 50% de votre temps de travail (déplacements en équipe, à la semaine, du lundi au vendredi compensé par une prime) garantissant ainsi votre montée en compétences sur notre technologie. Vous êtes, pour l'autre partie du temps, sur notre site d'Eybens. Vous êtes ouvert à plus de déplacements, nous pouvons également vous offrir cette possibilité.

Missions

Plus concrètement, vous êtes en charge des activités suivantes :

1. Vous réalisez des opérations de maintenance préventives et curatives sur les unités de production WAGABOX :

- Vous préparez les opérations prévues et vous vous assurez à ce titre de l'approvisionnement des pièces nécessaires.

- Vous participez aux maintenances annuelles sur site selon le planning établis, en veillant à minimiser les temps d'arrêts des équipements.

- Vous identifiez les risques liés à l'intervention et appliquez strictement les règles de sécurité et les procédures opérationnelles.

- Vous saisissez rigoureusement les comptes rendus des interventions (commentaires, anomalies, consommations de pièces.) dans la GMAO.

- Vous réalisez le diagnostic des pannes et/ou des dysfonctionnements et mettez en place un plan d'intervention méthodique.

- Vous intervenez pour réparer et remplacer des pièces (vis compresseur, moteur, vanne.), ainsi que des équipements (groupe froid, compresseur d'air.), suivi d'un contrôle de bon fonctionnement.

- Vous effectuez des travaux de réparations au sein de notre atelier (changement de roulements.).

2. Vous participez à l'amélioration continue de nos process et des WAGABOX :

- Vous assurez la formation des nouveaux techniciens et apportez votre expertise au quotidien afin d'aider à la montée en compétences de l'équipe sur des sujets techniques.

- Vous utilisez des outils de diagnostic pour identifier les causes des défaillances des équipements et proposer des solutions adaptées.

- Vous proposez des améliorations techniques et des solutions d'optimisation pour augmenter l'efficacité et la productivité des équipements de production.

- Vous participez à l'amélioration des processus de maintenance en fournissant des retours d'expérience et des recommandations techniques au Bureau des Méthodes.

- Vous participez à l'écriture des procédures.

3. Vous participez à la formation des nouveaux techniciens et apportez votre expertise au quotidien afin d'aider à la montée en compétences de l'équipe sur des sujets techniques.

Profil recherché

Issu d'une formation de niveau Bac Pro à Bac +3 en Maintenance Industrielle, Electrotechnique et/ou Génie électrique , vous avez acquis une expérience professionnelle de 3 ans minimum, dans la maintenance d'installations industrielles.

Vous possédez par ailleurs des compétences en électricité, mécanique, voire pneumatique, et aimez avant tout le travail manuel . A l'aise avec les outils informatiques (suite Office, GMAO et ERP), vous appréciez d'autre part le travail sur le terrain.

Vous appréciez également transmettre vos connaissances et savez faire preuve de pédagogie dans vos relations avec les autres.

Côté savoir-être, vous êtes doté d'un bon relationnel, accessible, et d'un vrai sens client . Votre entourage vous reconnaît un fort esprit d'équipe, beaucoup d'autonomie et de rigueur, de même qu'une très grande polyvalence.

Contexte du recrutement

Dans le cadre d'une mobilité interne et pour renforcer l'équipe de technicien de production, Waga Energy recherche son nouveau technicien de production journée.

Rattaché au chef d’équipe production et d'une équipe composée de deux techniciens de production, vous contribuez au bon fonctionnement des installations WagaBox sur un périmètre groupe , dans le respect des exigences de sécurité, de qualité et de performance.

Missions

À ce titre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

Conduite et supervision des installations

• Conduire les installations à distance à l’aide des outils de supervision

• Vérifier leur bon fonctionnement et intervenir en cas de dérive afin d’établir un diagnostic

• Analyser les causes des dysfonctionnements (alarmes, dérives de process) à partir des données disponibles et des remontées du terrain

• Participer activement à l’amélioration continue des installations

Collaboration et communication

• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les techniciens de maintenance présents sur les sites pour la résolution des pannes

• Communiquer auprès des clients sur les éventuels incidents ou pistes d’amélioration liés à l’exploitation

• Renseigner les outils de suivi (GMAO, consignes de conduite, outils de pilotage, etc.)

Interventions à distance

• Intervenir sur les installations Waga Energy partout en France et à l’étranger

• Respecter strictement les règles de sécurité lors de chaque intervention

Participer à l’exploitation des installations (8 fois par an environs)

• Effectuer les rondes d’exploitation   

• Réaliser des actions de maintenance préventives et curatives   

• Participer aux maintenances annuelles   

Profil recherché

Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bac+2/+3 en Contrôle industriel et régulation, génie des procédés ou équivalent  et vous justifiez de 2 ans d'expériences  sur un poste équivalent, idéalement en industrie.

