Job Title: Data Center Infrastructure Sales Manager

Job Location: Boulogne Billancourt

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Center Infrastructure Sales Manager to expand our business in large-scale DCs and AI DCs. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and establishing strategic relationships with key players in the industry (DC builders, design firms, general contractors, tenants).

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Developing new business opportunities in the large DC industry through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with major DC Colo companies, general contractors, and design firms.

- Coordinating business activities with European and global headquarters to ensure strategic alignment and effectiveness.

IP Solution Manager – End of studies Apprenticeship (m/f)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Promote new Huawei IP network solutions in the market. Examples: Switching, Wi-Fi, WAN/SD-WAN Routers, SDN Solutions.

  • Carry out technical demonstrations. To do so, maintain and develop a demonstration platform based on available hardware and software, and write documents like user guides.

Main Responsibilities:

· Establish and develop relationships with key channel partners in the region (executive, owners, branch/sales managers).

Presales Engineer Assistant – Internship (m/f)

Huawei is currently looking for a Presales Engineers Assistant to support its Marketing Solution Sales Department (MSSD) team :

Missions:

  • Help the presales engineers prepare and run product demonstrations. Learn how to explain technical features in an easy way to clients.

  • Work with the presales team to understand the client needs.

  • Help to provide technical expertise during pre-sales consultations and post-sales follow-up.

  • Assist the team with setting up, improving, and doing basic troubleshooting on network equipment (like routers, switches, firewalls) in the lab or for testing.

  • Work with internal teams (sales, engineering) and external partners to help track project timelines and make sure things are delivered on time.

  • Research new and emerging technologies in our field. Share what you learn with the team to help everyone stay up-to-date.

Requirements:

Education

  • Graduated with a Master's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Telecommunications) or Business School.

Hard skills

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.

  • Basic SMB IT understanding.

  • Interest and motivation for technical sales (B2B).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French are mandatory (mandarin is a plus).

Soft skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-growing and international business environment.

  • Excellent listening and analytical skills to understand client challenges.

  • Problem-solving skills and customer-focused.

  • Highly motivated, proactive, and persistent in managing and achieving multiple goals.

Job Title: Compliance Manager f/m/d

Job Location: Boulogne-Billancourt / Paris

The Compliance Manager is responsible for identifying potential compliance risks in business activities and providing professional compliance support and recommendations.

This role supports the company’s compliance management and risk control activities through participation in contract compliance reviews, sales project compliance assessments, compliance inspections, training and awareness programs, and daily compliance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance reviews of contractual terms and business arrangements, identify potential compliance risks, and provide professional review comments.

• Conduct compliance assessments for sales projects, identify potential risks related to bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest, improper business conduct, and other significant compliance risks.

• Support compliance inspections and risk assessments, and assist in identifying control weaknesses and compliance gaps.

• Assist in developing compliance training materials, case studies, and compliance drill programs, and support the organization and delivery of compliance training and awareness programs.

• Assist in maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and management documentation, support the organization of regular compliance meetings, and track follow-up actions and pending issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Law or a related field is required.

  • At least 3 years of experience in legal compliance, internal control, and audit.

  • Solid understanding of compliance risk management and risk assessment methodologies.

  • Strong knowledge of compliance areas including EU/FR anti-bribery and corruption, competition law, financial compliance, trade compliance, and third-party compliance management.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and execution capability.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (legal English) and French,
