Job Description:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will occupy a pivotal leadership role designed to bridge the gap between high-level product strategy and world-class execution. You will act as the driving force behind your product scope, sitting at the intersection of customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Reporting directly to the CPTO, you will lead a dedicated product area, overseeing one or multiple squads and their respective Product Owner. Your mission is to be the voice of the market, fostering a culture of excellence, data-driven discovery, and iterative delivery. This role is not just about managing tasks; it is about building a high-performing team, mentoring talent, and ensuring that every feature we ship delivers tangible value to our users and the business.

Your missions:

  • Strategic Vision and Roadmap: Leverage deep market research, competitive analysis, and product analytics to define and communicate a clear 1-2 year roadmap that aligns with company-wide stakeholders.

  • Go-to-Market Support: Assist Revenue and Marketing teams in understanding the product value proposition, helping to articulate key messages and support documentation or internal training.

  • Team Leadership: Directly manage 1 to 2 Product Owners. You will be responsible for setting clear objectives, measuring performance through KPIs (cycle times, completion rates), and driving long-term career development.

  • Market Authority and PM Posture: Be recognized as a go-to expert internally and externally by demonstrating conviction, making decisive calls in ambiguous situations, and driving cross-functional alignment through clear, well-reasoned positions.

Qualities and skills required:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management, specifically within Fintech SaaS or Proptech environments. At least 2 years of proven experience managing other product professionals.

  • Methodology: Strong mastery of software development methodologies and prioritization frameworks. You have a track record of implementing tooling and processes to measure team performance.

  • Analytical Rigor: You are highly organized and ground your hypotheses in solid facts and data, maintaining clarity even under high-pressure situations.

  • Leadership: A natural leader who can inspire a team toward a vision. You are adept at identifying performance issues and suggesting constructive, corrective courses of action.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. French is a nice plus.

  • Pragmatism: You are result-oriented and understand that a technically perfect product is only valuable if it meets a market need and is delivered on time.

  • Adaptability: You possess a critical-thinking mindset and the humility to change your mind when confronted with better data. You are comfortable making quick decisions in complex, uncertain environments.

Recruitment Process:

  • HR online interview.

• Actively participate in the Powens AI Chapter: contribute to discussions, share feedback from the team's field experience, and promote best practices applicable to the connectors scope.

• Manage critical situations (incidents, departures, trial periods) with clarity and firmness.

• Represent X-Connectors in the group's cross-functional strategic bodies (Tech Heads, seminars) and amplify the team's voice.

• Collaborate with other Engineering Managers in the group on consistency of practices, sharing of experience, and managerial solidarity in critical situations.

• Genuine interest in and expertise with generative AI: daily use of tools like Claude Code or equivalents, ability to imagine and deploy AI use cases to boost the productivity of a tech team.

• Data-driven approach to delivery (operational metrics, predictability, ability to make choices visible).

• Clear and adaptable communication style for different audiences (team, peers, management), comfortable in English in an international context.