Vous possédez une bonne maîtrise des procédés industriels , notamment dans le domaine du traitement des gaz et de l’énergie, et comprenez les enjeux liés à l’exploitation d’installations industrielles complexes.

Vous êtes à l’aise avec la conduite et la supervision d’installations , l’analyse des données de fonctionnement et l’identification des causes de dysfonctionnement, en vous appuyant sur des outils de pilotage et de GMAO.

Vous possédez des connaissances en électricité, instrumentation et maintenance industrielle , afin de mieux cerner les problématiques que peuvent rencontrer les unités.

Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques  nécessaires au suivi des installations (Excel, GMAO ) et contribuez à la rédaction et à l’amélioration des procédures d’exploitation.

Reconnu pour votre rigueur, votre sens de l’analyse et votre esprit d’équipe , vous savez communiquer avec des interlocuteurs variés et vous vous inscrivez naturellement dans une démarche d’amélioration continue.

Une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais  est essentielle.

About the Position - Responsibilities & Duties

We're currently seeking candidates for the position of Contracts Manager/Legal Manager who are available to work out of our Bala Cynwyd, PA (Philadelphia area), or Miami, FL offices.

The job title assigned to the selected candidate will be based upon the candidate’s background of education and experience (i.e., contract administration vs legal).

Reporting to Waga Energy’s US Legal Counsel, the Contracts Manager/Legal Manager will serve as a member of the business development team and work in close collaboration with other internal departments managing contracts related to the company's landfill gas to Renewable Natural Gas projects including agreements with landfill owners, equipment suppliers/manufacturers/fabricators, construction contractors, and engineering service providers, as well as compliance aspects in coordination with the company’s legal team. The Contracts Manager/Legal Manager is responsible for ensuring that contractual obligations are met, risks are minimized, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements is maintained.

Associated responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts including landfill gas rights agreements, gas offtake agreements, site lease agreements, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts, and equipment supplier/manufacturer/fabricator purchase contracts ensuring terms align with business objectives and mitigating legal and financial risks.

• Collaborating with internal and external legal counsel to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements as well as supporting corporate compliance initiatives and ensuring adherence to governance standards.

• Contract management and compliance activities including maintaining an organized system for tracking contract terms, renewals, amendments, and expirations, monitoring contract performance to ensure all parties meet their obligations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, permitting requirements, and safety standards in contracts.

• Vendor and stakeholder coordination activities including working closely with landfill owners, construction contractors, engineering service providers, and RNG off-takers and serving as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Review and manage nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with company confidentiality policies and contractual standards.

• Risk management and dispute resolution activities including identifying potential risks in contract execution, recommending risk mitigation strategies, addressing contract disputes or non-compliance issues, and assisting with claims management and contract enforcement actions if needed.

• Financial and reporting duties including tracking financial aspects of contracts including payment schedules, cost controls, budgeting, and preparing contract status reports and summaries.

• Process improvement related activities including supporting the development and implementation of best practices for contract administration and standardizing contract templates and documentation processes to improve efficiency.

About You - Qualifications & Skills 

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, self-motivated professional with:

• A bachelor’s, master’s or professional degree in law, engineering, business management, or a related discipline. A US Juris Doctor or LLM degree is preferred but not required.

• 7 to 10 years of experience negotiating, administering, and monitoring performance of commercial and construction contracts associated with the development of complex full-scale infrastructure projects. Experience within the renewable energy industry or a closely related field working with energy transactions and contracts associated with renewable energy projects is preferred but not required.

• A strong understanding of commercial contracts, renewable energy transactions, and related federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

• Advanced skills in the areas of contract management and negotiation as well as expertise with financial and legal risk management analysis.

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively build and maintain coworker, client and external partner relationships are critically important for success in this role. Candidates must also be autonomous/self-motivated, proactive, highly analytical, and well organized.

Descriptif du poste

Au sein du pôle Production, tu contribues au bon fonctionnement des installations dans le respect des normes de sécurité, de qualité et d’efficacité et tu participes aux maintenances.

Tes missions :

• Conduire les installations à distance grâce aux outils de supervision,

About the Position - Responsibilities & Duties

Waga Energy is currently seeking candidates for the position of Lead Operator to oversee a group of landfill biogas to renewable natural gas plants (i.e., WAGABOXES®) located in Wheatland, CA, Vacaville, CA, Bakersfield, CA and Eugene,OR. We’re currently seeking candidates centrally located in the Sacramento, CA area.

The candidate selected for this role will work from home and travel extensively, approximately 50%, to the WAGABOX sites listed above. Travel to other sites may also be required. The selected candidate will also be required to spend 3-4 days at Waga Energy’s corporate office in Bala Cynwyd, PA (Philadelphia area) for new hire orientation followed by approximately 1 week of technical training at one of the WAGABOX® sites listed above or a site located in New York.

The Lead Operator serves as an operations supervisor responsible for overseeing the safe, compliant, and efficient operations of an assigned pool/group of WAGABOX® units while providing hands-on operations and maintenance support to Plant Operators as needed. This role serves as the primary point of coordination between his/her assigned plants and headquarters/office- based operations & maintenance team members.

Associated responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

WAGABOX® Operations & Maintenance Oversight

• Ensuring Plant Operators complete all assigned operations & maintenance tasks in a safe, timely, effective manner in accordance with established policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and maximizing production/up time.

• Serving as the primary Waga Energy representative for assigned WAGABOX® sites both internally (within Waga Energy) and externally (i.e., landfill partners, contractors, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders).

• Serving as the first point of escalation for operations & maintenance issues, troubleshooting support, and decision-making at the site level for assigned WAGABOX® sites.

• Ensuring the proper coordination and execution of ongoing preventive maintenance and annual maintenance activities for assigned WAGABOX® units in accordance with established schedules, policies, and procedures including coordinating unit shutdowns and providing hands-on support as needed.

• Monitoring the performance of assigned WAGABOX® units, identifying trends, and coordinating with the Operations & Maintenance Director to implement improvements to maximize production/up time and reliability.

• Proactively identifying operations and maintenance related risks and coordinating with the Operations & Maintenance Director to implement mitigation strategies.

• Communicating the operational status of assigned WAGABOX® units to the Operations & Maintenance Director via daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports.

• Promoting, maintaining, and serving as a “champion” of a strong safety culture and a safety focused work environment to include implementing established site safety plans for all assigned sites and reporting any plan breach to the Operations & Maintenance Director.

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance, operational efficiency, and overall company success.

• Performing the duties of a Plant Operator, as needed, to support site operations to include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of assigned WAGABOX® units (i.e., conducting daily maintenance rounds, completing daily checklists of monitoring items, etc.).

  • Diagnosing unit performance issues and performing corrective electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic maintenance tasks as well as other corrective maintenance tasks as needed.

  • Performing preventive maintenance activities based on established schedules (ex. oil, carbon, and sensor changes, etc.).

  • Serving as the on-site contact person for all site visitors (i.e., contractors, suppliers, vendors, etc.) and supporting visitors’ work activities as needed.

  • Assisting with the procurement of equipment, supplies, tools, etc. including coordinating with outside manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, etc.

  • Effectively utilizing a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work activities.

  • Participating in unit pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

WAGABOX® Operator Supervision

• Assisting with the onboarding and training of new Plant Operators for assigned WAGABOX® units.

• Coordinating and monitoring Plant Operator workload and performance to include:

• Planning and assigning operations & maintenance activities based on operational priorities, individual expertise, and workload capacity.

• Managing schedules to ensure continuous operator coverage across assigned sites (i.e., vacation coverage, etc.).

• Optimizing operations and maintenance processes and procedures to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Plant Operator work activities.

• Providing Plant Operators with regular, ongoing technical & methodological support to ensure the achievement of established operational goals and objectives. 

• Advocating on behalf of Plant Operators to ensure they have the tools, resources, and support necessary to perform their duties safely and efficiently.

• Collaborating with the Operations & Maintenance Director to support Plant Operator skill development and career growth.

• Providing performance feedback to the Operations & Maintenance Director to support the annual performance evaluation and goal setting process.

About You - Qualifications & Skills 

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with:

• A minimum of 7 years of mechanical/electrical maintenance experience in a plant/industrial operations environment within the oil, gas, or chemical industry. Experience working in landfill gas, biogas, or natural gas processing is preferred.

• Related technical or vocational education/training. Additional years of experience will be considered in place of formal education/training.

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.

• Experience with industrial safety procedures and regulations including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and confined space entry.

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively build and maintain internal and external relationships.

En un contexto de despliegue acelerado de estas instalaciones, la empresa busca un/a Responsable de Equipo de Operaciones cuya misión principal será optimizar el rendimiento global de los equipos mediante una comunicación ágil y bien coordinada, garantizando así el correcto funcionamiento de las unidades Wagabox.

Dependiendo del Responsable de Producción Europa e integrado/a en el área de Operaciones, desempeñarás un papel clave tanto en el acompañamiento cercano de un equipo de 5 a 6 técnicos experimentados —a quienes gestionarás directamente (70% de tu tiempo)— como en la implantación de una dinámica de mejora continua en las operaciones.

Tu objetivo será asegurar la disponibilidad, eficiencia y seguridad de las unidades Wagabox® ubicadas en Europa (España, Italia y Reino Unido), visitando regularmente estos emplazamientos. Tu implicación en el terreno y tu capacidad para mantener un alto nivel de rendimiento serán determinantes para el éxito en el puesto.

Responsabilidades principales

1. Gestión del equipo (70%)
• Liderar, coordinar y organizar la actividad de 5 a 6 técnicos distribuidos en Europa, participando además en la incorporación de nuevos perfiles según la evolución del equipo.
• Planificar y asignar tareas (intervenciones, vacaciones, incidencias, sustituciones, gestión de prioridades, etc.), así como supervisar su correcta ejecución y avance.
• Garantizar un seguimiento riguroso mediante reportes diarios, semanales y anuales al Responsable de Producción Europa.
• Coordinar auditorías de seguridad y asegurar la implementación de acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario.
• Impulsar el desarrollo profesional y el bienestar del equipo mediante acompañamiento y formación específica.
• Optimizar objetivos y procesos existentes bajo criterios SMART para mejorar los indicadores de disponibilidad y producción.
• Actuar como principal enlace entre el equipo, la dirección y otros departamentos internos (RR. HH., QHSE, Supply Chain, etc.).

2. Operaciones técnicas (25%)
• Apoyar al equipo en incidencias técnicas complejas o intervenciones sensibles, participando puntualmente sobre el terreno cuando sea necesario.
• Colaborar con el área de Métodos para mejorar la eficiencia de las intervenciones y optimizar recursos, procesos y herramientas de mantenimiento.
• Contribuir, junto con los técnicos y el Responsable de Mantenimiento, a la correcta ejecución de las paradas de mantenimiento anual planificadas (dos al año).
• Promover la cultura de seguridad, sensibilizando al equipo sobre riesgos y buenas prácticas.

3. Relación con clientes (5%)
• Representar al equipo en las instalaciones del cliente cuando sea necesario.
• Facilitar la comunicación entre clientes, proveedores y la empresa, asegurando la correcta transmisión de información, necesidades detectadas, incidencias y propuestas de mejora.

Requisitos fundamentales

Perfil buscado
Cuentas con una formación de nivel técnico superior (o equivalente) en mantenimiento industrial, electrotecnia, energía o procesos industriales, y una experiencia mínima de 10 años en entornos técnicos exigentes (operación o mantenimiento industrial), incluyendo al menos 5 años en gestión de equipos. Has demostrado tu capacidad para liderar equipos técnicos en campo, logrando resultados tangibles en motivación y mejora del rendimiento.

• Further developing and implementing Waga Energy’s US RNG commercialization strategy, including:

  • Prospecting and developing commercial strategies for new and existing RNG markets.

  • Identifying, evaluating, and pursuing emerging market opportunities for RNG dispensing into transportation markets.

About the Position - Responsibilities & Duties

We're currently seeking candidates for the position of Warehouse & Materials Coordinator to support the operations of our North Wales, PA warehouse.

The Warehouse & Materials Coordinator will serve as a member of a collaborative supply chain team and will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations activities including materials management, shipping, receiving, and logistics in support of Waga Energy’s WAGABOX® landfill gas upgrading units across the US.

As a multinational company, Waga Energy’s supply chain team consists of staff members currently located in France, Canada, and the US. As such, the Warehouse & Materials Coordinator will perform all activities in close coordination with these team members on an ongoing, regular basis.

Associated responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Materials Handling

• Ordering, storing, moving, packaging, loading and shipping hazardous and non-hazardous inventory materials while ensuring adherence to all applicable environmental, health & safety policies and procedures.

• Using appropriate PPE and disposing of materials as per applicable regulatory requirements.

• Note that these activities require physically lifting and moving materials both manually and via the use of common material handling equipment (i.ei, pallet jack, etc.).

Inventory Control

• Daily control of incoming & outgoing inventory activities.

• Reporting inventory shortages and recommending new orders.

• Supporting material transfers from stock to production (i.e., WAGABOX®) locations.

• Tracking inventory and correcting inaccuracies in inventory data.

• Perform Physical Cycle Counting as needed.

• Managing the material life cycle process (i.e., Phase In/Phase Out).

• Maintaining and reducing inventory levels as needed.

• Sequestering damaged or unusable materials from operational stock.

• Identifying and verifying materials for both ongoing operations and new projects.

Materials Storage

• Unloading, moving, stacking, and storing materials manually and via the use of reach trucks, transfer equipment, and other related equipment.

• The operation of a forklift may also be required.

About You - Qualifications & Skills 

The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in warehouse operations, materials management, and logistics, and:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar warehouse and materials management role. Experience in establishing a new warehouse facility is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively build and maintain relationships in a cross-functional, multinational environment are critically important for success in this role.

• Expertise in the areas of:

• Warehousing, logistics, and supply chain best practices.
